Super healthy place. I literally needed a quick light lunch since I had an early dinner in the evening and this was perfect. Got the cowboy Benedict and its light and perfect. Unfortunately I did not like their mixed greens because they added some sort of oil (vinegar? Not sure) which I did not like so I had to deduct a star. Nice environment though.

I recently visited this brunch restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely awesome, every dish was flavorful and well prepared. One thing that stood out was how much this place cares about the coffee. It s clear they put effort into making it just right, which made the experience even better. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some downtime. It s a great place to eat, unwind, and spend time with good company. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quality brunch experience! =)

We went here for brunch with my mother-in-law and her friends. You order your food at the counter and the server brings the food to you. I got the Salmon Benedict and it was delicious. Salmon was perfectly smoked. The eggs were deliciously poached. My husband tried the salmon and loved it. He got the cheesesteak. My mother-in-law got the original Benedict. We went on a Saturday morning so the place was busy, but easy to grab a table. Definitely a nice spot to go to for brunch with friends. I also tried a cortado for the very first time. Haha, it was interesting.

It was Saturday afternoon right after a heavy workout and didnt want to go home and make food. Looked on yelp for a healthy option and came across this place. I was so hungry and it was close to my gym so we gave it a shot. I was so surprised at how cute this place was. It was small but cozy. We were seated and looked over the menu, now I wanted healthy but they also have sinful additions to the menu that I was proud of myself for not giving into . I ordered a cappuccino which was beautiful and so perfect. I ordered the salmon toast, it was sourdough bread, avocado, lemon cream cheese, quinoa, capers, smoked salmon, poached egg, and Mico greens. I was plated like a Michelin star chef. My only complaint is that my poached egg wasnt runny but that is a personal choice. Go to this place for a surprise that you didnt know you needed In your life!

What a fun little place! The food was very good - I had the egg sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. My mother enjoyed her omelette as well. The potatoes could have used some seasoning. The service was good as well - you go to the counter when you re ready to order, but the host refilled creamer and brought it back to me and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was good too. A very cute place. I obviously can t personally comment on the flavor, but the woman next to us got the pink lady sandwich and it looked absolutely incredible. She said it was really good. Parking: Might be difficult to find parking when busy

Kitchen values speed over accuracy. Whats the point of creating an order quickly if the order is not accurate. TWO WEEKS IN A ROW, on June 30 and July 07 order, Bacon side I ordered and paid for in advance inexplicably forgotten. BOTH Sundays in a ROW Ive needed to reach out and deal with missing item. Whats the point to ordering a Sunday brunch if it causes Aggravation?

The food wasn t bad, it just wasn t great. I live in the city with the best food around, and I came here due to the great reviews. I was sadly disappointed. I don t think this place deserves the 4 stars that is currently has. My panini was dry and served with no sauce. My salad was unbearably tart from the balsamic vinegar. And the Nutella toast was nothing special. I am really sad that I wasted my vacation lunch here.

We got here just in time before the inevitable rush of the Saturday brunch crowd. After a short wait we were seated and after a much shorter wait we received our food. They were out of English muffins so my classic eggs Benedict came on sour dough. Though it wasnt the best Ive had, it was made well and tasted good. I also had the Nest Waffle with blueberry compote, strawberries and whipped cream. In theory its a very fresh and delicious concept, however the waffle itself was just too dense and chewy. Overall, the entire staff(especially the hostess) was very nice and helpful and I would definitely come back and try more of this menu.

We visited on a Monday morning for breakfast and coffee. Could easily find a table. I like that there are gluten free and dairy free menu items and alternatives. The menu variety is good with a mix of breakfast foods, sandwiches, bowls, and salads plus a full coffee/beverage menu. The staff was really kind to us and patient. I ordered the pesto veggie toast and it was very mediocre. Tasted like it had absolutely no seasoning, not even salt. Luckily there is salt, pepper, and hot sauces available. My partner got the chicken panini and only ate half. He said it was also just ok. Coffee was decent but not the best. The service was quick. Almost suspiciously quick, haha. It s also a laptop friendly space with free wifi available, however the wifi was quite slow during our visit so we didn t stick around long. To order, you can pick up a menu from from the front, choose a table (they are numbered), then when you re ready to order go back up to the counter to order and give your table number. Food and drinks are brought to you. Located in a little strip with other shops and restaurants so there s a parking lot with plenty of spaces right outside The Nest Cafe. Overall not a place I would intentionally return to as it lacks flavor and interest for the cost.

Was in for the first time on a Sunday morning and ordered takeout. Nice little cafe and friendly staff. I ordered a few items including a sandwich with gluten free bread and another with regular bread. Order came and once we got home, realized the sandwiches looked identical and none of the boxes were labeled. Also we had ordered a specialty waffle that was missing the sauce and candied bacon. I should have checked at the cafe. That being said, the boxes are not closeable once opened, because of the sticker on top you kind of have to rip it open, so you cant fold the little tab back in.

I cant agree with the majority of reviews. Visited at breakfast and was told they didnt have iced tea. I asked if they would brew some and they said no, and explained it would take too long. That must be some complicated tea..... Ordered the Cowboy Benedict. The bacon was rubbery and one of the poached eggs were undercooked. I was with a guest and my food came out 7 minutes before theirs. So I had to awkwardly eat in front of them. Too many great places in the area to give this one a second shot...

