The wings are always great but every time weve eaten here the vibe is just... off. Most of the staff look like theyre done with life, and certainly done with being here. Our waiter was moderately attentive, after showing up way late because nobody told him wed been sat at his table. Again, great wings but they gotta do something about inspiring some energy in their staff.

I always get hot wings fried extra crispy with a side of blue cheese dressing. My food is always delicious. On this particular order I asked for all flats, but that request was ignored, resulting in four stars instead of five.

Came in and the guy at the counter was on the phone. Once he got off I told him its my first time here. There is no sign saying to seat yourself or wait to be seated so I assumed you order at the counter. After placing my order I noticed the receipt said to go. I told him I wanted it for dine in. That caused the waitress to get in a huge huff and walk away. I eventually got my drink. Menu showed Sunday special as $22.99 for 30 boneless wings. I was charged $24.99 thats bad business to over charge what the menu says. Not sure if the rest of my order was overcharged as I only remember the wings price. If the price was right and the waitress didnt get mad and walk off I might have had a better experience despite the confusion on the sit to order or order when you walk in. The boneless wings were small but real meat and very good. The hotter options are HOT. If you like hot this place beat BWW and WingStop and Hooters.

Unfortunately I ordered 40 pieces of wings and 2 fries and they forgot 1 fries and ranch with suicidal sauce on my online ordered and when I picked it up I always make sure everything was there and I had to go back again to pick it up my food again and the lady infront was so nice and apologize for their mistake abt it and when I got home my family told me that we didn t ordered this and I don t want to go back again bc I already went and they gave me someone else ordered that I didn t picked and I don t even know what s all this flavor was and this is my receipt for proof I wasn t satisfied on my ordered

The female waitress was rude and unprofessional, she gave my kid the wrong order and was very nasty about correcting her own mistake. She told my 10 year old kid this is what you ordered , my kid didn t order that plate. The waitress took the plate back to the kitchen and came right back with the same plate to argue about it. She went back to the kitchen, and never came back to the table, two other employees returned to the table, the female manager was loud and abrasive. Our waitress was standing behind the front hostess area the remaining of our visit doing nothing. The ranch was watery, fries were cold, soft drinks had abnormal taste and service was terrible

Waitress had her earpids in and kept saying what? And huh?. And messed 2 items in our order. The 1st 4 choices my husband wanted they didnt have, and no shrimp at all. They didnt have a mix for the drink I wanted, what I did order came out with the food. The ice was half melted by then. The chicken breast in the sandwich was freezer burnt, you could taste it but my son in law said the wings were good. So theres that. Should have known when we walked in at 6pm and noone was there to turn around and leave.

Most of the food was okay, the chicken sandwich and pickles were freezer burned service was absolutely terrible, napkins had sauce all over them from someone before, our server had headphones in and completely skipped over someone as they were telling her what they wanted. First pair of silverware I received was also dirty. One of us recived the wrong drink. Server also was completely unaware of her menu and what was on it, I can usually excuse that if someone is obviously new, but she was clearly distracted with whatever she was listening to with her headphones.

I went here on Tuesday for the BOGO special. I knew they would be busy and was told it was a 30 min wait which is fine. I waited over 30 mins which was unacceptable. There was another guy in there also waiting on his order and getting upset and instead of the manager rectifying and reassuring the orders will be out soon he shut down our concerns and basically said to sit back down and calm down, this is their standard process. Well the to go order came about 40 mins later and once I got home to eat what I thought would have been great it was horrible. All the wings had feathers as if they had the chickens fresh in kitchen. I shouldn t be picking off feathers to eat a wing. Come on brewings!!

