Its probably not a good sign when I am driven to start a review right after my order is taken. No welcome, and Veronica the bartender/server offers no greeting, walks up to my table with a grumpy face and asks if Id like something to drink, and am I ready to order? I came at 9:30 p.m., so maybe shes tired, but I Marvel at how people who do not like people end up working in people facing jobs. I will not return here. Now, about the food... I ordered the triple Dipper with Burger bites and Burger bites and Southwest egg roll. Egg rolls were fabulous, the Burger bites were pretty good, just a little bit overcooked. Too bad they cant get the customer service improve so theyre friendly and welcoming. Those of us who eat a lot in restaurants appreciate a friendly welcome and friendly service. When we dont find it, we go somewhere else

The place was pretty busy with the atmosphere of being the only one that made a difference. The steak was over cooked. I ordered med well and got well done but ate it any way the server was on the mark of keeping my drink full. Although she had several tables it was like I was her only customer. She showed me how to update my account info in the kiosk for their club and for the reward club she was very knowledgeable about what was going on. Parking: Lots of handicap parking

This Chilis location was perhaps the best I have been to in recent memory. Our server was delightful; he chatted with us but was not overwhelming, and anticipated refilling our drinks so we never once had to ask for a refill. He was great at making us feel at ease, especially when I brought up my own dietary restriction. He told me he could could adapt almost any order to it, and reassured me that it wasnt a problem. He also pointed out that there is a kiosk that would have nutrition in formation available on it if I needed it. The experience was great! Dietary restrictions: Our server made sure that dietary restrictions could be easily met. There are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan items on the menu. I was able to order a black bean burger without a problem, and our waiter was very happy to help me adapt other things to fit my own dietary restrictions.

My wife ordered the top sirloin steak plate, she ordered it well done. When it arrived, the server asked if my wife would like to cut it to check it. She did, and the steak was done medium; almost medium rare. Sent it back. Came back, still medium. Sent it back. Came back not quite medium well. Sent it back. Came back, still a lot of pink. Fourth time was the charm! Server handled the situation well. Delicious steak in spite of all the round trips. The loaded mashed potatoes were great; not too loaded.

We went for a nice lunch on Easter Sunday after church. The Bear wanted to watch whatever big ball game was on so we chose the bar area. Jess, the Bartender was quick to put the game on the big screen at our request. Jess was also our server, we have enjoyed her service before but with this being a holiday it was kinda quiet so we took our time. She took good care of us, we never had to ask for a thing. We enjoyed cold drinks, Chips & Salsa with addition of Queso for the Queso Club. We had a nice generous meal & I took home over half of what was served for 2 more meals! The Bear cleaned his plate - guess he will be having PBJs! It was a nice relaxing afternoon. Dietary restrictions: Jess want over & checked on something for us as The Bear was recently given some pretty strict restrictions. We appreciated that. It wont be as hard as he thought to eat out if everyone gives service like Jess at OTB. Parking: Handicap parking with disappearing curb for easy access to roll straight from lot to front door. When they saw us coming, someone opened the door before we got to it. That was an act of kindness. Wheelchair accessibility: The bear uses a walker so we are always watching for reduced curbs for handicapped parking which they have. They also have level floors & he could maneuver easily around the chairs & tables.

We used to always eat at this location until last night. We sat down, our waitress came over super quick to get our drink order, she brought us a drink with tons of ice from the bar, we asked her for the next drink with not as much ice, she responded, well I dont make the drinks. So unprofessional and tacky. My husband said dont worry about it, Ill stick with water. She had made us mad at this point. We were already eating our appetizer. She said let me take this off your bill because she knew we were not happy with her attitude, the manager came over and still charged us for the 2 drinks and appetizer and said Ill talk to her. Hes even more pathetic. We arent free loaders, but when a customer isnt happy, you take care of them. Needless to say she got $0 for a tip. We wont be back.

