The most amazing cuts of meats and each and every different one brought flavor that was better and better than the last. It was a birthday delight. And the salad bar was full of variety to pair perfectly with dinner. I absolutely LOVE it here. Parking: Free street parking on weekends. Paid parking lot behind the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The food delicious, wine in good tasting, pairs great with the fine cut meats served. The banana dish is also another excellent pair. Definitely recommend trying this place. I wish I would have taken some photos but honestly the food was so good I didnt want to stop eating.... . We had a reservation for 5 people this past weekend at the Fort Worth location to celebrate my daughter s 24th birthday. Even with a reservation we waited for another 20 minutes. A hostess name Isabella seated us 3 flights of stairs up where we were the 2nd table upstairs. There were no salad bar upstairs so I asked the hostess if it was possible we can have a table downstairs but she was so firm on her words saying we have nothing downstairs. I asked her, so we have to go down and up 3 flights of stairs to get our salad and soup? 20 years ago the salad bar was upstairs. With a bad knee and also my daughter s birthday, we were both upset at this point. If it wasn t for my starving husband I would have just walked out at this point. It got even worse when the waiter carded my 24 years old adult daughter for a drink. He refused to serve her a drink because she left her ID at home. She had proof of her l ID and state email of her new ID but it was not good enough. I should have just ordered ad given her my drink since it was her birthday but she was already upset. State law says you can prove your identification in any form but this restaurant was not compromising with us. I asked for the manager and when he arrive, I told him we are parents of our adult daughter and it s her birthday hoping he would accept her proof of ID by her phone and the fact that we are her parents. State law also states that kids under 21 can drink with the permission of the parents while dining, but here she turned 24 already. It was a lost battle of buying a birthday drink for my daughter so I told the manager I will share my story online. He gave us a lame story of a kid in Tyler TX under 21 drank excessively when he was with his parents and without an ID ,so the restaurant did not want to allow that. They required a card ID. We have eaten here and ordered drinks in the past and had never have to show proof of ID for our adult kids. I don t know how this manager can represent this restaurant. The experience was discriminating and the worst customer service I ever experience from the unfriendly hostess, waiter and manager. I still left a 20 percent tip for our services which was generous for what I ad to deal with. This is the last time at this restaurant. It s a good thing the DFW area has many selections of Brazilian steakhouse to chose. The people here showed poor hospitality and services. Funny thing is they accepted my online gift cards through email but said my daughter s ID could be fake and she was dining with her parents. I read another review about mold on the bread and corporate never responded to her. I hope corporate will read this review and realize how ridiculous the manager here is .

I wasnt impressed with this locations food. In their defense they did mention the Brazilian meat was salted and there was an unsalted option. It was so salty Ive had Texas De Brazils but it was overseas and a totally different experience that I enjoyed and was expecting slightly. Our service was great and the atmosphere is fine.

Horrible experience. I recently returned after many years and was astonished at the poor experience. We had a 6:45 reservation on a Friday evening. To start, there was absolutely no parking. My husband dropped me at the restaurant while he circled the block and eventually found a parking garage a couple of blocks away. While he was parking, I was trying to get us checked in for our reservation. The line to get in was wrapped around the corner of the building. The check-in desk was in a small foyer and it was extremely hot. I went up to the desk to ask if this line was all people with reservations and the hostess just said, Yes and walk-ins. So I went to the back of the line and waited and waited.. first outside in the Texas summer heat, then in the hot overcrowded foyer. Groups of people kept coming in and standing around the desk and the hostesses were not managing any of it. There were still two people ahead of me in line when another man bypassed the line and went up to the desk and said he had a 7:15 reservation and they began checking him in. At this point I spoke up and said I had been waiting for a very long time and had a 6:45 reservation. It was infuriating. We were then sat at a table that was out in the middle of the floor between the front door and the bar. People kept brushing past us, servers were standing all around us, it was loud, and the final straw was when they allowed all of the people who had been waiting in the foyer to enter and just stand around the centerpiece and bar which meant they were standing over us as well. There was literally posteriors inches from our faces. I asked to be moved to another table and our server was extremely kind and moved us. She apologized and said they made her break up a four top table, which is why the one we were sat at was in such a horrible spot. The restrooms are upstairs, so keep this in mind if you are going with anyone disabled. I believe someone said there was an elevator, but the place was so packed that I never saw it. We ordered two cocktails and tried three of the desserts with our meals, so our check was over $200 for two people, before tip. We tipped extra due to the server helping us move to another table. The food was pretty good, but nothing spectacular and definitely could not make up for the rest of the horrible experience. It is definitely not the nice experience I remember from years before. Needless to say, this is not the experience you expect from what is supposed to be fine dining.