Im only giving service 2 stars because Alfredo was new, but patient and doing his very best. We were here for our grandfathers 77th birthday. Hed seen the commercials and wanted to give it a try. TV is playing infomercials, not sports. VAL, the manager is rude, dismissive, argumentative, unprofessional, and condescending to his staff in front of patrons. This manager, VAL, refused to provide assistance to this party of 12, telling us his single new server would be right with us. Food was cold. Ranch was watery. When i asked him to take my uneaten plate back, he didnt even bother asking why. Atmosphere is drab, dank, and dark. Go elsewhere. I feel sorry for my grandfather. Such a simple man, deserving of a decent meal and game. Instead, we sat for 2 hours and received sub par food. The poor servers had zero support from management. I waited 40 minutes to pay my bill. I EVEN DREW LINES ON THE TICKET TO SEPARATE THE ORDERS FOR THEM. Still I was charged for what I ordered plus an additional partial charge on some of the alcohol and dips. I went to the front asking for a manager to help my server break the ticket down properly so that I could pay and he threw his hands up telling me I didnt have to pay for everything, as if that would change the fact that my grandfathers 77th birthday dinner was RUINED. My family feels very disrespected and disregarsed. Dont waste your time. Ill be pushing this to corporate.

DO NOT EAT HERE unless you are okay with getting the worse service ever. We went for my daughters birthday dinner and waited 30 minutes before we even received our drinks. The server we had was rude rolling her eyes and giving attitude for no reason. She never came to check on us and the only reason we got our drinks was because the cook from the back came out to bring the appetizers and we had to ask for our drinks. The food was good and the lady that works as a cook in the back was the one that brought our drinks and kept asking if we needed anything and gave our refills, we saw our server behind the checkout desk the whole time doing nothing. I also ordered the Flight Margaritas and was told they did not have any clean glasses so I would have to wait until other people were done drinking theirs. I told her to remove the margaritas. They add Gratuity and no matter what service you received they will not take it off. The manager was rude with no help at all. He did not care about the service we received. This place is sooo horrible and I wish I would have read the reviews before going.

Today, I placed an online order because we had guest at our house and my husband wanted wings. I placed my order @ 1:13 p.m. and my son arrived to pick up our order around 1:30 p.m. I checked in through my phone but no one came out. My son went into the restaurant around 1:40 p.m. and was told that they accidentally gave our order to someone else. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager and she repeated that our order was given away but she put our order as a priority to be remade in the kitchen. After I requested a discount for the inconvenience, the manager offered a free order of wings on our next visit. I was ok with this until my son didnt receive our order until 2:20. And he had to ask if our food was ready. On top of all that, they left out our large ranch dressing and the plasticware we requested. They couldnt even make sure that our order was accurate. Our order took over an hour.

I LOVE BreWingz but will not be back to this location which is sad because it s the closest to my home. I did an online order 11/7/23. When my husband got there, our food was ready so I was pleased! Upon leaving, he checked the box & the container of fries was half full. He went back to the restaurant to show them. Apologies were given & issue corrected. When he got home, I realized our drink was missing. I called & spoke to a manager who apologized & said to come in whenever to receive it. My husband went to get the drink a couple days later WITH THE RECEIPT & Uwana was very rude. The drink I ordered wasn t available so we got another. It wasn t good so we asked for a refund. This manager took us through hell & high water saying that because it was closed in the system she couldn t locate the receipt EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE COPY. We had to argue to get a $6 refund for a drink that was originally not even given to us despite being paid for. I planned on getting more wings when picking up the drink but refuse to do so with that treatment. Terrible that a MANAGER finds this appropriate. I too work in customer service so the importance of treating customers kind & fair is non negotiable to me, especially when your company is in the wrong.

I would definitely not recommend going here, especially on a special occasion. The waitress was nice enough, but the lady who brought the food acted like we were putting her out by asking for the sauces we ordered, which did not come with the original food. They did not bring the food out together so one of us shared the incomplete appetizer before the other food came out. The food itself was very bland, dry, and frankly did not taste very good at all. We ordered the southwest egg, roll appetizer, and the chicken fried steak sandwich. We asked them to both come out together and we asked for two different sauces for the eggrolls. The eggrolls came out very early and came with salsa instead of the ranch and guac like we asked for. The cheese was like a very cheap imitation of Velveeta. It was actually pretty disgusting. The chicken sandwich was very dry and the onion rings were over cooked. We did not finish our meal and did not ask for boxes. If you would like a decent meal with these types of foods, go to Chili s. Vegetarian options: There were not any vegetarian burger options on the menu. Any side dish that is vegetarian is deep-fried, there is no healthy options at all.

