Mr. Youngblood provides excellent service and is thorough. As a business owner it is imperative my estate plan and business finances are buttoned up. He stepped in where another law firm dropped the ball. His rates are very reasonable considering hes an attorney & CPA.

So very disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of care from the office of Scott Youngblood. I scheduled an appointment with him over two months ago. At the time I clearly stated that I need his expertise in filling out one form for my income tax. I also told the person I spoke with that I do my own taxes and just needed some advice on a form Ive never done before. The woman told me it would be a $100.00 consultation fee to which I agreed. On January 18th, I received a call to confirm the appointment and review what I needed. Again, I told the woman that I do my own taxes and just needed direction/advice on filling out one form that is new to me. So my appointment was for January 25 at 11:00 am. At 4:58 on January 24, I received a call from the office of Scott Youngblood to confirm my appointment for the following day and to review what I needed. The woman (maybe her name was Lisa?) asked if I wanted him to do my taxes. No, I do them myself. I just need a little help with one form (for the third time). However, this time she told me that he does not do that. You couldnt have told me this the first time I called two months ago??? She kept saying, Im sorry. We dont do that. Well, thats absolutely no help to me. And if your people forgot to put it in the notes, thats on you. I find fault with the work ethic in this office. Does whoever man the phone not know what Mr. Youngblood does and doesnt do? There was no attempt to make this right. I never got to see or speak with Scott Youngblood. Now, I thought I would be wrapping something up today and I have not made any progress on my problem. All I needed was probably 15 minutes of his time and expertise for $100. Thats not bad money for $100. I wish I could have made $400/hour but teaching your children does not pay that well. I would not recommend this business as I was not given the correct information and my appointment was scratched at the last minute by the business.

I do not like giving bad reviews but If I could give a zero I would! I was referred by a very dear friend that highly recommended Scott s company. Since October 2022, they have had my information. We are now June 1st 2023!!! Now 7 months later, my taxes are still not completed! I have emailed several times with no response. Upon the consultation, I explained to them it was imperative I have this done as soon as possible as these documents were needed for a court date coming up. My lawyer has reset my court date several times from the delay in my taxes. I finally was so upset today, I called and stated I would be there to pick up my paperwork. With no questions asked, it was a simple.. ok!! I am furious as no cares from them to what I have gone through and have patiently waited!!!

Update: All our tax data was later stolen. Had a positive 1st meeting, but communication with him regarding our taxes was difficult (at best). His staff would take messages and either he didnt receive them or simply didnt take time to respond. Months later, we found his computer systems had been compromized. Now, he gets so many positive reviews in one week? Interesting.

Firstly, he solicites 5 star reviews from his friends. But I can t express how awful terrible horrible this firm is. So unprofessional, terrible communication. If you want business try answering your phone. But when you do answer, at least pretend to be interested in what the person speaking has to say. Do yourself a favor and chose literally any other firm to handle your money.

I am extremely satisfied with the folks at Scott Youngblood CPA. They take care of my business and personal taxes. They really know how to take care of you. With all the new tax laws, it can be overwhelming. They do an excellent job of explaining and presenting options that you can choose from and feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable staff and eager to help in anyway the can. I would highly recommend to anybody who needs help with their tax needs.

Had the worse experience with him I had to find another attorney because I was not getting communication in a timely manner. When I finally did reached him it was an aggressive tone. Being yelled, cursed at and called a liar by this attorney is not best practices. Save your money and aggravation find another attorney. Kinda shady that he had to solicit clients to give him 5 star rating for damage control.

I paid $700 to build a LLC. They did not give me Webfile number. I used the whole afternoon to call Texas comptroller, then found they has already mailed to their address. But I called their front desk. The lady told me they never received any information.
