People who are lactose-intolerant or have any problems drinking/eating milk or dairy products should not go to this place. I am lactose-intolerant and will be very sick if I drink milk. When I got there, I asked them what kind of milk they have that is not dairy milk, and they said they had coconut milk. I said OK, can I get a coffee with coconut milk in it? And they said no they cannot do that, and would not provide any explanation why it s not possible. He said there were some coffee drinks that were made with creamer. I said can you check the label to see if the creamer has milk in it (because some creamers dont actually contain dairy). He checked it and said this may have dairy in it so that was not an option. Then I said what drinks do you have that don t have dairy milk in them? And he gave a very fast explanation that was very confusing and ultimately did not result in me understanding what drinks don t have milk. I said what about taro? He said no, that has milk in it. There was another one that was called coconut milk on the menu, and I said what about that one? And he said no, that one probably has milk in it too. Anyway it was very clear that there was nothing there that was safe for me to drink, so I paid $1.62 for bottled water because I needed a place to sit for a little while. So I will never go back to this place. It is not for anyone who can t drink milk and there is absolutely no provision made for that at all. They will not help you. Dietary restrictions: See my main comment. They do not make any provision for people who cant drink milk. Almost everything has milk in it and they dont provide any useful suggestions about any alternate products. Lactose-intolerant people and anyone who cant drink milk should never go there

This place is amazing, I ve gone a couple of times and the times I went the workers Juan, and Bruce were amazing workers, they definitely made this place way more fun and enjoyable, come try this place and enjoy the food!!!

I ordered a taro boba and it was good nothing special, but I got the elote and let me tell you the cheese that they put in the elote was spoiled. It left me with a really bad taste on my mouth.

I came her 9:30 & I asked for a Tex~Mex hotdog and they said that there were out of Chilli. Than I asked for tapioca for my drink and they were out . So pretty much had to get a plain drink . The service was good but I felt like they where just ready to close already . I wont be coming her again .

First time coming! The employees were very nice and attentive I felt very welcomed!! We ordered their brown sugar milk tea and their house milk tea! The brown sugar milk tea wasnt overly sweet it was the right balance of sweetness and tea. The house milk tea is a classic and it was greatly executed!!

Made a quick run to H-E-B and I ran into a cool little spot named Bubble Boba, I was drawn to a menu full of delicious looking drinks that definitely drew my attention with his heat in Houston. I needed my coffee Fixing so I got a frappe (which was better than Starbucks), but they also had all sorts of drinks. I couldn t decide what I wanted. Customer service was awesome. They recommended drinks what they tasted like, and new drinks that were going to be available soon! Can t wait to revisit. Thanks guys!
