Although we had the order in my favor there was a lack of communication. The order signed by the judge was not valid to the Attorney General which meant the order was NOT written appropriately from the start. After tried to request the order modified Mr. Espinoza would not do so unless gone back to the same judge to get the order signed again. Which he was charging me to do so or I d have to do it myself . I no longer trust this office and they ignored my invalid case until I threatened with a lawyer and showed up to their office. 2 emails and over 10 calls. No response. No help even after Espinoza knew the mix up was in the order. He failed to comply with Attorney Gen. office s emails. I paid him to do these services OVER 2YEARS AGO and they are UNRECOGNIZED by the State of Texas. Edited : Let s be real Mr.Espinoza you knew what was wrong with the order and you didn t want to go to the judge to get it corrected. THEN tried to make me go back to the Dist. Clerk to pay other people exactly what I paid you to do a long time ago with a corrected order. It should ve been right in the first place, like I paid you to do. I m not going to keep paying for your mistake. Take accountability. You re lying about it being in the AG guidelines like you lied to me to get me to go into your office to convince me to pay more people for services I paid you to do in 2022. If any further questions go ahead and email me people. I was told by Mr.Espinoza it happened with another female. So he says she was happy with the outcome. I m not. By the way this man told me i was complaining when I disputed his services. Negligence at its finest! And I pray nobody goes through this Rate : ZERO stars

Would give no stars if it was possible. These two lawyers make people jump through more hoops simply to schedule a consult than the United States is making Julian Assange in order to try him. Their staff is curt and abrupt except for one very nice young man named Alex. But the other woman.....if she doesnt like the answer you give (or if her boss, Mrs Espinosa, who you could hear giving her instructions in the background) doesnt like the answer you give about your type of case its sorry, were booked. These two are crooks.

Mercedes Espinosa was absolutely phenomenal to work with as part of the will probate process to get assets moved to the proper party. Our will was invalid meaning we were looking at months of court dates and mountains of fees and paperwork but she and her team were actually able to find proof that certain assets had actually already been gifted to the part, saving us the aforementioned work. She then reimbursed us and offered to provide a TODD, as well as guidance on additional legal questions we had. We will definitely be keeping her foe future legal needs.

Whelp! My court case was put on hold since March, i have waited and waited for a call back from my attorney and to no avail. Its discouraging to pay for a service that is not being rendered. Every time I call I am being charged for a service they are not providing, at first he seemed promising and reassuring, its going on 4 months and I find myself probably having to deal with this matter in my own. Definitely not happy. Is it rude or inconsiderate to approach your attorney in public? Guess its the only way to get a job done. The paralegal has been working on my decree for about 3 months, still waiting on her call as well.

Was told to come in for a consultation in order to see if they could help. When I arrived I was told Id have to pay $40 up front prior to being seen. I get it, some people dont want to pay after a service has been provided, so a minimum up front is not a big deal. I paid & sat down & waited...after 45 minutes I got to meet Mrs. Espinosa & explained to her a scenario where I needed help remo ing a lien that was placed by a contractor that never completed a job. After 30 minutes she said Yeah, I gotta be honest with you Im totally swamped & wouldnt even have time to take this on. Stunned I asked If you knew you didnt have time why did you guys waste my time & money & have me wait in the lobby for 45 minutes? Couldnt your secretary have told me you were booked for the rest of the year? She replied well, let me reach out to a few real estate lawyers to see if they can help you, we dont do a lot of real estate law here... I couldnt believe what I was hearing...I made an appointment with them & told them it was regarding a real estate matter, they made the appointment, charged me $40 & then said sorry we dont practice real estate law, but we will refer you to a real estate lawyer. UNBELIEVABLE! I told her Fine, $40 bucks isnt a big deal, but I want a referral to a good real estate lawyer....still waiting for the referral & even after multiple messages left with her assistants she has yet to return any of my calls.
