I am from Fort Worth, but every time I come to Houston, I make sure to eat here.,The food is absolutely delicious, and the prices are really great.,I really wish they would consider opening a location in the DFW area because I would definitely visit at least 5 times a month!,I have never been disappointed, and the food is just fantastic!

Went to BW3 first but they were rude so we left. I googled wings near me and this place popped up. Im glad we came here instead. Open area, not too loud, no long wait, great service, and the food was really good. I had a wing basket and finished it completely. I would highly recommend this place, family friendly, quick service, and seriously the food was good.

When we originally ordered we ask the server if the strips came with Ranch and we were told that it did ! Then we get the check and they charged us $5 for the ranch which is ridiculous! So we asked the waiter and told us he would have it removed Then the manager came out of the back just staring at us like if we were in the wrong and then we were told they could not remove it but just discount it ! If I would ve know it was not with the strips I wouldn t have asked for it! Great waiter but Poor management!

Big City wings has excellent food, but at the Pearland location, every single time I go there we get the worst service. I ve never left a review before because we really enjoy the food, but this last time I went was too much. I probably won t be going back anymore to BCW cause it just never fails. Even when we were parking getting ready to go inside, my kids joked about how we always have terrible service, and that s exactly what happened.

Parm chicken wings way to sauced up could only eat 3 or 4 of the 10 I bought this time. Side side fresh. They were not busy so service was quick on a pick up order but glad I picked up the place was I furnace! Very hot and stuffy to ge eating in. Was told 82° was good enough for corporate!! That is very hard to work in especially in Texqs!!! I used eat at the one in Katy but was visit the area. Wings are different by location.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Big City Wings. I ordered 60 wings for a small get together and they only provided a single 4 oz plastic container worth of ranch. You d think that for an order that size which supposedly feeds 6-8 people that there would be multiple containers of ranch. I had even order a large ranch on the side to ensure there would be enough and that wasn t in the bag either. On top of that there were only 7-8 carrot sticks which, again, this is supposed to feed 6-8 people so I guess in their minds 1 carrot stick per person is adequate? The sauce on the original wings I ordered was incredibly watery. So watery that it wouldn t even stick to the wings. Not a glaze like you d expect. When I called and asked for the manager I spoke to a very unsympathetic woman named Cat who was only interested in questioning me like it was my fault and couldn t possibly be their fault. She made me take pictures and send them as proof . When I asked to at least be refunded for the large ranch I purchased that wasn t in the bag I was told they d get back to me . It s outrageous that I spent $115 at this establishment and this is how they treat me. Never coming back.

Food was not good. The wings we got tasted like it was cooked in fish grease, grilled chicken sandwich was burnt, and the order took over 30 minutes. No complaints about the staff, it just seemed like they were understaffed. Also, the food is extremely overpriced for the quality.

Very good service and our waiter was really good but they messed up both me and my mom s orders, wings with no sauce which is absurd and a burger that they didn t even get right. Would not recommend coming here unless your only getting beer. But they might mess that up too.

I recently visited Big City Wings and had a fantastic experience. Our waiter, Patrick, was incredibly friendly, making great conversation! The restaurant was clean and inviting, which was a big plus. We didn t have to wait long for our food, and when it arrived, it was fresh and delicious. We ordered three of the lunch deals which included five wings, waffle fries, and a drink for $9.99. The portions were generous and more than enough to satisfy us. Overall, I highly recommend Big City Wings in Pearland for their great service, clean environment, and tasty food.

It s about time to shut this establishment down. The inconsistent quaintly of food is below subpar. The customer service is okay. But a McDonald s crew is more efficient then the entire staff. Rather you are calling in or sitting at the restaurant the phone rings off the hook. The orders either are wrong or come up short. These should be minimumal things to fix but it s clear no one gives a damn just the blind leading the blind and a waist of people time and money. Its taken me years to render a review and its just a No for me officially.

