Had a great experience at Freddy s Frozen Custard! Some of our food didn t come out right, but Prince, the employee who helped us, made sure everything was fixed and that we left happy. The food was delicious, and the service from Prince was excellent! Somebody give this man a raise fr!

Very rude and no personality through our whole experience at this Freddys. Not a hi how are you, no smile, and they didnt even let us know our order number. The same girl who took our order was dusting the dining room and lamps around where customers were eating...yum dust in the food. The brew basket for the tea looks like it hasnt been cleaned since they got it. Wont be visiting this location again. Shame on the management for not making this a welcoming and clean establishment. Happy customers= more business= more money.

Placed an order for dine in. Asked for cheese on tots and one cheese on the side and all meals with ranch. ( 3 chicken tenders meals). I asked the cashier 3... 4 times since I didnt see it on the screen. She confirmed. My number was called. I let them know I asked for cheese on tots and for ranch. I was told no. I was told that I didnt order any cheese or ranch. Turns out they didnt charge me for any of the add ones. I would have gladly paid for them if they told me i needed to pay. Instead, I just got told no, and they walked away.

This service was horrible after waiting in drive thru for 33 mins only 3 cars ahead of me, I couldn t even drive off. Once I finally got to the window I asked to please cancel my order I have been in this drive thru over 30 mins. Employee said sorry we had a mobile order for 20 burgers, ok well they should know to have the mobile order pull up and let them know it may take longer then usual or when we order thru the drive thru inform others it may take longer then expected This location definitely need more training for sure

The girl behind the counter didn t know how to ring up the order with my discount and had no one to ask how to do the order correctly. We had to do 2 orders and the one order came out 15 minutes before the other order. The restaurant was so dirty you couldn t even throw trash away and the tables were so nasty. I had to clean the table myself. When my dad went to get the order they said they worry to get the drive thru orders before the customers inside the restaurant. I am a manager and if my staff couldn t do their work they would not have jobs.

After setting in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting on my order, I ask for them NOT to make my ice cream till I get my hot food. I ask for my fries to be extra extra crispy. WELL, the ice was ready when I got to the window and melted, I explained I did not want my ice cream melted when it was handed to me. My fries were no where close to being crispy. I sent the ice cream back and ask for it to be re-made. The cup I sent back was the same one handed back to me with extra cool whip on the melted ice cream. I ask for the manager, the person that came to the window did not display manager material.he said he thought it was funny I had to wait for him to come to the window and said now it really melted all because you had to wait for me. I said no, I want this re-made. He said no he was not going to re-make it. I ask to speak to his district manager. He called the district manage and I explained to him what happened and that he has a long line waiting behind me and I m not moving till I get what I paid for. The district manager (on speaker phone) told the manager to re-do my food. I said no, all I want is the ice cream redone. Many times over I heard the young immature manager tell his district manager NO, he would not redo it. He walked away and I motioned for another employee to come to the window. Due to the fact another employee came over and I handed him the melted ice cream they had no choice but re-make it. This is the absolute worse service I have ever gotten. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone if this is the best service they have to offer for the amount we spend on fast food

I usually love this place, I had good experience in Pasadena. Good experience from the moment I walked in. Good music at a nice volume, clean and temperature just right. Kind and quick service. Maddison, Cheyenne and Jacob were all very helpful and went the extra step on their own to make sure my visit was good which led me to leaving this review. Everyone seemed busy but kept it moving smoothly. I enjoyed my time eating alone but there were plenty of families, couples and teenagers that seemed to be having a good time as well. Food was quick, fresh and good. I could have taken better pics but this is just what I took to show off in group chat.

Recent update (2024): Food is still good, however the iced tea is becoming worse and worse. I cannot stomach the unsweetened anymore and the sweet tastes like soap may be in it. The only other non sugar options are diet sodas. I would LOVE to have the tea tasting better again. Or at least offer lemon juice packets to help. From 2022: This Freddys always has the best cheese curds! They are clean and go above and beyond for customer service. Weve had a few issues with orders, but they always make it right. We will come late some nights, and we always feel welcomed and not rushed. I hope they keep it up!

But they really do got some good food and they have lots of special food for you to enjoy with your family too Parking: You can park in the front of the restaurant and on the side of the driveway so they have plenty of parking in the lot. Food cold drinks were wrong. Went through drive thru. On top of that False advertising. CHICAGO DOG is in big lit up letters on the building but apparently they stopped selling it. Also am I trippen or have these burgers shrank in size. Service was great all employees were professional.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I walked into the restaurant, a worker was sweeping the floor. I proceeded to the counter, the same worker without washing his hands or anything takes my order, for a concrete. I pay, this same worker then without gloving up or washing his hands, begins to fix my order. SIR, excuse me but what? Absolutely disgusting!

