I was highly upset with my service this afternoon I had 2 customers receive there orders before I did, it was about an 25 minute wait. The snow cones were half put together I asked for extra juice instead I was told I had to pay extra. That s not good customer service experience especially if the customer had to wait longer than they did. If I was the worker and the service wasn t a good as it was I would had offer the customer extra juice with no charge just for the long wait. Remember all it takes it one bad review

FUN, FUN, FUN! My Granddaughter calls it the party place she is right. It seems to always have a party going on. The food, the fun, and the games are for kids and adults. It is kinda hidden just off Main Street (fm518) and Washington Street. Kid-friendliness: Games to occupy the kids while the adults have some well deserved time off.

It is a cute set-up. The young lady who took my order was pleasant enough. But, the snowcone was the worst Ive had in a long time. They need to catch up with the times and invest in a better shaved ice machine. The ice was hard, and the syrup was just a single note of sweetness. First and last time visiting this place

Went here because Ajs snowcones was closed. Almost $15 for a mangonada and Hot Cheetos w/ cheese. Decent sizes but my mangonada had ice chunks in every sip and barely had any chamoy. And they use white queso for the Hot Cheetos w/cheese, not a fan. Love their elote, but I ll stick to Ajs.

Really good place for a snack or to cool off on a hot day. My family and I will definitely be coming back. The food was delicious and refreshing, perfect for a quick bite. It was OK . For our first time being there. It was said on google that they closed at 930. It was 900 when we got our snow cones, 3. After eating the top part we noticed the rest of the cup was dry, the ice was white you could tell the syrup wasnt on it for the rest of the cup. I went back up to the window @907 to ask for more syrup and they had closed everything already, I knocked and was ignored. Not very nice. I suppose they were in a hurry to close early, so the syrup didnt get put on well...Wont be going back needless to say. We spent @20$ for snow cones that were not even fulfilled with syrup. Thanks but no thanks.

My family loved coming here and eating outside. I have edited my review because the prices have become a bit ridiculous for such a small amount of food. It was always a little pricey but now its even more and the food seems less. $7 for 3 small scoops? Thats wild wont be coming back... Aside from prices and small portions the place is still awesome especially at night.

I wish I could say more but I stayed in the car while my wife took our son to get his Shaved Ice. Thus my 4 ratings. Based off what I saw though, this is a popular spot because it was somewhat busy when we stopped by. It had a cute, outdoor seating area with a good amount of space. The Shaved Ice was good and more than enough. There was actually enough to split it between our two kiddos. If were ever on this side of town again, Ill be sure to stop by and give a more detailed review.

Service is slow. Staff is nice. I love how they have the outside setup. A few things for kids to do to keep entertain while waiting. The prices are a bit more compared to AJs (down street) about $1 more per item The tiger blood doesnt taste like what Ive always ordered. Idk what it was but it wasnt the normal flavor and it wasnt eaten. The other flavors were great, I do love how they offer the little candy stick, thats different and cute. Unfortunately it wasnt eaten either but it did give it a nice look. The ice is very soft. Would definitely give another try just not that particular flavor. The nachos are definitely not worth $9, you barely get any meat

The place is interesting. The flies and summer heat are definitely a deterrent. The service was good and the tables were fairly clean. I got this snack that was hot Cheetos, pickles, gummy bears, tajin chili and chamoy. It was good and I cant stop thinking about it, and will go back and eat it again, but I didnt care for the gummy bears in it. Also it was very spicy, so next time I go, I am getting a milkshake instead of a snow cone to go with it, lol.

Nice little snack shop that is surprisingly tucked away right off of a busy street. There are a variety of snacks ranging from snow cones to ice cream to Mexican street corn. We tried the corn in a cup and the mangonada, and both are delicious. The mangonada was a nice blend of sweet mangos, salt, and spices from the tajin and chamoy. The corn is also good, and rich as well. They do make it a bit spicy so tell them if you prefer it more on the mild side. Id definitely be coming back to try their other items!

I love this place. I stop there every Thursday after my two Zumba classes. Their shaved ice and ice cream treats are so delicious. Highly recommended! No indoor seating, but plenty of shaded seating in front of the store. I promise I m not a Karen. I ve never had to wait over 10 min for a simple snow cone. It took them an additional 10 min to take my order when there was no one in line. They need to change the trash cans ASAP. There was bees everywhere. I almost got hit with a basketball because the basketball activity is literally next to stand where you order. We were patrons of Bahama Bucks in Shadow Creek Ranch but their service is horrible, the owners and corporate office dont respond and they always close early or have excuses for not being able to service us. Now for the good news, no longer a 2 minute drive to Bahama Bucks but we found a new snowcone place on the other side of Pearland about 10 minutes from Bahama Bucks. It is so worth it. They videoed my husband as a sour challenge to make sure his snowcone was sour enough. All our snowcones for my kids and me were great. Most importantly, they close in 10 minutes tonight and get joy out of seeing our happiness and enjoying their snowcones. We are now forever customers of The Snowcone Lady and hope they move to the Shadow Creek Ranch area asap! 10 out of 10 stars! Excellent service and flavor! The assortment is also out of this world. The BEST Mangonada that I have ever had in my life! With every sip, I could not believe how good this drink was. No other mangonada comes close. They have so many amazing options to choose from. The girl behind the counter, Izabella, was extremely nice and helpful. I love it when the customer is treated well. I was greeted with a smile and was amazed at how polite she was. Great idea and concept needed in our area but horrible service. Need improvement in customer service and food. I order the classic Nachos and not good, horrible choice of cheese and serving for the price is not worth it. They need a better system inside when prepping and delivering food. My husband and I brought our boys here for snowcones. This place is lovely; the vibe is welcoming, and the food is fantastic. They have a small basketball game to keep the kids entertained, and have tables and chairs for people to sit and enjoy their treats. We ordered snowcones, banana cream ice cream, and elote. When we arrived the line wasnt that long, but when we sat down it grew. The snowcones were out in a few minutes, but the ice cream took at least 10mins. And the corn came fairly quickly also. Everything was delicious; the ice in the sonecones was shaved very finely, and the cream i ordered on them was so good. The corn wasnt too spicy, and was the perfect combination. The ice cream was also very good, just took a while to get. Definitely will be our go-to spot for snowcones.

Yummy flavored snow cones here. If youre looking for a cool treat on a warm day, The Snowcone Lady will not disappoint. Friendly service and the wait time is not horrible. Parking may be difficult on busier days.

Love this delightful spot!! My wife took me for the first time this past weekend and we tried the elote with hot Cheetos which was spectacular! For the brave among you, ask for their hot chile and add it to the elote cup, I actually preferred it! My 2 year old son also really enjoyed their little play area, it is really nicely decorated and the toys are great for all ages. We will be a regular visitor for sure!!