Let me preface this by saying I go to this restaurant on a regular basis...at least once a week. Today is 6/14. Game 3 of the NBA finals a very important game for NBA fans as this is a win or go home game for the mavs. We got the bar excited to watch the game the game. Tbe bartender Dylan cut it on for us ans turned up the sound. We thanked him...about 10 mins later the NBA finals were turned off and the Astros game was turned on. We asked why is was changed and we were told that the manager JULIA doesnt care what the customers want to watch shes only concerned with the higher ups whomever that may be. I have never experienced this at a bar they usually watch whatever the person who was there first wants to watch. They dont disregard customers. Ive never seen more than 15 people in this restaurant at one time. You would think they would appreciate REGULAR customers who keep the lights on more. But no, theyre rude and dismissive it almost felt racist as it was the black people wanting to watch the NBA. Very disappointed in my experience

The wings specials are a good deal, but BW3 also has the same specials. The service of this restaurant has gotten really bad. There are not enough servers, and there is no floor manager. During the latest visit, after waiting for over 25 minutes and observing only 2 servers covering the restaurant, no one came to our table to take drinks and food orders. We decided to head over to Buffalo Wild Wings. We will not return to this restaurant anytime soon.

Came in at 12:45pm and did not eat until 2:10pm. We were asked if we are waiting on our checking and we didnt even receive our food. Service was horrible and the food was horrible. I had a hamburger it was dry and bland. Management inform us that there was only one person in the kitchen. There was no effort to help the kitchen staff. This was the worst service I ever received. The ball was dropped and the manager on duty had the audacity to get upset with us. We always have a large party and try to frequent different places and always leave a generous tip. This is a monthly outing, we often go back to same places that provide great service, We will not return.

We had a great time at Big City Wings! They have a large menu and plenty of options. The service was fast & friendly and our food & drinks came out really quickly. We loved the wings, fries, fried mushrooms, and frozen margs, & all of the portions were really generous. They also had great views of every TV with different games on. Were excited to go back soon!

i come to this location daily for months now. Ive never had an issue with the service. Until 2 month or so ago. They hire a new bartender/waitress (i dont know her full name. just know it starts with a S and she is African American) and at first I gave her the benefit of the doubt since she was new. but after a couple weeks and she still making the same mistakes being new is no excuse. she has mentioned to me and my table that she messes up our orders on accident because shes drunk/tipsy what kind of establishment allows their employees to drink on the clock? her being drunk on the clock affects our service and she always makes me and my table late from our return lunch time all because she messes up our order, she over charges us on stuff we did not even order, mixes up our tickets and then complains that she has to go back and fix it. this is a daily thing with her. this past experience was unacceptable, she was being so rude to me and my table from the start. she complain to a co worker that she does not like taking care of us for whatever reasons she might have of us. we dont go their and give her a hard time,. her lack of work gives her own self a bad experience. that right their is so unprofessional talking bad about your costumers when we can obviously hear her. I can write so many other bad experiences we ve had with this specific person but I would be writing a whole book if I continue. To all the other bartender/waitresses y all gave us a good experience. Especially the male host he s so sweet and nice to us. It s just this particular person who made us make the decision to not go back anymore.

We came to this location for the first time for dinner and we had an easy time parking. Our waiter Patrick was courteous and polite, he even made sure to check if we d need anything for our little one. Most times you can see the annoyance on the face of waiters when you bring kids to a restaurant but Patrick was not, instead he engaged with our son and made sure to check in on him as well besides the adults. Food was good and HOT. We loved the sweet potato waffle fries and my husband doesn t even like sweet potatoes lol. Kid-friendliness: Good with kids plenty of high chairs available

A few of the work family stopped by for happy bcz BBs wait was super long. Im glad we decided to walk across the street to try out Big City Wings. $5 Margaritas, yummy wings, awesome waffle fries, and lets not forget the welcoming and friendly service from the time we walked thru the door until the time we left. I know our table seemed a bit all over the place and indecisive, but our waitress, Kat, continued to provide great service and was so accommodating to each specific need, question, and request. To top it off, her managers came by to check on us numerous times, and there was fun and laughter from everyone. Seeing management work along side of there team members is a rare thing nowadays, but tonights team were the perfect example. Thank you Kat, and her managers!

