First of all... WOW!!!! This venue is breathtaking and nestled right in our town of Pearland! We were able to come across this place for our Shadow Creek Gems Dance Team Banquet after our first venue fell through! DAvia was just amazing and she and her staff was absolutely great and was able to accommodate everything we needed. Our girls just loved all the beautiful places around the grounds for beautiful pictures as well. We highly recommend this place if youre looking for something very special! So grateful to have been able to have such a beautiful space to celebrate our girls awesome season.

You can count on the owners that this place is the right place for you. From weddings, meetings, family gatherings, or the perfect baby shower, this is your place. Roomy, clean, and enjoyable place and grounds. With kitchen and bar to service you people the right way. Please call ahead of time and book this place for your next event. The venue was very beautiful and elegant. Love the entryway and spiral staircase and a wonderful ambiance. Along with the lighted waterfalls outside. Such a BEAUTIFUL setting.

I was WOWED just by the beauty and elegance of this venue. Having my 65th Birthday Celebration even in the Texas cold weather did not detract from the amazing experience that my Family and life-long Friends shared at Maison De Veaux because of the beauty of the superb landscaping, water fountains, and windows surrounding us with the natural lighting throughout. The Staff communicated with my Coordinator and me (as needed) from the beginning of our planning process to the day of our Event. Every detail (venue open and available for vendors, building temp, set-up requested, cleanliness, organization, Staff available throughout event) and everything needed for an enjoyable, flawless, and most importantly for me - A Memory-Making Experience for me and my Guests who travelled from 12 different States to share this time with me. My sincerest Thanks and Kudos to the Maison De Veaux Staff for ALL you did. I would refer others to your Venue in a heartbeat!

I celebrated my 65th Birthday Occasion at this beautiful place and it was magical from beginning to end all pleasurable. Xavier and Dee along with the staff was great to work with. When I am blessed to celebrate my 70th this will be the place!

My family held its 2023 Christmas Ball at the Maison De Veaux. This event venue helped make our celebration a night of enchantment. This architectural marvel boasts a spacious downstairs meeting/dance area along with a second floor picturesque dining room incased by a dozen windows that reveal themselves to immaculately manicured grounds. The posh and perfection of this fine gem can only be overshadowed by the attentive professionalism of its amazing staff. Maison De Veaux exceeds all expectations. Experience it.

We recently did a styled photo and video shoot and cant say enough great things about this venue! As a wedding planner & coordinator the space is kept impeccably clean! The bridal and groom suites are stunning and allow ample space for getting ready. The various locations on property allow a couple to have a variety of choices for photography and videography. This venue is private and is great for a client looking to celebrate a wedding, engagement, birthday, anniversary, proposal, or any type of special event!

I recently had my baby shower at Maison De Veaux and it was beyond what I could ve even imagined. The venue is gorgeous with perfectly manicured gardens and greenery. The grand staircase was a show stopper accompanied by the decor that I selected for the day. I cannot recommend this venue enough for any special occasion one might be celebrating. I m already planning for my newborn s first event here in the spring lol. Thank you Maison De Veaux!

Beware of this place. The people are nice and friendly but shady (at least this was my experience). I booked my wedding here in January 2023 set date was in August 2023. Before signing I specifically asked if I needed to cancel would I receive my money back. I was told yes as long as it was before 30 days. The contract states something different and its my fault for not reading it and trusting word of mouth with the representative Dee. I called to actually attempt to cancel and found out my $2500 was lost and would only get back my $1000 deposit. At that time I asked to reschedule and was told that it would be an additional $2500 for Friday or Sunday or $3500 for a Saturday since the rates had changed since I booked my Sunday wedding. I was told they would work with me but then was told my options for the $5000 we had agreed to they could only accommodate me on a Monday through Thursday. So either get married during the week or pay $7500 for a Sunday. This is ridiculous I thought they would work with me but sadly I never heard from her again I woke up to a $1000 security refunded to my account the next day. Beautiful place but shady folks doing bad business. Make sure you read the contract, trust nothing thats not stated in the paperwork, and dont change any set date because you might be surprised with the option of an upcharge or lose all your money. Updated 7/23/23 This is what I was offered as a resolution. Ms. Dee: Good morning Mr. Harris, we read and responded to your review. I hope it was in a timely manner. As of today, our current rates are $5,500 Monday-Thursday, $7,500 Fridays and Sundays and $8,500 on Saturdays. Keep in mind these are rates for non holiday weekends and rates are subject to change at our discretion. Our policy is set in place and outlined in the contract. We would be happy to discount a Monday - Thursday by $500 for you. Which will be $5,000. Let us know date that works for you. Have a great day. Me: Sorry I thought the reply said we would find an alternative to suit my needs. Ms. Dee: Mr. Harris, weve given you four separate alternatives to honor the introductory rate (with an additional $500 discount) that has since expired: 1.Monday, 2.Tuesday, 3.Wednesday, 4.Thursday. If you need another day, we can satisfy that at our current rate if that date is available. Our contract states you agreed to a $5,500 rental rate for the August 6, 2023 date. The $5,500 rate does not apply to all Sundays. Me: My issue is that was not in the initial agreement. Price hikes should not apply to me since I already booked at the current rate then this is no rescheduling this is canceling my entire rate then punishing me for rescheduling. Nowhere in the contract did it state to reschedule you would have to cancel the rate you paid and depending on varied rates restart the process from the beginning. If there is no option for same day same price. There is nothing you can offer us. We will not get married on a Monday through Thursday. Our contract was for $5000 not $5500 or $7500 or $8500 Ms. Dee: We applied an additional $500 off. Its on the contract, Mr. Harris.