Went last Sunday to celebrate a reward my husband got from work. We were highly disappointed when his sliders came bathed in onions. We asked for no onions, hes allergic. They took them back and remade them. I had the steak and veggies. It was good, but I asked for some butter for my veggies. I never got it. I was totally finished with my food and we waited almost 45 min for them to replace my husband sliders. No manager came to the table to apologize or address things. We payed full price for both meals. When it was time to pay for our meals the waiter just slapped the computer on the table. We had to run our gift card twice because they did a split check. This experience was handled in the worst way ever. There was plenty of staff so there was no excuse for the way things played out. Its sad that my husband still has money on his gift card but we dont want another bad experience. Hope Chilis does better next time.

The worst chillis I have ever been to recently. This location is usually very good but it seems that in the last 6 months they have failed to maintain their service and food quality. The Service was okay, the server up sold everything which is fine, we ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and an appetizer, the appetizer was supposed to be 8 bone in wings... They delivered 8 boneless wings... No worries... We waited for the new wings.. which took about 20 minutes after the mistake... The reason I mentioned this part is because both the new wings and the drinks we ordered came to our table at the same time. Not very good. However, we like chillis so we decided to overlook it. We ordered like normal, not going into detail but I order a steak medium... It came back well done... Called over the waitress and had them remake it... It took 30 minutes to get a new steak. Which was not medium it was medium well... Left it alone because I was hungry at that time. Anyway, I wasnt very happy with the good and service. Could be a one time thing.. who knows but it wasnt a good experience.

Whoever is managing your ToGo orders needs to be talked to. Ordered via door dash, we order often, and tonight was the 3rd time weve ordered the Dip Treo and the Salsa and Queso is delivered but there are no chips. Seriously. 3 times this has happened in the past few months. And door dash only gives us some of the money back and Im left with nothing. The salsa and Queso arent any good to me without the chips. Whoever is the manager of this location needs to do something to have the employees packing the ToGo orders make sure they are verifying that everything is in the bag before they give it to the dasher. I recommend to change the menu on Door Dash, when you order the Dip Treo it doesnt physically list the Chips as an item on the receipt. It only lists the 3 sauce cups. I think this is why its going wrong. Please make a change and get whoever manages this with door dash to liat the chips as an item because if the ticket that prints for the ToGo orders doesnt list the Chips either then that explains why they are missing so often when we order it. This is an easy fix. Please do this!

If you go around 7 pm on a Saturday to this location, I recommend asking for THOMAS!!. Out of every dining experience, this experience was hands down the best one. Everything from the food quality to him checking on us without being pushy or asking us every 5 minutes. Every time our drinks were almost empty, he came by and said, ILL BE RIGHT BACK WITH YOUR REFILL. He needs to be a trainer of customer service or something. There is a guy there around 10-1 lunch time, that handles to go orders; unfortunately I watched him garnish my soup with no gloves & having not washed his hands, he Could have used the bathroom I watched him count money as well & never washed his hands. The next day I have stomach flu. This is completely unacceptable they don t care about the well being of customers & I am certain this violates serve-safe policies. I ll be contacting them. I remember Chilis having a good variety of both Tex Mex and classic American grill standards, however it seems after the pandemic a significant amount of quality was lost. While some dishes were acceptable, most were poorly made and arrived cold to our table. Our waiter was overworked, resulting in mismatched dishes and sides, and the appetizer being cold and arriving last. At my table most of us drank teas which were not properly mixed (all the syrup rested at the bottom, and the tea itself tasted watery), and the refill of Dr. Pepper arrived until we were leaving. I ordered the sirloin, which was unsalted, and my chili was oversalted. The only redeeming quality were the fries that came as a replacement of the rice on the fajitas (they had run out of rice). However, we ended up paying an extra side for these fries that were supposedly a substitution. Im afraid this might be my last visit to Chilis unless I hear things have majorly improved.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy, they seemed short staffed because it took several minutes for someone to approach the hostess stand and seat us. After we were seated our server was very attentive.

Waiter was good but whatever is happening in the kitchen is scary we waited for our food for 20mins and for my little brother at least 40min apparently the kitchen overcook the steak (wanted it medium), whenever we got the steak, it was cooked well done! We also ordered smoke house combo (choose 3) only gave us 2, ribs were very salty!! Management has to get on top of this, we didn t even see the manager on floor. Haven t been here for a while, this visit was so disappointing!