My first visit didnt start off so good. Waited nearly 5mins before I was seated and another 10mins before my drink order was taken. By the amount of people in restaurant it wasnt that busy at all. Kitchen forgot my onion rings so Annae had to place order again. Overall Annae made my first time to Big City Wings enjoyable. This place used to my favorite. I was told back in March corporate had to refund my $35. I placed an online order and they were not able to make our pina coladas. No big deal. Great first time dining experience with the family. Wife was craving wings so I scoured Google reviews that resulted in no restaurant with glowing recommendations. We chose Big City and after our meal and customer service we now have a go-to wing place. We were greeted by a hostess who was friendly entering and leaving. Dalton was our server and he provided awesome service and whose recommendations were all on point! The restaurant was way larger than it looks from the outside and good for small tables to large gatherings. A partitioned bar area is a nice feature for families dining in. Potato skins were great (although could be a little larger in portion) and good quality ranch accompanying. Wing basket with 10 wings and choice of waffle fries/potato wedges/tater tots/sweet potato fries was ample in portion. I prefer dry rub wings and the Spicy Ranch Lemon Pepper was a pleasant surprise and super tasty. I had half the wings with Hot Garlic Parmesan and they provided another spectrum of flavor. Potato wedges were good and a perfect side to mop up wing seasoning. Others had wings, Hickory Burger, Grown Up Grilled Cheese, and all meals were enjoyed. Went in today for the first time. There wasnt a lot of people so I figured wed be taken care of quickly. However, we noticed only 1 manager and 1 waitress working and the manager was also working the bar. We had to request menus and it took them like 15 minutes to come get our drink order. We went ahead and ordered appetizers and the 2 kids their food. We were ready to place our food order as well but the waitress said shed go put the drink order in and be back. That took another 15 minutes. She finally returned with drinks and by this time we noticed a huge party coming in and 1 of the ladies who was in attendance was grabbing drinks for her party which made me believe that 1- she worked there or 2- she new the manager. Our appetizers and the kids food came out and we were still being sympathetic towards the manager and only waitress. We werent complaining for their lack of service, I just kept saying they are doing the best they can. After an hour in a half of still waiting for our food, the huge party started getting their crawfish and thats when I began to question how we still hadnt gotten our crawfish and food. At that point we all decided we were no longer waiting. We told the manager we were leaving and he was making excuses instead of apologizing. Needless to say, we will never be going back.

This was our first time here. And to be honest, the Food was very good! We got the sampler. I really liked the fried pickle spears. They had great crunch and werent soggy. The Mozzarella sticks were nicely breaded as well. But I have to say the lemon pepper boneless wings were my favorite. Usually boneless wings are all breading, and very little chicken...these were quite the opposite! The chicken inside definitely out weighed the breading and had exceptional flavor. We got 4 different wing flavors and we liked every one of them. My husband also got the bacon avocado burger and he said it was definitely a good burger. Their ranch is pretty close to the ranch wingstop uses which is his favorite ranch haha. Service was great, Damien did a great job and was very accommodating. As were all the different servers we spoke with. Had multiple games streaming on the big screens. And environment was very family friendly! Will definitely be coming back! Terrible service. Wings were pretty good..but the service terrible. Waited for drinks. Got a bucket of beer only 5 beers and should be 6 per the menu. Dont eat the grill chicken salad... Pretty bad and didnt come with everything stated on the menu.

BCW is excellent and has the best wings in Pearland (the waffles are fantastic too). The service is always great. The food is terrific. The atmosphere is awesome. No customer service and extreme high prices. I ordered wings and it was fine wrong. I went back and spoke to managers how and Chris for replacement. I substitute a side for extra celery and got only 3 pieces of celery. I had to ask for more because remind you I didnt get another side and it comes with celery and a side. Joe came back with a small tim foil of 3 pieces of celery. I was told Id I want another 3 pieces it was a $2.50 charge. I think that is totally outrageous. It seems like hes trying to take advantage of a situation. I didnt make COVID so dont take it out on a customer by jacking up prices. He knows it cordt less than $2 for a bundle of celery at grocery store. It seems cheaper to get a steak than celery. Not coming back. Horrible customer service.

