I was able to book an appointment right away, and their customer service was top-notch. Plus, the treatments were affordable, and now my lower back and hamstring feel so much better! Im currently going here for lower back issues that I have had for about nine months. Im definitely seeing improvement. I hurt my back on a water slide recently so I think that slowed my progress. They offer a wide variety of services with your adjustment including cupping, stem/ heating, and light massage. The staff is friendly making all the customers feel at home. There is an in house dog that is very friendly and welcoming like a mascot. They also provide coffee and small cookies.

I have been to a lot of treatments and a lot of facilities and I have never had such a wonderful experience as I had at Body max. I ve been limping for three months and today I can finally walk normally after one treatment. Doc is a complete God sent and her staff is impeccable! I was suffering from a hip injury and had no idea that it was related to my spine within the first couple of sessions and I only have I gotten a better range of motion. I m able to now start lifting again, which was my true goal. I would recommend Dr. Devers and her entire team. No questions!!

I m pain free after almost a month of pain in my lower back and legs! My only regret is waiting so long to book my first appointment. It took several weeks of visits, but after the first treatment, I felt SO much relief. Dr Ashley has a wonderful staff who treated me and a great front desk who made the check in/out process frictionless. The adjustments were precise. Dr Ashley understood exactly what I was feeling/experiencing and made the correct adjustments to my treatments each visit.

I ve been with BodyMax almost a month now I believe and my recovery plan is going great. I love that they have a special plan with first responders. The therapists/coaches are amazing at what they do. Especially Tiffany! She takes her time and talks you thru every step; she gives the right amount of pressure. Dr. Ashley is so determined to fix whatever is wrong. She will pivot when a treatment has run its course or no longer serving you, she will find a new solution to get you to healing. She is thorough and passionate about her craft. I found her by a personal recommendation and I m impressed. The PT girls are so attentive and know their stuff. I had such a pleasant experience at The Body Max. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted and felt welcomed. Clear communication and the whole staff was very personable. The dog was even a part of the welcoming committee, and Im not much of a dog person.I was given a thorough tour of the facility and then placed in a room. Everyone was timely and courteous. I started going to The Body Max at almost 18 weeks pregnant because daily tasks were becoming difficult to do and weekly prenatal massages alone werent cutting it. They listen to your concerns, the details of your injury & they work very hard to find a resolution. I feel the frequency of my back pain changing since I started my visits to the Body Max. I walked in with Level 10 back pain and the Body Max helped me find relief. Absolutely love Dr. Devers and the team. My first visit years ago was due to an old injury. My treatment plan corrected the pain of years in a matter of a few months. She understands the body and how it works. She explains how you can maintain your body through various exercises and nutrition. I continue to go semi-monthly to keep my body in proper alignment. I feel awesome after each adjustment. She listens to any concerns and tailors your treatment to ensure you are always better when you leave than when you came in. Great Chiropractor and office personnel, be sure to say hi to Lola for me! I trained in both MMA and Jiujitsu, until I tweaked my back after a few years of training at the start of Covid lockdown. I couldn t see anyone due to restrictions, I then moved to Houston and was recommended to Dr. Ashley D. And she is hands down the best chiro I ve meet. I was not able to bend over or pick up light items without strain and after I finished a program she had started me on, then I am now able to freely move my spine. I m now back on the mat training in Jiujitsu once again thanks to her!

First off, let me start off by saying, AMAZING!!! Always walk out feeling brand new. Over the years I have come to know the wonderful Dr. Ashley Winslow and her staff as it has grown, and I dont think I will ever have anything negative to say. My husband and I went in for an adjustment that was way past due, and walked out feeling better than we have in a long time. With my hubby delivering heavy packages 6 days a week, and me having pains due to being 29 weeks pregnant, an adjustment, great customer service, wonderful/friendly/family type staff, was definitely what we needed. Although we are very far (over 1hr in a half) from their location, we will be making the drive as often as possible, because it is definitely worth it! Amazing staff, amazing work! Such an amazing experience!!! Honestly, if I didn t live in Dallas, Dr. Winslow would be my chiropractor. Little bit of background: I was doing dead lift with my trainer and put too much weight on my back and by the next day I was in PAIN, I couldn t bend at the waist without wincing and needed to see someone quick while I was away from home. Dr. Winslow was able to fit me in and she was so personable and so was her staff. The cracking noises from my alignment really stressed me out but after I feel so much better. I M ABLE TO BEND AGAIN! Dr. Ashley & her staff are amazing!!! After not being able to lift my 2yr old because of some muscle issues I went to see her. After some consistent therapy sessions with her I was completely mobile again. She is wonderful and I wouldn t hesitate to encourage anyone to go see her!

Everyone who works here is so incredibly nice! I felt so welcome here every time I went inside. I had never been to a chiropractor before and made an appointment after having an ongoing issue with TMJ. I couldnt open my mouth correctly for months but all it took was 8 sessions with Dr. Ashley (two per week) and now I can fully open my mouth with no pain or discomfort at all! She was very understanding of my budget and worked wonders to make sure I left seeing real results. I love that this practice is focused on real results and rehabilitation. Also, as a plus size woman, I truly appreciate that they never pushed any kind of weight loss agenda - this practice accepts you where youre at with no strings attached which is sadly not the norm everywhere else. Fully worth the drive from Sugar Land! Thank you again to everyone at The Body Max, yall are the best!