My recent experience at this cafe was a total letdown (we have been here many times before). From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed more interested in rushing us out than welcoming us in. Not a single smile or friendly greeting in sight. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Its clear that theres been a change in management because the level of customer service has plummeted. The new manager lacks the warmth and attentiveness that the previous ones had. We felt like unwanted guests the entire time. Honestly, its disappointing to see such a decline in service. With so many other cafes in the area, theres no reason to subject myself to feeling unwelcome again. Safe to say, we wont be returning anytime soon.

The amenities are clean and well kept, and the casual quick service of The Nest certainly adds to the charm. The food is good, nothing fantastically flavorful but certainly aesthetically appealing, with their iconic foam art and ornate plating being a hallmark of this establishment. Id recommend this place more for the atmosphere than the food, but either way it doesnt disappoint.

No ordering from the table which I prefer. Also, like a hipster atmosphere. Not good for families. An extra level of stress when just want to sit down and relax! Standing around waiting for a cramped table for a breakfast for 6 that costs $120 bucks? Not again. Water in scratched old stained plastic cloudy cups, cracked carafe. Plastic is not as sanitary as glass. Salt shaker had coarse salt in it so it couldn t get through the holes to come out. Second time here lowered my rating.

Went to order at the counter and the employee had such an unpleasant attitude. The food is good but I will NEVER go again. I have been to many restaurants Frisco and this one had the worst service. I recently had a delightful brunch experience where I ordered a variety of dishes. The veggie toast was a perfect blend of flavors and textures, offering a refreshing twist on traditional avocado toast. The acai bowl was a refreshing and vibrant choice, filled with fresh fruits. The veggie wrap was a satisfying choice, packed with colorful vegetables and a delicious dressing. Lastly, the mushroom toast was a savory delight, with earthy mushrooms and a creamy spread on crispy bread. Overall, the brunch was a veggie lovers paradise, and I left with a happy and contented palate. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delicious and wholesome brunch!

Its not the prettiest or fancy but the quality, taste of the food and drinks were very good As for the service, it is the same as most cafes in the city where you arrive and order at the cashier; therefore we cannot really talk about service

Really good coffee eggs Benedict was just okay the Holliday sauce tasted a bit off but couldnt put my finger on why. Was busy as you would expect from a brunch place on a Sunday around noon. The staff was a bit abrasive. I got my food but no silverware so went to the counter and took way more of a conversation to get a fork and knife than it should have. All this said I would go back just for the coffee again was super good.

The place is a bit disorganized. Justin took our order. Justin decided to take a group of four before us, knowing we had been waiting to take our order, in which we communicated. He made it seemed like it was a miscommunication, which was not and felt discriminatory. There s couple things I would suggest: 1. Be a little more communicative where you want people to stand when they are on wait for a table. 2. Follow an system that allows people to know where they are, and what they need to do. In our case we were told to wait for a table, we waited for a table, and then when we were told our table, we went to order and was asked to wait - when we were next in line! 3. Guide people to their seats. Be willing to split larger tables by groups of two. The food was outstanding - presentation, order to plate timing, and taste. I got the smoke aguacate toast which was .

The coffee is fantastic, my latte was perfect. I had a benedict, and unfortunately my eggs were severely overcooked. The eggs on my husbands avocado toast were overcooked as well. Almost hard-boiled. The avocado in my bendict was just an avocado cut in half lol. Unseasoned, too. It made the dish very difficult to eat. It was literally piled 8 inches high on my plate. The moment I tried to cut into it, it just fell apart into a mess. The best part is the chili oil they put on the breakfast potatoes. Its delicious! Its almost like berbere or harissa. Its nutty and just a little bit spicy. I would come back and just order the breakfast potatoes. Prices are after average. $30 for 2 lattes and 2 breakfasts.

I am in the service industry myself and I know every customer should be greeted especially when it s their first time. Looks like they were in a rush to close when it was only 2:20 already saying they are closing and taking our plates away. She also ended up closing the restaurant BEFORE they even were closed which is at 3:00 food was great and so was the person serving our food :) thank you!

Cozy breakfast place hidden in an apartment complex. One of the hidden gems that one needs to find for a nice breakfast. The hosts are great, the environment is nice and the menu is what makes it whole. Lots of choices and options. For a lazy weekend breakfast I took a Keith Cap (Cappuccino with almond milk and Cinnamon) and a nice Banana bread. Found my table and spent a relaxed morning while reading the daily news updates. But on a hungrier day, I would grab their Benedicts or Toasts. Sandwiches are good too. Good kids food and vegetarian options. Must visit.

I ordered their winne the pooh latte, cowboy waffle, and sandwich chicken panini. The lattes were so cute and had the flavor of cinnamon . The food was delicious; I also liked their chicken panini, which had many flavors for each bite. The ambiance was good. If you are planning to go on Sundays, be on time. They dont accept any reservations. There were only limited seats. You pay upfront, so theres no telling how the service will be after tipping though the Service was fast and friendly.
