My 2 1/2 year old grandson loves this place!! It is perfect for his age!!! He loves all the things that go ! I love that he is so happy and there are so many fun and engaging activities for his age. He loves the airplane and the huge Brio train set and all the space interchangeable shuttles and rockets. He could go every day for a month and there would still be activities he didn t touch yet!! I like signing up at their website so you don t have to stand in line when you get there!! We have been about 4 times now and will continue to visit!!

Super clean! And a wide variety of toys to play with. Also, I forgot a diaper that day and I was amazed since there were wipes and diapers available at the restrooms. Since it was out first time I didn t know that I had to check in online for the time we will be going, but the girl at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and was able to let us in.

My son is 22 months old and absolutely loves play street! We love that all the locations are a little different so he doesn t ever get bored. This location has a really fun airport setup and a huge wooden train set. My son loved it!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Play Street Museum in Allen. We were celebrating my sons second birthday, and the venue was perfect for his age group. Also, the staff went above and beyond to help me set up the party, pack up the gifts and party supplies at the end of the party, as well as helped serve guests during the party. Before the party, the owner was responsive with her communication, and she answered all of my questions. She also was kind and helpful when we needed to change the date for the party. I would highly recommend this venue for parties, events as well as play for young children. Its a great experience!

Had our son s birthday party at PSM Allen over the weekend and it was perfect! Our hostess Kailey was super helpful with set up, gathering the kids to sing happy birthday and cleanup! I love that they do private events so it was just our party. It was a nice clean place for the kids to run around and explore! I would highly recommend for your next preschoolers party!

I loved everything about it! We celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday there on Saturday. Lauren was our host and did an absolutely amazing job. She made the party run smoothly and I barely had to lift a finger. I bring my 2 and 4 year olds here often. We drive from Aubrey all the way here because it s such a nice place and Kirsten (sic) and Karen are always so nice and loving. They know us by name and face and are always so kind. My 4 year old is Autistic and they both take care with her and are always engaging with her. Both of my children love the fun activities they always have available and never get bored. The Allen location will probably be our forever location.

This was my first PSM visit ever, and I was very impressed. Rarely do I ever leave a kids play area without wanting to douse my body (and my kids!) with hand sanitizer, but Play Street Museum was shockingly clean. The staff on duty worked tirelessly the entire time I was there to make sure it was clean, and I am so grateful. I was also surprised that the price of admission included a snack for my toddler, it was a nice touch! We will definitely be back.

UPDATE after owner answer: Im not sure that this family left, because I waited for 10 minutes near the entrance for my husband, and people just entered there, and no one left. I also saw the cleaning process, not everything was disinfected properly, no one even paid attention to some toys that got vomit. I do not plan to return to this place, I am waiting for a refund. ----------------------------------- Today we tried to visit the Play Street museum in Allen. Unfortunately, my daughter and I were only able to play there for five minutes, because one boy threw up on the floor and some toys, the staff helped to clean everything up a little bit, but the boy and his family were left to play. In my opinion, the staff should have asked this family to leave and close for disinfection for a short time. But unfortunately , no one did it. It seems that this is our first and last time in this place.

We recently attended the birthday party for our twin grand daughters. It was a wonderful experience! We were especially impressed with Avery who handled the event all on her own. It was our first time at this PSM location today and I think we have a new favorite! Tabitha was lovely. She was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Throughout the session, she cleaned up unobtrusively and was friendly when we left, taking time to talk to my son about his visit. The facility itself was very clean and had a wide variety of interactive displays and toys. It was also large and open enough to where, even at the end of our time when there were 15 children there, it never felt crowded. We stayed for almost 2 hours and probably could have gone even longer! We will definitely be back. Ed to add: We have been back several times since and have never had a bad experience. Theres always some fun new item to explore. The facility is always very clean and all staff are SUPER friendly. It was just myself and my two children there last week and because of this we were even allowed to stay a little longer which was nice. Karen chatted with my children and showed them how to make their planes drawings go on the screen. Hands down my favorite PSM.

The process to book was a breeze and the young lady who helped us set up and tear down was the sweetest. We went to give my two nieces something to do since the pool was closed for maintenance and it was too hot to do anything else outside. Was pleasantly surprised they didnt charge for my teen to play with her little cousins. But what surprised me the most was the fact we stayed there for several hours and even the teen was having fun! That said, she Does have a big imagination and loves playing with littles :-) It was extremely clean, and the workers actually interacted with the kids, playing with them or showing them the creative stations around the room. When you leave, you give them a wooden token your given at the beginning for them to have a snack at the end of play. What a great idea!