I love coming here. Dr. Ashley is amazing, I used to go to her in the past and I am so glad I found her again. The entire staff is very welcoming and amazing. I went to her during my pregnancy almost 3 yr ago and I just recently started going back to her for back pain. She and her staff really know how to listen and work with you to get you back to where your body needs to be. Best chiropractor in Pearland Texas. Out of all the chiropractor s I ve seen in my lifetime, in different states Dr. Ashley Winslow is definitely in the top. To have a chiropractor who doesn t just want you to temporarily feel better, but wants to actually help with your healing & recovery process is a god-send. Dr. Winslow has helped me not only with my low back pain caused by a dysfunction, but has also recently helped me with an issue in my upper back & shoulder area causing me so much pain & discomfort that my muscles tightened up to the point that it was hard to breathe. Listen as much as I don t want to admit this, I have to say, when I m in pain I can be a handful & a half. Dr. Winslow made it a point to fit me into her schedule as quickly as possible & was so patient with me & my sloth like speed. She also had a very honest conversation with me about changes that I needed to make in order to improve my situation & I sincerely thank her for that. If you re looking for a great chiropractor that actually cares Dr. Winslow is the person for you.

MD Ashley was very rude and condescending towards patients. I started seeing her barely one month and I had rescheduled my appointment just one time when I was able to make it in due to an emergency at work. I was rescheduled for another day for me to arrive and waited patiently only for her to come in and say It is disrespectful to cancel an appointment last min and have to pay $10 and claimed this was my third time canceling. I explained to her this was my first time rescheduling and reminded her the other time was when the clinic was closed for the week of the disaster due to the snow storm. I mean the conversation went left from that point. I chose to come there for services and I asked if she can take care of me while I am there now will transfer to another chiropractor closest to my home/work that will be more convenient for me. She refused care, saying I am not going to make money if I am not continuing care or contract with her. I am pregnant and in pain 7/10 today and this MD refused care. Unbelievable, I left the clinic without been taken care of. Initiall, I should have listen to my instinct and not return after the first session with her as she lavk bedside manners. Frankly, with the pain and stress I am in currently after an auto accident why continue to go there where there is drama and bad attitude. However, I had wanted to support my fellow black business owner, but its not worth the stress. Its always good to listen to your instincts and move on as soon as possible to find a place where they value patients and treats them better. Horrible experience.

About a month ago I was referred to Dr. Winslow. Let me tell you it was the best decision of my life. Before coming, I was experiencing discomfort in my lower back and notice it effected how long I sat down for work or even stand. It was painful to seat or stand and I was extremely stiff. Dr. Ashley is amazing. I went to see her about nutrition. I needed some help with some issues I was having in my body. Issues that made me take a step back and realize that I needed help. Update 9/11/2020 I still love the environment and the staff but this update is because I have two more sessions left in my package and I want to encourage anyone who is having back pain, leg pains, arm pains and etc..to give Dr. Ashley Winslow a chance and I promise you will not be disappointed. I went to her because I was having lower back pain, and when I walked there would be a tighten of my muscles to the point my lower left side would go numb and then pain would set in. I did the 14 session package and from day one of my adjustments I felt so much better. There are no words to express how thankful I am for her. She told me we would do this together and we did. She and her staff are truly amazing. It feels like a second family when you walk into the office! I promise you will not be disappointed. She will be your blessing!

I started seeing Ashley at the BodyMax the latter part of 2019. Before then I couldn t tell you the last time I ve actually had an adjustment. I suffer from lower back issues and tightening of my upper torso. After my sessions at The Body Max, I leave each time feeling brand new and looser. From the very first adjustment I knew that I wasn t aligned properly, Dr Winslow showed me another part of my body that needed to take care . Before coming to Dr.Winslow I was experiencing sharp back pains. It was difficult to power through my days while experiencing this aches. I had a friend refer her to me and I was really nervous because you hear about all these horror stories with chiropractors. But my friend gave her such a raving review I had to check it out. I made my appointment and as soon as I got there she was extremely welcoming. I explained all my reservations about the treatment and she provided clarification on the misconceptions and what our next steps were if we decided to move forward. The reason why I decided to trust her was because of her years of experience and how eager she was to help me resolve my pain. I am not a doctor and I hate when people give me these complicated responses to my questions but she made it very easy to understand and I was sold. My assessment and treatment were great. Every step of the way she warned about the certain sounds I would hear or any feelings I would experience. She was extremely attentive and made sure there were no surprises!! After our session was complete my body felt relieved and renewed. I swear she has the magic touch!

I have had lower back pain for over a decade, in 2017 I met Dr. Winslow and she helped me recover from it. She moved to another office and due to her new location, I did not continue seeing her. Since then I have had the back pain return and almost had a bulging disc, it was so bad I could not walk for 3 days. I have tried several different chiropractors, no one comes close to what Dr. Winslow did for me and my pain. With the other chiropractors, I just felt like another client. Dr. Winslow actually cares and it shows through her work. I found out recently that she has opened her own office, The Body Max. I am not taking any more chances regarding my health, she is the only one I trust for my back pain, and am now a member of The Body Max. I recommend her to anyone who wants actual quality results.