Went at around 3pm on a Thursday...understand people are working, however I was the only person there. Should have been a clue. Went to the bar. They couldnt make a bacardi and coke, they only had capt morgan and Malibu. Ordered some wings. They werent good at all. Pricey as hell. It was 17 dollars for 10 wings and 9 dollars for Jack and coke. Get real. Still have this nasty after taste of the wing sauce. Stay away!!!

Not sure what the low ratings are about. It really made me feel like this place wasnt gonna be good. But I went in to watch game 3 of the Astros at bogies initially for steak night (non existent) and Browns v bengals. Of course, everything in Philly sucks so they ended up moving the game. Anyways, tried the tenders ($1 on mondays) and the hottest sauce. It was SO surprisingly good. Tried the chipotle sauce that was good. The best part however was the service. I remember the last time I got service that good was in atlanta in 2011. Caleb was on fire. I would definantly recommend him for a great experience. Tldr: Cheap beer, grade A+ (caleb) service and lots of tvs.

Bartender was friendly, ordered a burger. 22 minutes later, no burger. Edit: checked, it was 28 minutes. Manager apologized, paid my tab and left. Won t try again. I would ve been a bit more understanding if the restaurant was packed at all. It had maybe 10 tables that were all served. This was the kitchen not managing orders correctly. My husband, my 2 yo, and I show up at 6:30. The place is not busy. The entire time we were there there was a max of 10 tables in regular dining and there were a handful of people in the bar. We managed to give the server our food order at 6:50. Potato skins, boneless wings, fries. 7:05, 15 minutes, later our potatoes skins come out. They were delicious. We eat those. Server says our food will be right out. We wait about another 15 minutes, 7:20, and our fries come out. Another table comes in, sits and orders. Another person, not our server, comes by apologizes for the food taking so long, says they ll comp the potato skins. Server comes back by and apologizes again. Assuring us the wings will be right out. At 7:50, AN HOUR after we order the table that came in well after us gets THEIR food and we re still waiting for the wings. Absolutely not. It was past by 2 yo s bedtime and he had only eaten potato skins and fries. I honestly can t think of what would have caused this. They weren t busy. It s boneless wings. They don t take like 10 maybe 15 minutes to cook. I m just at a complete loss as to what happened, but absolutely a terrible experience. Which is a shame since we used to frequent the Atascocita location when we lived up there.

Very slow service at this location. The H-town fries were amazing. The drinks were very homemade, their were still very big chunks of ice in the blended drinks. I ordered lemon peppers wings and received hot wings, the waitress went on to act as if the hot wings were lemon pepper wings. We waited so long for our food, I just ate the hot wings anyway and left...

Despite the current negative reviews, we tried this place yesterday. There wasnt really anyone eating. They advertised a special. The sign outside was written as $5 less than the price on the board inside. The food was subpar. We ordered a combo special that gave us a little of everything. While the wings were a good size. The boneless wings had no sauce. The ranch was good. The chili and cheese sauce tasted from a can. Our service was fine. Jordan was a nice server. But the other staff around made it awkward when you could hear one server walk around talking about a table that just left. I believe this place has a good looking menu just needs to be executed better.

First of all, waited at the store for 45 mins for a pick up order. Very dried out wings, crunchy, and burnt. Order a large basket of wedges and it only came with 10 wedges (I counted). Im always down to check out a new to me wing spot. I met a buddy here and glad he was down too. There is seating and TVs galore along with arcade video games. I need to come back and catch a game. Allow me to tell a story... my wife orders mild wings over the phone. I go in to get them, the girl behind the desk brings my food, hands it to me and says have good day. I leave. On our way home we get a call and this person on the phone tells my wife I forgot to pay. First, how did I get an order of to go wings without paying? I didnt forget to pay. She didnt ask for payment before giving me my food. Then she couldnt take the payment over the phone. Finally not only did we have to go back to the restaurant to pay, the freaking wings were wrong! I really enjoy these wings, but the quality isnt always consistent. Sometimes, the food is amazing and others times it doesnt taste very good. Most of the time the food is good. The service is mostly good. I did run into an issue with someone forgetting to put in my to-go order, but that was only once. Minor complaint: there is a huge difference between very hot and the hottest hot sauce. I wish the very hot was a little more spicy.
