Its not as good as it used to be. Looks like theyre trying to give the entrance a face-lift. It looks a little better. The areas that need attention are the restrooms. Theyre nasty. They took all the silverware away from the plate stations. The server brings you the silverware after you show them your receipt. No spoons available for your soup. Now you have to ask your server for one. I didnt like having to wait for my spoon

I ve been off my game for a while with posting . I should have taken pictures and pictures of the manager and the cashier Celeste laughing tonight. The food was dry, no taste , it was gross where me and my friend vomit outside. We ask for a refund and she said no because we were there for 20 mins which was a lie. We left all the food on the table and we only had a sample . I feel sick. The manger said no she was not giving our money back and she was arguing with us and rolling her neck. Trash

Food was terrible other than the one small steak I got off the grill. I went at dinner time with my girlfriend at 630 and it s like every thing had just sat there all day long even the dessert was terrible the churros were cold and soggy cafeteria food at the hospital is better we moved tables twice and even the third table felt like it had a film over it like they don t change the rag water or I m not sure what definitely wish I had the 42.00 back for two buffets and two drinks. I didn t eat much since it was all pretty dry or bland.. the booths and walls were kinda ran down and sticky torn. At least the guy kept the dr peppers coming. Cherry on top The ice cream machine lol yeah the ice cream would melt before you could hardly get back to the table with it chocolate fountain?? It s non existent but there s a sign for it lol!

I enjoyed this place so much I eat here twice within 3 days. Food was seasoned good. Felt like I was at home eating home cooked food. Waiters were nice and made sure we had everything we needed. They are in the process of remodeling which is needed but food is amazing and service outstanding.

Ruby was a sensational server. She was very courteous with a friendly approach. My refreshment was constantly refilled and the plates removed. She made sure she didnt take any utensils we might need and recommended a few desserts. Great service overall would definitely come back again

I have been a true patron of Golden Corral due to their variety of foods, desserts, or etc., at a reasonable price - ever since I was in middle school. Today, I m currently an adult that has experienced various restaurants, including 5 - star restaurants, but still have a good time with my kids (daughter - 12), and (son - 17) who enjoys the desserts and unlimited steak on Sundays sometimes after church. This particular Sunday after church took an incredible turn for the worst that created an immense sense of insecurity, and a huge amount of discrimination and discomfort as my daughter and I were called liars about her age, and asked to provide a birth certificate or insurance card to prove that she was 12 years old. The cashier and supervisor told my 12 year old daughter in front of a crowded line that, she was not 12, and does not look 12 and will be charged as an adult. after I over - explained and provided her birth date. To reduce the high - level of embarrassment and emotions that my daughter was experiencing I even provided her medical insurance card so that we can move forward and eat. The supervisor/Manager that assisted in creating this scene lacked the accountability to apologize or accommodate for the inconvenience, but instead told us to leave because I held up my daughter s insurance card after she refused to take it and view it after feeling outdone after she thought that we were lying and trying to scam for a discounted price. The supervisor/Manager also called the police on me and my family, after I asked why were we asked to leave after I provided what she asked for, and with no apology given to my daughter or myself from her. The police arrived and stood in solidarity with me, but unfortunately there is a right to refuse service law. In conclusion , the officer requested that I file a civil suit and etc. I am a hard - working mother that works two jobs, and also building a business that welcomes, values, and respect people. I aim to be a true example of integrity, character, and honesty for my children that view and depend on me. However, this incident caused me to do more self - esteem building with my daughter that has already experienced bullying and harassment for being more developed . This location lacks customer service, and lead with bias versus high quality customer satisfaction.

Omg. The stitch of entry is one for the record. My 6 year old grandson asked me if the toilet had ran over, it was that bad, the bathroom should be torn down and redone. 3 toilets that was extremely dirty. There were wet paper (a lot) on the floor, urine on the floor, the small is enough to make one gage. I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT PLACE AGAIN. THE FOOD WAS JUST OK. GET THE PLACE CLEANED UP, ITS A MESS. EVEN THE RUG AT THE FRONT DOOR SMELLS LIKE URINE.

There wasnt much variety in the meat selections and the ones they had were bland and seemed to be reheated. The fried chicken was dry, the meatloaf was lukewarm, and the bourbon chicken was flavorless. I cant believe that they charged full dinner price on a Sunday, when it wasnt even worth the regular lunch price charged during the week. I shouldve eaten at Lubys where the food is hot and fresh, and I wouldve gotten a veterans discount of 25% off.

First time visiting this location. Went 1.5 hours before close. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, they took care of us the entire experience. The food selection was still bountiful and well heated. We got steaks and they were cooked beautifully and juicy. Staff checked on multiple times to make sure we were all taken care of. I came on Easter Sunday and it was very busy. But the food was very good and fresh. The roast beef was not good. The steak wasn t bad. Loved the Mac and cheese, veggies, mashed potatoes, and butterfly shrimp. The desserts were all good. I loved the chocolate chess pie. I think the bread pudding was not cooked with enough liquid so it was kind of chewy in some parts. The bread was not soaked all the way through. My server was very nice too. I would come back again. I wish it were closer to me.