Cool vibe. Dark chill good music, the waitress was attentive and nice but it took time to fet our order. There was less then 10 customers, and we were a small party of 4, and it felt like it took forever. Its not a problem for us, but keep in mind. Lunch specials were good and worth the money. Id go again it was a good experience. Parking: A lot of spots. Kid-friendliness: Had a small child and it wasnt an issue.

After school shopping I decided to take my family here an let me say this, if I can eat wings 5 times a week I would but I hav to compromise with my family . anyways we walk in an find a booth it was fairly empty . I had to ask the hostis if he can see who was our waitress . Well she finally walked over an doesnt greet us r anything an just asks what would we like to order . my wife had a question about one of the drink an she snapped back wit an attitude . My son is a waiter so I know we all have r days . after she take our food an drinks orders she just walked away . . When she bring out our food she tosses it on our table an then walks off . after 15 min of waiting since she didnt say ANYTHING an just walked off but she didnt mention anything about our missing order I had ask the hostis again if he knew anything about our waitress cuz we was missing 1 of our orders . when he come back he said their wasnt nothing put in that hell reput it in an it should be out soon. WELL after my order was brought out by our waitress she place on the table an made a sarcastic smirk towards my wife an walk away . That was enough for me.. I spend alot of money everytime I go their cuz my family of 6 an I just dont appreciate rudeness an attitude . I work hard for my money an I go there to enjoy my time wit family an away from work but then we hav to deal wit that. What upset me the most is me an my wife calm n quite people an it put me in a uncomfortable position to hav to ask for the manager. I told him I was unappreciated of the service we got from our waitress an I expressed how I feel like I shouldnt hav to pay for something I couldnt enjoy r eat due to our waitress ruining my appetite BUT I WASNT THERE TO GET A FREE MEAL . For our first time eating here. Greetting: fair ladies pointed to empty chairs for us to choose to sit. Beginning of service: fair, lady was sweet took our order and cam to ask if our food was good when it came out. In between service: never saw the lady until the end of my service only because I had leaned over to the registers to see if she was there. I hadnt seen her at all while my husband and I ate. Went to this location on 7/13 and I was pleased we stopped by! No other brewingz that I have visited has their food out so quick, so fresh, and their wings and chicken tenders were huge! Definitely worth the drive out! They also dont have a million tables in there, where you feel like everyone is eating all over each other. My 2 year old fell in love with the waitress giving out ice pops to all the kids! Great Customer Service! Best BreWingZ in our area!!!

The service at Brewingz is unbeatable. Our server Gendel made sure to take care of us as a party of 10 and never gave room for a complaint. My family visited Brewingz on a Friday night for dinner - when we walked in there were some empty tables that we could have been seated at right away but the hostess had us wait for about 10 minutes before we were seated. Then when our drink order was taken, my wife ordered a frozen watermelon margarita. When our drinks arrived, the margarita did not arrive. Then the waitress took our food order and did not smile at us at all. It took awhile for our food to arrive. Again, no margarita was provided. So I went to the hostess station and mentioned that the margarita had not arrived. After about 5 minutes the hostess brought the margarita but it was not a frozen one - it was on the rocks. My wife told the hostess about this and she said they dont make frozen margaritas, only on the rocks. This should have been mentioned when she first ordered it. The margarita was very watered down and my wife only drank about a third of it. When we left our table to pay the bill, 2 of the 3 hostesses at the front entrance area were sitting in the hostess area looking down at their phones. No one ever smiled or seemed happy. This will be our only visit to Brewingz.