Salad bar is fantastic. Grilled meats were hit or miss due to the overcrowded nature of the dining experience overall. It was difficult to obtain beef selections in anything other than rare or medium rare. The medium beef was great and the chicken and sausage were fantastic! Many may like the hustle and bustle of the prime time dining experience. I will likely not return on a Friday or Saturday. I prefer a more intimate, less rushed, and quieter ambiance.

Texas de Brazil is hands down one of my favorite spots! Ive been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The food is amazing especially the meats, which are always cooked perfectly. The salad bar is huge with so many great options. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. Everything was just the best. Except 1 small thing. We ordered drinks for the first and second time, and we had to wait for a long time, we kept asking about it, but it didnt help much. Our 1st experience here was wonderful, but this 2nd time was quite disappointing for the cost. I know the proper way to eat beef is rare to medium well, but I cannot stand bloody juices on my plate & do not like the taste of pink meat in the center. All the beef & lamb brought to our table was rare to medium at best. I did request well done to our server & was brought one slice of well done top sirloin eventually. After that it was back to pink meat being brought to the table. I had to fill up on items from the cold bar & the only other meat I ate was chicken & a couple of pieces of pork. I know you serve a lot of meats & it is mostly more on the rare side, but for the prices charged it would be nice if people who prefer their meat well done could be accommodated as well.

The wait in the front lobby was really hot and crowded. We witnessed a couple that did not have a reservation be told it would be a 45 minute wait. They went outside came back with a reservation and were seated before us. We had been waiting about 20 minutes and we had a reservation and got there a little early. The front staff ended to asking us what our names were and decided to seat us at a table we noticed had been empty since we got here. It was hard for me to enjoy my dinner after this. My wife did enjoy the food, I wont be back yet just isnt worth it to me.

Great place for large groups since you don t have to deal with the fuss of waiting for everyone to figure out what to order and the food coming out all at the same time. I celebrated my 30th birthday here with extended family and as expected, the food was great. Plus the staff was really sweet about letting us stay to talk for a couple of hours even though we had finished eating. The only reason I knocked a star is because they seated us on the 2nd floor which made it difficult to get food from the salad bar/buffet and it was uncomfortably hot upstairs too. So stuffing yourself silly with meats while sweating was not the best experience. The staff stayed on top of refilling our iced waters though so that made up for the miserable heat. Take my advice and just ask to be seated on the 1st floor.

I arrived at Texas de Brazil and asked for a table, mentioning that we didn t have reservations. There were four staff members in front of us, including a manager, but instead of seating us right away, they continued a conversation about a previous issue the manager had brought up. We stood there awkwardly until I finally asked if someone was going to seat us. That prompted one of the staff to lead us to our table, though the process felt disorganized. As we entered the dining area, a door swung open quickly and almost hit me. I tried to step aside, but our hostess blocked the hallway, seemingly uncertain about where to seat us. When we finally sat down, our table was uncomfortably close to the area where they cook the meat. The metal borders on the walls were stained and dirty, which was immediately off-putting. When the food arrived, it was disappointing. For the first time in all my visits there, I found myself returning to the salad bar and soup instead of enjoying the meats. The only decent option was the spicy picanha. The other meats were fatty but not in a flavorful, juicy way; they were tough and difficult to chew. I also felt bad wasting the French fries they brought, which I hadn t asked for and didn t want. During the meal, I asked my server for some chimichurri. Instead of bringing it to me, she pointed to the salad bar and told me to get it myself. I ended up walking over there with food still in my mouth. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially considering I spent around $150. Avoiding this place for the next few months and really would like a refund.

Honestly, I think its overrated. For $56 per person, plus $4 for tea or soda, they really dont have much to offer. The of a selection of meat was just different versions of the same thing. Unmarinated steak vs marinated steak; lamp chops vs leg of lamb; filet mignon vs bacon wrapped filet mignon, etc. We tried everything, but the jasmine rice was by far the best thing we had, which is frustrating considering the cost. They did not have any of the ribs advertised on their website. The garlic picanha was good, but getting it cooked the way you want is not easy. We told them medium or medium rare, but most of the steak we got was rare. They also didnt have some of the advertised items on the salad bar. I know people rave about the food, but this was my second time going, and I just dont feel its worth the cost. Our server was fine but cold the entire evening. Not friendly and always seemed to be in a rush. There were multiple large groups sat around us that were very loud and constantly getting up and bumping into our chairs. Some of the finer elements you expect werent there. Some of the plates for the salad bar were dirty, the floor was sticky in places, and our table was wobbly. This was supposed to be a special dinner for our family of 5, but we left feeling underwhelmed. Having to pay to park also sucks for the amount youre spending on dinner.

