I did not want to file, they tried to force me to leave my tax information with them. Whe. I did not consent to leaving my information they threatened to report me. Very unprofessional from someone who acted like they got their license from a cracker jack box. Definitely will not be using them again. (EDIT) The fact that you even insinuated that I would use (false documents) is disgusting and unprofessional to the highest level. Where do you find these people?

My mom went here to file my sister and my taxes and we have not received anything! They also put different routing numbers and account numbers to where the money was supposed to be deposited for both mine and my sister s application. And neither of them are our own accounts. They also don t pick up their phones! Very sketchy!!

This is the worse place ever, my dad went to go get his taxes done and the tax preparer named Glenda took $300 dollar from my father told him she had submitted his taxes. When she actually did not he went to look for her and kept telling him it was just taking longer for bogus reasons. He finally went to IRS and they confirmed she didn t not submit anything and just stole his money he has proof glenda did not do anything and she does not want to refund him his money back. They are super unprofessional and steal money from hard working people. DO NOT BRING THEM ANY BUSINESS THEY ARE LIARS!!!! If I could rate them lower I would !!!