Fast service. Friendly employees. Clean eating area. Customer service was excellent. Love this place. Food was delicious Kid-friendliness: My grandkids can be busy bodies but the employee waiting on us just kept a smile on her face the whole time.

Drive thru took forever. Was handed incorrect concrete to start. Then was told replacement would be given. Had to remind the drive thru worker that we had ordered sandwiches and fries as well, and not just the concrete(they told us thank you and closed the window after handing correct ice cream) . Had to wait further, just sitting at the window, concrete ice cream desserts melting. Finally are handed our bag of food. The fries were enjoyed on the drive home, so I cant say the food was entirely bad, but other than the French fries our entire order was incorrect. We ordered a burger and patty melt and in the bag when we got home was some kind of lettuce wrap. No burger. No patty melt. VERY disappointing for over 30 dollars, dinner is non- existent, and ice cream melted while waiting for dinner order to be given. The staff was polite and friendly, but seemed to be on auto-pilot and a bit clueless. Having to be reminded to give us half our order. And the wait... Ive been to other Freddys before and have always enjoyed. Ill certainly be eating at Freddys again, but likely not at this location.

I was in this restaurant last night and it was so dirty. I guess the floor has a layer of grease on it so you can slip if not careful. There were french fries and trash all over the floor, tables and booth chairs. There weren t a lot of people there but no one was cleaning the tables off. The tray they put my food on had sauce on the bottom of it and fries were just thrown all over the counter and tray. I wanted to get some custard but when we were ordering the machine with the chocolate was like exploding from the machine and it looked dirty also. We brought that to the cashiers attention. I like this restaurant it but needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

We went to the Freddies on pearland parkway. The floor was dirty and the crew that day were less than motivated. I notified one person that the large ketchup dispenser was empty. He said that they have packets available. I said, or you could refill the big one. It IS empty. He was sooooo triggered. His manbun popped a rubber band and his yosemite Sam tattoo shook his fist at me.

Place was gross, the ice cream machine was overflowing with ice cream just dripping out, The floor was awful and sticky, and the were fries just covering the kitchen floor. They forgot our two custards and a 20 mins quick food trip turned into us not getting home untill an hour later. Its ran by teens so Im not blaming them, but a good manager should help...

Well, it with a heavy heart we are done with this place.. The last few months it has become nothing short of a $h*t show.. Not once in the last 5 visits have they got the order correct. Right now my wife just left there after waiting in line for 1 concrete and 3 sundaes, they gave her 3 concretes and 1 sundae. The receipt, which the guy asked for back to confirm order, had it correct yet after 10 minutes and double checking they got it wrong. One would think that with 6-7 employees walking around aimlessly at least 1 person could figure out there were multiple mistakes happening.. Edit 1-21-23 Tried this place again hoping things had changed.. Well, sadly it hasnt.. I ordered a large PBC & B add Oreo ($.99) and chocolate sauce ($.99). Im pretty sure the 2nd B in PBC&B stands for banana yet it didnt have any bananas nor did it have the 2 toppings I paid extra for.. I dont even know what to say at this point as obviously this franchise cares less about negative Google reviews. Talked to MOD and he offered a refund but Im not driving back over there, gas isnt free. He also offered coupons? You cant get an order right that I paid for, a free meal is gonna be right?

We came here to get dessert. Ordered a shake and a sundae. I was given the sundae without a spoon. When I asked for a spoon I was told they are out of spoons. When I asked how am I supposed to eat my sundae. She said I dont know and shut the window without even giving me my credit card back. I waited for her to open the window and asked for my credit card and a fork. The sundae was good but it would have been nice to know beforehand that they were out of spoons so I could have ordered something different.

Tonight at 8:45 pm I had a very bad experience at Pearland Parkway Freddy s the first time, I had a teen with a shady beard that looked like it was struggling to grow was so rude with me. I asked when they gave my order if it was complete he rudely said I don t know I didn t make it!! He shoved it in my window and said have a good day. I was ticked off but drove home and when we opened the order it was wrong I didn t get my order I was ticked off and it should be addressed with their team no a great look for the company

Best choice for great food, fast service and variety of choices for the family Dietary restrictions: Good food variety and options. Perefect seasoning, tastes fresh. Our party of 4 ordered various items. One of us didnt get the burger he ordered but was rectified quickly. You must love string fries bc you get whats equal to 2 large potatoes full. I wasnt impressed & probably wont go back except for the frozen custard or fro-yo.
