This trail is truly remarkable and enjoyable, especially for running enthusiasts like myself. However, I must mention that safety concerns slightly diminish the overall experience. There are potential hazards that could lead to injuries, so it is crucial to remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings while using the trail.

The trail is enjoyable. It would have been even better if there were more trees providing shade along the walking path, and if the trail had been made of dirt instead of pavement. I appreciated the many signs that were posted, as they provided helpful information about what we might encounter on our walk. Dog-friendliness: Trash cans to clean up after your furry friend.

If you wanna get back to nature in the city of Pearland. This is your place. Plenty of rest benches, a drinking fountain for you and your pet friend. Need a break from the sun have that too. Loved this paved trail. Lots of Gods creation to see. Now the time to see new growth everywhere. Don t forget to look up. Enjoy. Can get 1.5 mile to end by the library and then some if take different fingers off. Enjoy!!!!

Its a nice place to walk the dog. I like the wide paved walkway. Might be a little hot in the summer; theres not a lot of shade. Dog-friendliness: Waste bags provided at the trail head. All the walkers/runner/families/dog walkers were very considerate. Some people let their dogs off-leash to run, but everyone re-leashed their pets when anyone got close enough to see.

I ve been here twice (Apr 2023 & May 2023) the first time I didn t see as much birds but I was in for a treat the second time. It s a long trail. I saw blue jays, ibis, northern cardinals, northern mockingbirds, hawks flying in up high, great blue heron, and even a vireo. very peaceful place in pearland. No Bathrooms though and not much parking on the weekends when it s crowded.

Very nice paved walking trail. Very peaceful relaxing overall I really enjoyed it out there. Got to see some birds some ducks and a few rabbits. Trail is kind of tucked back there so its nice you get away from the road. I believe its .75 miles one way so you can easily get some steps in.

We have been here in the late fall and early spring and both times have been beautiful. In late fall we saw plenty of birds, butterflies, millipedes and deer. Our trip today we saw a snake, ducks, and turtles. The walk is one way then you turn around and come back making it about 2-2.5 miles long. You can ride bikes, scooters, and use strollers. Use plenty of sunblock because the first mile does not have much shade. No bathrooms in the area either so go before you start the walk.

Its a decent park. Kinda small, and basically just a path through the marsh, but it is a nice haven for local wildlife and a great place for birdwatching. It is South Texas, so the heat is intense most of the year, and mosquitoes start to come out the closer it gets to summer. But its really nice to have a nature park close to Shadow Creek, especially given the neighborhoods affluence. In fact its probably there due to Shadow Creeks affluence, but its a welcome change from the nice, upper-middle class neighborhood to a small restrained wilderness. My only complaint is that there arent more trails.