Celebrated a family tradition with my mother two nights ago and the experience is always fantastic! Waiter was attentive, brought refills quickly and was very quick to clear plates and keep the experience nice and neat as always! I don t know what people are talking about when they say it was dirty or seeing meat on the ground this restaurant is very clean. Yes the casual dress code is odd for somewhere that charges $55+ but it s not like a homeless person is sitting next to you! We came for a birthday Dinner celebration. A party of 4 people. We brought a cake for the birthday celebrant. We find out at the front that they charge a $20.00 fee if you want to bring in a cake. It was to either pay the fee or take the cake out. I guess this is a way to force costumers to pay the fee. Like it or not you will have to pay it because according to the rude manager that s Texas de Brazil policy. So the dining experience was ruined at the moment we walked in. I have to say I have been to all locations of Texas de Brazil in DFW. My favorite will always be the Oak lawn location. Some things have changed since I last was at this Fort Worth location. To begin with the place is not as clean as it used to be. There were pieces of meat under our table. I noticed that Texas de Brazil has come a little upper, Golden Corral. Well I guess always have been that way I just didn t put attention before. After all it s a buffet style restaurant. A fancy buffet style . You would dress up at least with a polo shirt and nice jeans to go to this place. Not anymore. You can wear shorts and even sandals if you wish. The only people dress up now is your servers and managers. I guess they still need to charge you for their dress code. Any way. I spoke to the manager when he arrived to the table. I expressed my concern. Mainly I wanted to know the why the 20$ fee. He went to said that well, the restaurant sells cakes as desserts and if you bring your own then we don t sell any desserts. My jaw dropped. Which I responded. So you trying to force people to buy your cakes even for a celebration? He then said. Well we also cut the cake for the guest. Listen it s not my policy this is Texas de Brazil Policy. So there s nothing I can do . Mr. I wish you have been sent to learn the art of Recovery . Or perhaps you can look it up yourself. You first listen to the concern/complaint. Secondly, you apologize for the inconvenience. Thirdly, and most importantly you sympathize with the concerned/unhappy guest. And finally you make them feel that their concern is actually valid. An advice for you!! Next time I ll give my business to any other place but Texas de Brazil. And no I don t want to contact anyone about this matter. No I don t wish your coupon. No I am not coming back. Texas road house has better steaks then you do. Not only you have to pay for parking to go to this place you also have to pay to bring your cake in. Them you have to pay about 60$ per person to dine in. No thanks.

First time here! Food was delicious but way too salty. I know the meat is roasted with salt, per the waitress, but man, just kick it down a notch. The food and staff are amazing. The salad bar, soups, and rice has marking on the labels for Gluten Free. The majority of the meats are gluten-free and have zero cross-contamination with any breading from other meats. *I do not know about soy, youll need to call ahead for that info*. Worst experience ever had ! My friend and I went to this location at 101 Houston St. Forth Worth TX 76012 @ 4:10 pm. My friend and I , are very disappointed to find out that the two lots behind the Restaurant charge $10 an are not part of the parking lots. My friend received a ticket for $87 while waiting 30 mins. at the parking lot to for this restaurant to open. The restaurant should provided a free parking. I think that this restaurant should be responsible for paying that ticket because the restaurant do not provide with minimum accommodations . This was the first time visited and eat at this location and do not aware that the parking charge $10. I think they do this on purpose. Restaurant should have a sign and do not compromise the reputation . (Fyi: We noticed that this restaurant open at 5 pm and was sitting waiting inside the car)

