Gave this place way too many chances, it comes down to shady management. I ordered chips and Queso, I get home cheese is missing, then I order 4 burritos, they don t put any salsa, i come back around and ask for salsa they say they re out. I asked for a refund, all of a sudden she found salsa. Plus the burritos you pay $3.50 for are so tiny, they barely put anything in it. This location has some GREEDY SHADY management, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We have eaten at Rosas on Custer for years but the last few months we have noticed an obvious decline in the amount of food we are receiving for a set order. Last Saturday we ordered 2 Taco Salads ,one chicken and one beef. The chicken salad had only a few pieces of chicken and the beef had only beans on the bottom, no beef at all. Reluctantly we are going to have to now drive to the Taco Bueno on 380 to get our Mexican food .I hope they try to figure this out before they lose any more business.

I like Rosas, but last time I went to dine in every table in the entire restaurant needed to be bussed. I cleared 2 tables, one for me and one for an elderly group. Kitchen staff worked diligently but didnt come out to floor. Also never got Coke flowing correctly from the soda machine. Very odd experience, but food was still good.

The food was not the greatest. My husband and I didn t finish our meal and had to leave because we did not like it. I got the tamale dinner and it did not taste like tamales at all. He got the smothered burrito; it was dry and had no flavor. And we did not like the consistency of the queso. The service was poor and experienced bad attitude. One of the employees had his family there and we saw his kids or friends kids running around the restaurant (which is very dangerous and unprofessional) and they did not say or do anything until they were leaving.

I ordered 2 #9(fajita plate). Im very disappointed because I didnt have any tortillas with my plate. I basically eat the fajitas, rice and beans with the fork when the main point about this plate is build your own taco. Standard corporate owned restaurant offering Tex-mex food. Food is good but nothing really jumps out as special EXCEPT for the freshly made tortillas. They have a window in the dining area where you can see the tortillas being made which is kinda fun for the kids. This is a quick service restaurant, you order you food at the counter then pick it up from a counter in the dining room where you select your own seating. Tuesday nights are pretty busy with their Taco Tuesday promotion so be prepared for a crowd that night. Overall great food for reasonable price.

Rosas is definitely our default for fast Tex-Mex in the area. (It is undeniably a gem within DFW!) With little ones, any wait that you can avoid is ideal so we truly treasure having this Rosas! Fortunately, the service here is rarely slow and, in our experience, the employees have always been very helpful! I order a Deluxe Mexican Plate for myself to share with the kiddos in addition to them eating their own kids meals. The variety of that option lends itself well to the kids each being able to pick and choose what they might want besides what comes on their own plates. Besides that, we feel like chips & queso and/or chips & guacamole are totally worthwhile investments so nobody goes home hungry! On a final note, as friends and family always remark at the affordability and the authentic Tex-Mex taste of Rosas, its truly our pleasure to continue to share this love of ours with the ones we love! What is going on with this location. It gets worse and worse as the years go on. Chicken fajitas with meat so dry I was afraid it would blow away in the wind if I sneezed. The jalapeño and veggies were almost raw. Like they just kissed the heat for a second or two. The soft tortillas were awful. No flavor. No texture. Had my first terrible experience there tonight. Theyre usually pretty good. My orders are accurate and ready to go once I get to the window. Tonight was different. I ordered 2 crispy beef taco plates, a kids taco plate, and a large order of chips and queso. I was only rang up for 1 taco plate even though it was confirmed at the speaker I wanted 2. I was disappointed, but ok accidents happen. I paid for the additional taco plate. The person at the window informed me that they were out of rice. He asked if I wanted double beans or a salad. I opted for the salad. When I got home the second taco plate was just thrown together. Plain beef in the shells and the salad was plain iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. I also noticed there was no salsa. My sons taco was a total mess. It was wrapped in foil. When I opened it up the stuff went all over. He was disappointed so I had to doctor it up for him. Itll be a long time before I return. The person working tonight apologized, but based on what I got after the mistakes were made, it was more out of corporate obligation vs sincerity. He didnt take the time to ensure it was made correctly. His attitude was nonchalant. He looked pretty young. A teenager maybe, but thats no excuse. This will be the last time for a while.

We went back in to put them back or pay for them and the guy wouldn t let us pay for them and said he could have them..he had seen him pick them up and walk out with them! I wish I had asked for the guys name but didn t think of it at the time. Kindness goes a long way! Not to mention the fajita beef nachos were delicious!

We love Rosas! Whether you dine in or go through the drive thru, they have your order ready in record time. There have only been a couple of times weve had missing items, but overall, very consistent in terms of quality and service. This franchise is run and operated very well. Weve eaten at Rosas across the state of Texas and youll get the same experience at every location.

I ve been coming here for years and typically it s great. However, when I was here this past Tuesday they forgot the condiments I requested, there was barely anything in the tacos, the tacos were messy, She shells were stale & there was a bone in one of the chicken tacos. One of the tacos had 3 tomato pieces & one didn t even have any toppings at all. That was just one of the chicken plates, the other two taco Tuesday plates were equally as sad.
