The manager, Sabrina is very incompetent. The teachers must know that management does NOT look at the cameras when an issue is brought up. I have watched several incidents where Amber, who was the head teacher in classroom 2, and had poor classroom management, allowed my child to bite his classmates. Amber would sit across the room and watch my child and another child tussel over a toy. When he decided to bite, she would approach him aggressively. MY SON DOES NOT BITE at his new daycare. Children will only do what they are allowed to do. Amber also pulled on my childs hand to force him to sit down, and she didnt care that he was crying as she was once again aggressive. This happened early in the morning when they had free play. I called management right then. No telling what she told them because shes a liar. I do know they never went back to look at the camera. If they did, she would not have carried on with her poor behavior in regards to my child. Sabrina allowed this poor behavior from this employee. Amber wiped two kiddos noses with the same tissue without a glove, and did not wash her hands afterwards. The manager Sabrina told me she is supposed to uae a glove. I never saw her use one the whole time my child was in her class. This individual is now in the kitchen. Amber and Saba were both allowed to approach my child in an aggressive manner. They both would snatch toys from his hand, but Saba would aggressively throw them. Sabrina also allowed a hostile environment by blowing off that Saba intentionally and roughly bumped into me. Sabrina (manager) always took the teachers side instead of watching the cameras that DONT LIE. WATCH THE CAMERAS AND TAKE THE REVIEWS SERIOUS. I wish I paid attention to the reviews because the info was true. Joanne, the owner, said it was just old employees. I asked Joanne if they looked at the cameras, and she was not able to give me a direct answer. If your child is in classroom 3 or 4, they are in good company.

K.A.P.W. Is an amazing learning environment for children. My daughter always enjoyed coming here for their summer program!! They always hosted fun events for the children to attend and you can really tell that the teachers and Directors love to care for the children. Mrs. Sabrina was always very warm and inviting everyday we stepped in the building. This place was a true blessing to find for me and my family.

Took my kids out of here a few months ago and I must say, I knew something was up with the care here. My kids were always sick and my daughter always came home with a diaper rash despite complaints and providing cream. Now that she s in a new place, I realize they just weren t changing her.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Both my kids attend this location since babies. My wife has a PHD in education curriculum, we studied all the curriculums around and in her opinion this is the BEST ONE. My kids are doing GREAT and learning so much. They even worked together with us to help my kids outgrow some habits. I absolutely without a doubt recommend Kiddie Academy. A lot of my coworkers whos kids attend other schools we share notes and by far I am glad we made this choice. Rafael Santana

I have toured many childcare centers throughout the years, but I am truly disappointed. The compassion for children has definitely changed over the years. In order for children to learn and grow in a productive environment, we as adults must provide proper training and support with resources . I cant imagine how staff would be held accountable for classroom management and the resources are scarce. My heart goes out to the staff and families.

Horrible center. Always over ratio.. The baby scroller is filthy. They make the cook work in classrooms as a teacher and don t pay her extra Ms. Daphne who been there forever stealing trash bags. The babies be in the room with two year old. This center horrible. If you allow your children to attend here please watch them constantly. Cause they never know what s going on.

I love that the staff are so attentive to each child s personal needs and are genuinely invested in their growth. My daughter is currently in Room 1 and wasn t completely bottle trained when she first arrived to daycare. All of her teachers, and even administrators, helped to get her trained with patience and persistence. Now she s trying to walk and her teacher s were kind enough to record her first steps for her father and me. I highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Pearland West to anyone who wants quality care for their child(ren).

We have been extremely happy with our experience here. All the administration and staff are wonderful and you can see how much they truly care about the kids. Our son actually gets excited to go and see his teachers and little friends.

We just moved to the area and started my 3yr old daughter here in august and we absolutely love it! The transition was a bit rough as she cried every morning for drop off for about 2wks but her teacher Ms. Tia, the owner and other teachers were very nice and patient with us. She loves Ms. Tia and Ms. Shawn, she really enjoys going to school now and shes also learning to write and spell. The facility is always clean, I like how there are cameras parents can log into, they send you an email on what she did for the day, communication to the parents via text or email is great, everyone knows her by name (which im surprised because they have alot of kids), they serve morning snack, lunch and pm snack which my daughter likes, and I like how they have different extra curricular activities for you to choose from if you decide you want your kid to join and lastly the process of getting your child in and out is very safe and secure. Overall, I am so glad we chose this school!

Very Clean and friendly management. Really like the teacher who takes good care of the kids and love the daily activity reports everyday. Can be peaceful at work when I leave my child here.

I LOVE that i can hop on the camera and watch my babies any time of the day! The cameras are great quality compared to other centers we previously attended! I also LOVE that my babies are loved & my oldest always enjoys telling me about his day- so i know he is having a great time at school! I can also tell that he is learning!!! He is SO smart for his age because of Kiddie Academy, I am VERY THANKFUL we found them!!!!

The teachers genuinely care about the children. Management is extremely nice, understanding, and also takes interest in the children. Everyone seems to have an open door policy when it comes to communication which helps put me at ease. I feel like I can address anything with them regarding my child or even seek their opinions when it comes to my child.

As a mom to a preemie, I worried about my childs cognitive and social development. However, now 2 years at Kiddie Academy, I am so impressed with the level of learning and development my child has accomplished. Kiddie has helped my child break through the typical challenges of a preemie by helping her grow in vocabulary, language, social skills, Spanish, reading, problem solving, independence, critical thinking skills, playing, dancing, exercise, eating, and more. All the foundation my child needs to be successful in education. Its not a daycare, its a learning academy!