AMAZING.... the food is out of this world! The staff were really nice (especially the young man) who was serving us! As we are English he was asking us so many questions and was just a lovely guy... You could tell he was being nice ( NOT TO EARN HIS TIP) but as he was just a nice young man AND we gladly Tipped this guy (and with us being English) you would know we dont really give and understand the USA tipping culture. He made us laugh when we asked him to do an impression of us which he said no it would be rude BUT we insisted and he did it ... Which was hilarious and made our night even more special than it already was being it was our last night. If the manager of this company reads this please give this guy an extra few quid in his wages this week, show him this review and say thanks from us. Cant remember his name but as I said he was a young man, he worked on the big table to the left as you walk into the restaurant (you can see the table) through the wall as you are standing waiting. Quite tall we guess and he has brown/black hair. The food was wonderful and just kept on coming and the salad bar was brilliant and had things on there that we just dont get or have in the UK. We had a reservation and still had to wait like 25 mins, they called us and we didn t like the table (we sat down to wait for the other table) the young hostess came to tell us that they needed the table and we had to move, after we said no she rolled her eyes and left, then the manager came with a horrible attitude to ask us to move because they needed the table, we stood up and we still had to wait then they sat us at another table. After that everything was great, nice service.. but I promise we were about to leave because of the manager and hostess.

My husband and I go here every year for Valentines Day and now we go for our wedding anniversary! Everyone is always so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. This last time we went, even though we were taking our dessert to go, they gave us a plate that said Happy Anniversary in raspberry sauce! AND our waitress gladly took a photo of me and my husband in the restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend the picanha, filet mignon, the potato salad, potatoes au gratin, the Brazilian cheese bread, and the fried bananas. This place seriously never disappoints. The only issue weve ever had was when a reservation we made online didnt appear in their system. But they fixed it and seated us right away anyway- and right next to the salad bar! If youve never experienced a Brazilian Steakhouse, you HAVE to go to Texas De Brazil.

Over rated! Over priced! No ribeye steaks, , filet was tiny tiny, fajitas were good though. Same four meats were rotated over and over. Where were the 20 meats advertised? I will never have any type of event at this place. It is extremely hard to get in touch with anyone and when you finally do they say that theyre going to leave a message for the manager the manager never gets back to you. Then the next time you call you have to go through the whole story all over again. I did this almost seven times seven different phone calls multiple emails. I was not receiving a response about initially canceling my event. And later had even more issues trying to get a refund for the deposit that I put down for the event. I would not trust these people with a big day or event. I especially would not trust them with any of my money.

Do not eat at Texas de Brazil! My server was nice and took care of us in a timely manner which was the only nice thing about this experience I took my family out for a birthday and Father s Day yesterday and I found MOLD on my bread. The ambiance is dark inside so please look before consuming food. The manager didn t even comp our dinner!!!! He only gave us a petty $22 discount when it was our first time eating there. I ve been feeling sick since yesterday I m only sharing this to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I ve reached out to corporate via email and haven t received any response. Spending $300+ on food that isn t edible when our meals should ve been taking care of overall. I also put it in my reservation notes that we were also celebrating a birthday and Father s Day for 2 different people. No one acknowledged the celebration not we had a complementary desert to make my guests feel welcomed. How embarrassing. Edit: I emailed corporate on Sunday, June 1 . it s been more than 48 hours . I reserved a table for my mothers birthday dinner. I mentioned in the reservation that it was her birthday. In the past I have done the same and we are welcomed with a Happy Birthday greeting not this time. We were sat a table in the very far end where very few meat servers came by. The waitress was not engaging or welcoming. We were also told by the hostess that seated us that we only had 2 hours to eat. Dont know if this is new but came off very rushed and dinner had not even begun. At the end the waitress asked if we wanted dessert. In the past times they already were aware its a birthday celebration and automatically would bring dessert not this time. Todays experience made us feel unwelcomed and dampened the mood for celebration.

Weve been coming here for years and this is my first 3 star review. Service was just not good tonight. The food was just okay. I barely got any meat because we werent a priority. There was a large birthday party and I guess they deserved all the service and attention. We were celebrating my husbands birthday as well and it was just disappointing to not be taken care of. We waited so long for the check that I took my baby out to the car while my husband waited an additional 30 minutes inside. We finished eating at 9:45 and finally left at 10:25. Its an expensive meal and we just expected more.

