Arrived and had to wait 10 minutes for buffet pizza to be ready. Then another 15 minutes for breadsticks. When asked for marinara for breadsticks they realized the didn t make or heat any for appetizers so the gave it to me cold. This restaurant normally serves it warm with appetizers.

Always loved their pizza!! So nostalgic for me and my brothers as we used to come here as children ourselves. I used to work at one location about 20 years ago and its true ...fresh dough made daily... 2 thumbs way up for me! **Update** yes still as good as always, came here on a Wednesday not so busy during the week but was still fun and employees were kind Parking: parking is always great even on weekends Kid-friendliness: they have games which give off tickets which can win prizes.... awesome kid friendly atmosphere

My son has been begging to go here and it lived up to the hype for him. The pizza was good, way better than Cicis, I just wish there were a wider variety. Going during the week and getting the buffet is a great deal though.The dessert pizza was also good, they even had Bluey playing while we ate which my baby loved... There were a couple games that were not working but both my sons had a blast anyway. We live in Missouri City so its not close but it was certainly worth the drive. They have a good choice of beverages. The great thing is, the games dont take many points so you get your moneys worth. Parking: The parking was good, the only bad thing was, there is construction on the road right now so pulling into the parking lot is rough. You just have to make sure you are going very slow. Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of high chairs, good pizza and fun games.

This is my second time doing my son s party here and I have to say both times were awesome. Reserving online is super easy. Emily was very sweet and helpful. She really went above and beyond by understanding me. The kids had a great time there is plenty of games for all ages. The pizza is delicious! I am very happy with the amount I paid. The arcade game selection isnt as good as the Houston location, however they still offer some great games! These games are more challenging to win, but are still at a super low price point, as each game is only about 50 cents per play. I recommend stopping by for the arcade! You wont need to spend more than $10-20.

I dont mind the fact that they changed their ticket system, but I was surprised that my child won 1,000 tickets. Then, at the prize counter, they said he had 500 tickets. They literally cheated him out of over 500 tickets because he had played other games well. I was glad that the person still granted him the prize he wanted. The pizza was not horrible. The bread seemed a bit under cooked.

I made a reservation online for a Birthday Party. It was very easy. The Pizza was good. The games there were a few games to chose from and the Party gave every child 10 points each and the games were 1-2 point per game so in 5 minutes they were done lol so i had to spend another $100 for additional points for all the kids. Overall i spent $280 for the Party which was reasonable. There was no music so it made it kinda Boring a little music would be nice. The party Host Debanhi was so helpful and kind and sweet she made sure we had everything we needed. Thank You! Overall my 4 year loved it and had a Blast. :)

We didnt eat here. The kids wanted to try it, so I thought we would give it a shot. There are about 10 games total in the entire place. They had maintenance guys working on the games, so they werent even all available for play. It was $100 for 2 cards, and the cards lasted less than an hour. If theyre going to charge that much, they need more games for kids. It seems theyre trying to be a restaurant rather than a kids place. We will stick with Chuck e cheese and buying time vs points.

I like their pizza buffet, but sadly its only for lunch M-F. A little pricey for cheap pizza but I pay it anyway. The games are alright. My teenage kids still like going there from time to time, but I think its more geared towards 7-12 year olds. Overall good experience.

First let me start by saying I grew up on Peter Piper Pizza in my hometown of El Paso. I have always loved the food and atmosphere. But this review isnt about food its about community presence and outreach. I have volunteered in the city for over 10 Years with their many sports programs and just recently began an orginization called Pasadena Energy Soccer where we can really push our mission - encourage a love for playing the beautiful game. I recently began reaching out to businesses for sponsorship, gifts, promotional items etc... to reward our participants in our program and help in turn bring awareness and business to those businesses helping us. Without getting to long winded out of the 20 or so businesses I reached out to only one called me back and immediately provided support for our group by providing coupons, free toys, stickers and a few other items our kids will enjoy. In my opinion this is a huge separation from other businesses in the area where i was given a number to call and/or red tape to go through, especially from a large corporation like Peter Piper to have the know it all to keep a presence in the community and make it so simple to partner with small groups like ours and provide a valuable gesture as they did for our group. We will be sure to exclusively have our events at this location. Thank you much appreciated! Shout out to Barb!

Very disappointed. Family Had a birthday party booked n paid. Well the day of the party everyone starts showing up and it s completely closed for repairs! They never bothered to notify or call anyone to let them know. They had to contact everyone going to the party to redirect them to their home to have party there. This was the worst experience i ever had. We paid to have our daughters birthday party here and the whole time we had to be looking for our host. when the host did decide to come she had the worst attitude. When i ask for the manager the team lead came to help fix some issues, because the manager was too busy. After realizing the host tried to add additional fees and stuff we didn t ask for she tried to cause more problems. The manager finally made an appearance to ask me whats the problem. When i let her know her employe was the problem she was more worried about asking me multiple times about me paying my tab. They didn t take the picture of my child. The prize booth employee had to tell me about the vip tickets the birthday child gets. And when i told the manager the first thing that came out of her mouth again was paying my tab. She should have spent her time ensuring happy customers in which she didn t. I was so upset and spent my time hosting my own party I didn t get the manager or the host names. But my daughters party was held at the Pasadena location on 3/19/2023 @ 2:30

Place is outdated, most of the games where you win tickets get stuck. Employees are kids from high school, so the place is not sanitary. Restrooms are worst than I have seen- toilet paper all over the stalls. Pizza is bland and undercooked. Would recommend to look somewhere else.

They gave us burnt pizza and wings. We requested a refund the cashier called the manager by phone to ask if she could do it. She lied to him and said we didnt like the instead of telling him they burn the food. She did no offer anything and we were left there hungry and dissapointed. I forgot to share a good review so I am writing it now. About 2 weeks ago I stopped at this location. A young medium weight beautiful dark girl helped me out. I did not get her name so I am giving the best description I can give. It was around 8pm. She was awesome she helped me out knowing I was in a hurry because of my job. Her customer service skills are made of gold. Such a beautiful soul that is employed there. I have never been treated as kindly and respectful at any peter piper pizza as I have at this location! Management please take care of her. Very rare to find such a great loving personality towards customers. I am in aweee!
