Win so nice we ordered chicken spring rolls they served in rice rolls which looked great but the tissue paper got stuck on it She replaced them with fried chicken spring roll which was very good She served chicken pho in two trays that was really convenient It was fresh and with fresh condiments So delicious and healthy Definitely will be back

In order off DoorDash and pickup from here. The mamas egg rolls are amazing!!! They melt in your mouth! There are a little pricy (2 small ones for $6) but I just keep reordering them lol. The food is fresh and always am greeted when I walk in and when I m leaving. Give them a try!

Pho Barr is awesome; great tasty food close to home! I had a pickup order for a regular grilled pork Bahn Mi and it was stellar. Bread was a little crispy for my liking but after a dunk or two in the Vietnamese sauce that my mama s special egg rolls came with fixed that up in a delicious way! Ahn, was super helpful and kind when I came to pick up and pay and the food was ready very quick. 12/10

I am from OKC Ive been spoiled by the elite pho in the large Asian district there. This was the first out of 10+ pho joints in the Houston area that I have tried which ranks top tier in my opinion. Im rarely on this side of town, I just happen to be over here. It smells incredible in this little place, theres Vietnamese food on the TV, the people are friendly and hospitable, and the food is wonderful. Yesterday, I had the special, which was fried pork, sticky rice, and broth. The combination was new to me, but the pork was great! Today, Im doing the Pho Bo. What I really like about this place as opposed to other similar eateries, is the innate challenge to try something new, this place gives you license to do just that. Did I mention the smell?

But I will not be going back to this location again after receiving horrific food poisoning that has left me ill since the weekend. I will continue to visit the Webster location as I have had nothing but great experiences there, but this is hands down the worst food poisoning Ive had from eating out. I usually don t eat out for Vietnamese food since I can make it at home, but this place was top notch! So good! The service was great, the food came out on time, the meals stayed pretty hot, and the drinks were good too! Our server was always making sure if we needed anything, and the younger gal that took our order would stop by and see if everything was okay too. I came with a group of people and all of us left happy and even ordered more food to go. Hands down a good place for lunch and I ll be back! For the drinks, the butterfly lemonade wasn t bitter and a bit sweet, but it was refreshing since it did get a bit hot the day I visited. The Vietnamese coffee is a bonus especially taking it to go!

Best Vietnamese Food in the area! My husband and I ordered the Pho Tom (shrimp), Chicken Bahn Mi and the Ultimate Fries with beef. For dessert we got the Mango Mochi and a Wintermelon Green Tea to go. Everything was well seasoned and the flavors were delicious. The Pho was a perfect portion with large shrimp. The fries were great for sharing between the two of us. And the Bahn Mi had great bread and the chicken was moist and saucy. Our waitress was a joy and had great recommendations. The vibe of the restaurant was very tasteful and relaxed. Although a bit chilly. This will be our go to place from now on! Thank you!

Why cant they get an order right????? We used to eat at the location in Webster a lot until this one opened up right down the street. The food is just about as good as the Webster location but they cant get my order right to save their lives. I order the same thing every time and something is always missing or wrong. Extra bean sprouts, extra noodles, extra Sriracha, or whatever. I am is its in there and am assured it is only to get home and find out it isnt. Tonight I asked the little girl if my extra bean sprouts were in the bag. Her response was yes theres a bag of bean sprouts. I asked again if there were extra and was told yes. I got home to find a smaller amount than normal, much less extra. If youre dining in whee you see what you ordered or want to check your bag for every part of your order, This location is okay. If you want to experience it the way this restaurant was intended to be, so yourself a favor and go to the Clear Lake location.

My first time eating here and I got the bo luc lac( one of my favorite dishes) I usually eat in bellaire for anything Veit but thought I d try something closer. This place was SO good! The drinks were all amazing with the toppings we loved the boba and the lychee poppers were really neat and refreshing. The Vietnamese coffee frappe was great too. We are crazy about this place! We went to the Webster location a few times but ultimately decided it was too far a drive when Pho Bahn Mi was right here...but Pho Bahn Mi is gone now! First time here, service was hit or miss. Ordered pork spring rolls and pork pho. There were 2 of us, we didn t get plates to eat our rolls over. I didn t care for the idea of eating directly over the table. The pork on the pho seems to have a sauce similar you would get with Chinese food. It s not char-grilled meat either, it s sauced. Their pho broth is sooo good. Adding anything to it only ruins it. Excellent (and preffered) on its own; it has this delicate and delicious balance. Adding Sri racha or Hoisan sauce only takes away from the flavor. I know, when I found at the end when I thought, lets give it a little kick. Find a different way to spice it up. Ill be back

The pho with steak and meatballs was flavorful with plenty of noodles, and the broth was not greasy. The egg rolls were a little different from what I ve tried over the last 20+ years, but they were good in their own way. I ll most likely give the spring rolls a shot next time, because there will definitely be a next time!

We love Pho, and have tried it many places. We also like to sample the apps and others things as well. The pork spring rolls here were good. I personally like them with more cilantro but the shining star was the pork. Most places seem to glaze the pork then grill it (sometimes making it a bit tough). Here, the pork appears to be first cooked, then coated with a Korean-like bbq sauce. It showed up in the spring rolls and on the loaded French fries and was delicious. We also got the pork fried dumplings and were pleasantly surprised to find they were very ginger-forward, much to our liking. The previously mentioned loaded fried were done with shoestring potatoes and actually fried to a crisply texture! The topping were proportional and the runny egg was crowning jewel. Now to the pho... To start, the broth was wonderful, almost consommé clear and carried enough of the star annise flavor to make it sensational. Noodles were done right and the herbs, onions, and other fixins were generous and flavorful, especially the cilantro. The beef TENDERLOIN was tender and delicious as expected but the two detractors were the brisket that was over cooked (fairly tough), and the tendon meatballs, we specifically asked be left off, floating in the bowl [it even stated on the receipt NO MEATBALLS] Other than these couple small missteps it was a wonderful meal and we will be back! Good job Pho Barr!

I used to go to the Pho Barr in Webster very regularly, as it was right next to my office. I really like this place. The menu is not overly large, they pick a few things that they do really well, rather than have a litany of mediocre offerings. Its not a super traditional Viet place, if you want those, you need to go to Bellaire, but what they have is always pretty good and is tailored well to a western palette. The drinks are great. Prices are pretty high for what it is, but that is par for the course in this economy. For two people to split an app, each get an entree, and a drink, expect to pay about 50$ for lunch. I miss the days when the standard price for a bowl of Pho was 8$, but its not their fault. Please give it a shot, I hope this place sticks around.

First time trying Pho Bar and everything was fantastic! I will definitely be back and trying the remainder of their menu. We had the Pho bo, the broth was perfect and it came fully loaded. The sirloin Bahn mi had the right amount of spice . The grilled pork spring rolls were big and tasty. The BBQ pork fries were probably my favorite, no over powering flavors. Thai tea and milk tea were also really good and for a good price (Thai is expensive at other places). If you re craving Vietnamese food I highly recommend them.

My first time having a pho restaurant put it all together for the take out experience. All the necessary utensils (bowl, soup spoon, chopsticks, napkins) and good food. The presentation was phenomenal, they put all the rice noodles and meat in the bowls for you, its not much you have to assemble. Whereas most Pho restaurants, you have to assemble the pho yourself. The broth was savory and the meat was fresh and tender and so were the veggies. Very very good. Will definitely be going back.