My family and I tried to go to dinner there last night to celebrate my birthday. My 2 older kids dont eat the food except for the table bread and fries NOTHING from the salad bar or meat. But it was my birthday and I LOVE this place! I tell the sever that my kids wont eat, except bread and fries. She leaves and comes back and says were still going to charge to 1/2 price for each of them per my manager. I asked to speak with the manager so I could explain. He told me the same thing! Over $50 for bread and fries?!? I asked him if the bread was imported from Brazil! I have been here dozens of times and I have NEVER been asked to pay that much for complimentary things on the table! And when I told the manager this, he said I have been here for 6 years and have never seen you....so I am guessing Texas De Brazil in Fort Worth only has 1 floor manager that works 7 days a week from open to close. He then told me a story about a lady came in, said the same thing, and then her kids went to the salad bar. I explained to the manager that if they see them at the salad bar or us sharing food with them, then they could charge us! Its not that I dont want to pay for them...they are picky! In the end, he said that it would be $7 per basket of bread and $5 per basket of fries....I have NO problem with paying that! No problem paying for food that is actually eaten. But by this time, I was so bothered by the whole situation and how we were treated/spoken to that we decided to leave. The young hostess was SO nice...its a shame that the manager of a nice establishment treats and speaks to guests like that!

I took my mother for her birthday , she just loves it . The service was nice. We had an early reservation so we were able to get a happy hour (5p-6p) cocktail at the bar before being seated. We were down stairs which my mom prefers . The tables are rather cramped, they really pack them in. We were seated on the end so lots of traffic, but easy access to the salad bar which is spectacular !!! Id go just for that alone honestly . Parking: Parking required a scan on a bulletin which gave you 13hrs for $11 . We used the lot connected to the restaurant . We went on a weekday not sure if its free on weekends.

My visit on 05/11 was one of the worst dining experiences we have all ever had. I have waited to send this email just to ensure that I was not being overly dramatic or complaining for no reason Let me start by saying this had nothing to do with the food, wait staff (servers/cooks) and everything to do with whoever that manager is. I am unsure of his name but am told he behaves like this with all the customers and is even worse to the wait staff which I cannot even imagine his treatment of them if he is treating pay customers as he is. We had a large party of 8 adults and 3 kids. We had the reservation set for 8:30. However some of our party was there early around 7:50ish but our entire party was there by 8:15. I understand them having to get the table ready for us and needing time for that on a busy weekend for Mother s Day- however, why is the restaurant accepting so many reservations or walk ins if they cannot accommodate for the ones that have already been planned in advance. There was no communication from the manager other than it s not ready. It ll be 15 mins. Those 15 mins passed and the table still wasn t ready. When my sister confronted the manager about the wait he said Once we get you seated you ll eat some meat then you ll feel better were the exact words which we took as you re just hungry not actually mad about the awful service. While he is saying this a hostess behind him apologized showing that he was at fault for the way he answered my sister. I told him it s Mother s Day and you re really gonna talk to a mother like that and he tried to say something after that but of course we weren t listening once he already disrespected us. He constantly made comments that were disrespectful about how we should understand a restaurant has to sit smaller parties first. We finally ended up sitting down 45 mins AFTER our reservation time. Again, I get it, we were a large party, but the disrespect from a manager who is supposed to be in charge was not needed nor warranted. There were at least 10 parties who came in and sat down immediately some small some of 5-7 people which makes no sense in our mind and there was no communication for that. We had 3 kids, one of which at that point was crying for food which we had thought within 30 mins he would eat, but turned out that wasn t the case due to the lack of leadership, and ability to run a restaurant smoothly. This whole experience left an awful taste in our food even though the wait staff and cooks did their best, it couldn t make up for the managers sheer disrespect of the mothers in our group. I would hope someone is held liable for this due to us wasting around 500$+ for a meal that couldn t be enjoyed properly. I had planned to talk to him after our meal but he was nowhere to be found by the time we left.

This was our first time here. My Husband and I celebrated our 20year Anniversary here. From the moment we stepped in to when we left. The service was phenomenal! They use the online reservation app which is fine, but they refuse to pickup the phone when you try to call. Another downside to this location is the lack of parking. Brazilians are proud of the cuisine, and this particular location mirrors more the quality of a golden corral than a brazilian rodizio Where to even start . small salad bar with limited options, they didn t even have basic salad dressing (out of vinegar they said). The service was snail pace slow ( rodizio needs to be fast paced).They asked us how we like our meats cooked, and it was just pencil wiping!, The meats were sub par, looked dry and tasted re-heated. Picanha, fillet mignon, lamb chops were particularly disappointing overcooked and hard. Visited this location on a Thursday evening and I am glad we beat the rush. I highly recommend that you make a reservation, it helps to get seated (very promptly). Arrived at 6:45pm and stayed for about an hour and fifteen minutes. Overall all experience was fantastic. We felt welcomed when we entered and the waiters were very polite. The food was top notch, and they will bring you out your favorite meat selection. I highly recommend you giving Texas de Brazil a try if you have never visited.