We decided to stop in before driving back home so my daughter could play in the morning. It was well organized with clean bathrooms and the staff was very kind. The different areas were well thought out and fun! I will say if your kiddo has sensory challenges to sound please know there is quite an echo in the location. My daughter did okay but it was a bit of a struggle in some moments. There is definitely room on the walls for sound absorbing tiles so hopefully the management consideres or possibly does a sensory time for kids with those challenges!

This place is awful. I called and booked two hours for my two year old. After about five minutes they let in 25 mothers with their children around four and five years old. Within minutes they took over the place and their kids pushed my grandson of of the scooter he was riding. So he got in the police car, and another one pushed him out of it. Crying, I took him over to where there are air tunes that shoot clothe through them, I got one in, and a mother nudged me out of the way. We of course left after fifteen minutes. As we left, the girl at the desk said they always are like that. My question to the owner is, why would you have anyone book hours if your just going to let everyone at the door in. It was way too crowded in your tiny one room business for all those kids, plus with the girl knowing what would happen, why in the heck did she book us then. So my advice to whomever reads this, dont take your kids here unless you are trying to get them used to being bullied, then by all means bring them here.

My three year old daughter and I started coming here in the afternoons about a year ago. We love this place! We have done several play dates here and have always met really nice patrons. The people working at the desk like Tabatha and Karen are fantastic. They clean it regularly. There are tons of toys and areas for the kids to play in. I met the owner from coming here so often and Amanda is great. She s highly active in her business and I can tell. We just celebrated my daughter s 3rd birthday here and it was so easy and convenient. I have been to the McKinney and Plano locations but the Allen has more of an open, airy and bright feeling to it. I have worked in Commercial Real Estate and Retail Visual Merchandising so I know from experience a good location for this kind of business. It s right off Stacey Road so it s easy to find. We have been to several special events they have on weekends and we plan to attend more especially The Easter Bunny event. It s a much better experience than going to the mall to see The Easter Bunny.

We loved hosting our birthday party there. I booked it online as soon as I saw an airplane there but the place looked even better when we got there - cosy, well lit, well laid out, spacious for kids and parents. Juliana was super helpful and friendly, helped keep track of time, took pictures and overall was super nice. The kids were really involved in the play and had a ton of fun. Bonus points for not having to take off shoes and having plenty of area for parents to sit down. Well definitely be back for more play time. The only downside is that it took us more than 30 minutes to set up the venue so it helps to have a party planner or friends help you out if youre deciding to do it on your own or even easier to book decorations through them. The didnt offer egg free options at the time of booking so we arranged the food and decorations ourselves

I ve been taking my daughter here almost regularly specially when we used to live in Allen. We moved farther north this time but we still go once in a while because my daughter loves it here. I booked a spot for 8:30-10 today (Friday) and we came around 930ish. I was in the reception for more or less than 10 minutes and no one was in front. My friend who was already inside with her children just told me to come in while I was waiting for anyone who s working . She came out from the the office ( I m assuming) with papers in her hands and I told her that we just came in because we had been waiting. Anyway, she asked me to sign the waiver, I told her I did it before ( right after the new owner requires a new waiver) Around 10:10ish, she asked me nicely that she s fully booked for the next sessions and it s Friday and if it s just her, she would just let us stay specially it s Friday and in school break. I was caught of guard. I know there s a reservation for a reason.. But it s the first time we ve been kicked out in a playground. So we left around 10:15ish, unhappy and a little embarrassed that we were asked to leave. I was in the parking lot for a good 5 minutes and nobody came in! If she is fully booked for the next sessions, they would be inside already or in the parking lot. She was very fast locking the door out. We ve been in Play Street Museum in Mckinney, Cheeky Monkey and Dino Kidz and has NEVER, NEVER ever ask to leave. She could ve at least wait for me to ask if I could extend and I m willing to pay extra but that didn t happen. So, it s my last time there.

We celebrated my son s first birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. The kids had a great time! The staff was amazing and really helpful with setting up, cleaning up, and making everything run smoothly even with a bunch of little kids. Plus the space is very aesthetically pretty so it made pictures come out great. I will definitely be rebooking for future events.

