Sarah Dill exudes persistence, poised advocacy, collective resolve and astute attention to detail in the midst of competing interests. She calmly exhibits her wealth of knowledge for her various subjects fields while maintaining a focus on the clients position. She explains legal concepts cohesively and rationally for anyone to understand. As my former law school classmate and as my title attorney representative who sold my parents home, I could not have asked for a better attorney than Sarah. I put my trust in her to complete my parents home closing after 40 years under their care, and if I can do that, anyone should be willing to give her a chance at representing them! I recently retained the services of the Dill Law Firm for a real estate issue that had been ongoing for 6 months. The real estate corporation management was unreachable, but Sarah was able to get them to pay their debt within 24 hours of sending an email. I cannot recommend her and the Dill Law Firm team enough.

My wife and I needed consulting on a legal matter. This wasn t the first time I ve consulted with a lawyer, however it was the best! I can t stress how comfortable and heard we were by Sarah. She listened and when providing a solution, it wasn t legal jargon, it was in a way that we understood and knew what to do next. I can tell that Sarah really cares about her clients. I was enamored by this lawyers down to earth approach, her knowledge level, her tact and diplomatic skills, her drive, and her attitude. I cannot imagine having any negative experience with Sarah. I have colleagues who utilize her services as well and they recommend her every chance they get. If you think you need to go into a building with marble floors and leather couches to get the same level of success then you are misguided. IF you need any service that is offered by this firm, they are the way to go.

Sarah is wonderful! She has been our client on her personal home sale and home purchase. She has helped one of our clients with an issue on a home sale. She got the information our client needed when no one else could. She is quick to reply to any question and help in any way she can. I cant recommend Sarah enough.