Easter Sunday, very busy when we arrived and seating was hard to find for a party of 3. We all had the buffet and the food was good but we had to wait for some items to be replinished. Great service from beginning to end. Staff was very helpful. Grill man did an excellent job on steak temp! Table Attendant on top of taking care of our party. Kitchen line kept plenty of good hot and cold dishes available. Only issue was a backup in the wash room, But overall, it was a great time.

I said just not to go here I kept telling several staff that I was going to get her to go plates and no one was relaying the message so they went to the register and closed it I only had card and they kept asking me if I had cash I dont carry cash I carry card no one was respecting that and I kept telling them why close the register if theres people still here what is somebody only has card and they want to get a plate to go they didnt want to hear that theyre like you can send it to somebody on cash app etc payment and as Im walking out I already got my to-go plates theyre like oh you got to pay for that and I was like Ive been trying to pay for it but youre close to register and Ive already packed up my food the guy was like if you have cash then you can give it to us if you have car then send it to somebody thats not how it establishment works youre supposed to leave the register open until the last person leaves no one came to us and told us that the register was being closed the guy told me I can pay before I leave and I was trying to do that customer service was okay I still give it a 1 star food maybe a two-star it was bland and unseasoned I went to grab a high chair for my son and the high chair was super dirty it was unclean there was food and all the high chairs we didnt get a waiter to our table until I asked for one it took them forever to get my sons birthday cake staff was very reluctant to sing Happy Birthday it felt very uncomfortable and weird like they just didnt want to do it I felt very disrespected in this establishment like me as a customer just they didnt care and it was very frustrating I asked the guy who was like why did you close the register if theres people still here and as Im walking out the door with my plates theyre like oh you got to pay for it you cant take that with you until you pay but I had told several several people that I only had card and they kept harping for cash I felt as a customer uncomfortable and my experience was poor I will never return back to the establishment Ive always loved going to go Golden corral as a kid but now as an adult I dont even want to it was very poor service

Waitress checked on the table behind us a (single Hispanic Man) quite often. But for us 2 kids 2 adults (Black) she stopped at our table once my wife said she asked for something I forget what it was, but the lady said ok shell be back with it but she never returned to the table at all. We didnt complain we just proceeded to clean our own table and get our own drinks..... There is an old saying that black people dont tip jokes on them because my wife and I tip great when treated with good service. She missed out on at least $30.

Could have gone to McDonalds and been more satisfied, and I hate McDonalds...Sadly, this will be the last time we eat here. I almost forgot, but one more thing. DONT EAT THE POPCORN SHRIMP!! Its not de-veined. I ate half my portion before I found that disgusting detail out when breading came off of one. Started pealing the breading to check the others and it was all of them. Upon arrival the cashier was great So you have to pay for food before you get to see it. They had No bake chicken only barbecue & chicken breast. I eat dark me but tried to eat the breast very cold hard I ash Juan the manager if he could put out some fresh bake chicken dark. Juan the manager said that he will cook any chicken because they were getting ready for dinner rush Simply refused having excuse that he did not have any dark me drumsticks nor chicken thighs. He stood over my sister plate hot and sweaty spot coming out his mouth when he talking over our food This is not the way to treat a paying customer we will never come back and if someone over him cares about they money spending customers your manager does not like people

The salad bar was very good .. a lot of the hot bar needed salt/flavor.. Meat loaf was horrible...was to the consistency or mashed potatoes... Cooks need to taste the hot food as they prepare for flavor or improvement... My favorite..the fried chicken need more breading... Mashed potatoes were the consistency of glue... I love golden corral but this one did not get it right....

This was my previous 5 Star review: Good food...Best fried chicken! Fast forward a month and here is my current review: There was no white meat chicken. When I asked I was told it would be four minutes. When they brought the chicken out it was all dark meat. I asked again and was told it would be 4 minutes. I waited and when it came out it was all dark meat again. I asked again and was told it would be another 14 minutes. I was there almost an hour before any white meat chicken came from the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager did bring some chicken to our table after we complained to management.

Ive been coming to this location for quite a bit and been discriminated by the two acient servers all the time I go there. Ive only seen them bringing refills and interacting with white people. Today my kids asked me to take them there after school. I didnt get any drinks for them because theyre still recovering from the flue and sodas are cold so instead I took them a room temperature juice but I did purchase a soda for myself. As usual the acient server with long hair passed by many times and never offered a refill on my soda. Maybe she thought I was sharing it with the kids, who knows. I had to get up and go get the refill myself. I served myself a romaine lettuce with Cesar dressing. I felt something weird while chewing but I figured it was the dressing. Then I see a larva on a piece on lettuce. They changed servers and she came to ask if everything was okay. I told her everything was fine except for the larva on my salad, all she said was ohh!! The new server did stop by many times and asked if we needed anything and she was talking to all her guests not like the sour ancients.

Tried this place again after years of not going. The place just seems dirty and it had the same bit of a song playing on repeat the entire time we were there. The waitress said it had been playing since the day before. Enough to drive anyone mad! The food was ok at best. If this place closed down I would not shed a tear.

They had me pay 2.57 for spoiled milk that got my toddler sick enough to defecate and vomit for the past 5 hours. This has never happened in her life. My husband was right telling me to not lower my standards to eat here, but nostalgia got the best of me. I ll never make that mistake again.