Fun place, lots of imaginary play. Theres an airplane with suitcases, a school bus to drive, a dart rail train to ride. There are different rooms, all themed differently. There are tables with different activities, all based on the theme that month. There is a giant train table. The people who work there are so nice. They sell toys and you may eat snacks in the front area. Theres a place to store your stuff. They also give your child a token that can be redeemed for a snack at the end.

We recently hosted our sons birthday party here and it couldn t have been better. Amanda and her team were super helpful and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish was so seamless. Even when there was a slight hiccup (none of which was their fault or within their control) they exceeded our expectations. We ve hosted many kid parties and this experience was by far the best. We had several guests compliment the hostess (Lauren), the cleanliness and uniqueness of the venue. We look forward to hosting more parties here and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

They only do reservations now which is a bummer. We used to love this place, but if you have multiple kids and don t go right when your reservation starts you might not feel like it s worth it. We won t be frequenting play streets as much now. Other than that they are great and clean!

We really love going to this Play Street. My 2 year old loves the train set and the airport terminal. It always feels clean even when there are kids playing because the staff do a great job of picking up. It s the perfect mix of not too big where you feel like you have to constantly follow your child around, but still entertaining enough to keep them occupied! We have been several times and there is a reason we keep going back!

my kiddos love playstreet. But managment has changed and they are on a reservation system now. If you show up without a reservation, even if there is hardly any kids there they will turn you away. they do not take reservations on phone or in person. That just doesnt seem like good customer service. reservations are only an hour and half. my kiddos want to play atleast 2 hours. do they really need a 1/2 hour break in between reservations to clean? I think that could be done while guests are there which would allow longer reservation time. They will kick you out at the end of your reservation so show up on time or you get hardly any playtime. While we love the place the price for 3 kids to play it is just too expensive for just a hour and a half. unfortunatly they have lost a regular :(

I am very impressed with this location. Weve been to a few Playstreet Museums around the metro and this is by far the biggest location and has the best service. Jules (or Julianna?) was very hospitable. She is a kind, knowledgeable, bubbly, fun, and smart girl. She has such a great vibe about her that made our experience that much more enjoyable. We were invited yesterday to a joint bday party event in the afternoon. I have a 2/4/6 year olds who had a fantastic time. Perfect for our age range. I will be considering this location for future events as long as Jules remains our designated event coordinator. Good job Playstreet. Youve got a winner there.

It was a very cute place to attend a party. Been to several play street and this is the first time it felt like the staff was a bit more interested in just following the kids picking up after them than helping with the party. The party host ended up being the one doing the serving of the food. Play streets previously have handled this.

First time here for a friends birthday party and we were impressed! Very chill and a lot of things to do and explore. Our almost 2 year old loved the magnetic board, train table, and the books on the shelf! The lady at the front was also cleaning up after the kids and wiping down surfaces during the party. We attended a birthday party here last Sunday and the young ladies who were working that afternoon were the sweetest, friendliest, and most patient with all the guests and of course the kids! The kids had a blast and it was a very nice experience as a parent to know that your child is having a great time in a very safe and really cool place with his friends while I chatted away with my friends. First of all, miss Sarah was the sweet assistant helping day of the party and was beyond precious and extremely helpful. My guest absolutely loved this place!! Many mentioned visiting other locations and the Allen location was their favorite. I m still getting text about how much fun they all had. Everything was perfect!! My friends and family can attest to this, hands down best bday party ever AND stress free!! They even had amazing little gifts in the front and I was able to grab the best slime kits ever. We visited Playstreet Museum Allen this week while the weather was a bit colder. It was the perfect place to go for my little to burn off some energy and have some social interaction. It was so exciting to see Playstreet so busy and so many kids interacting! I feel like things are finally getting back to normal! The museum was so clean and the staff was constantly cleaning and resetting all the toys. They also stopped and did a sweet story time with the kids. Such a great experience! We will be back soon.

Went here for a play date and it was fantastic! Would be the perfect place to have a toddler or kiddo birthday party. The spaces, toys, creativity and imagination the play space brings out are all top notch! My daughter loved the house area and playing with the babies, her friend really loved the airplane and all of the great wooden tricycles and trucks. The tables for crafts and play are also such a great idea- and at the kids level. Excellent customer service (and snagged some adorable pictures of my kiddo and her friend!)- we very Highly recommend.
