First impression was that it was very pricy ($120... Not worth it.) I later went to the front desk and asked for the Wi-Fi password, first thing I hear is What do you want? Absolutely horrible customer service. I understand if the front desk guy hates his job but you cant treat your guests like that. 1 star for the attitude.

This place is a dump. Do your self a favor an pass this hotel up. I was charged $70 to stay here I went in the room and it smelled bad it was a smoking room which I don t smoke. I was only in the room for not even 2 minutes threw something in the trash can an walked out to get my money back. The clerk wouldn t give me my money back because I threw something in the trash lol which I could have taken out with my hand tried to say I was dirty no your place is a dump the owner was called or manager he said no refund wanted to charge me a $20 deposit for a non smoking room which I asked to see something in writing that says that an was never given it all of the rooms are piss poor dirty bedding has wholes an cigarette burns in them couches are dirty just the place is a dump. So I left an stayed at a different hotel and slept a billion times better. This place should be shut down an reported to the BBB. I could go on an on about this dump but trust me you do not want to stay here unless this is your last resort you re better off sleeping in your vehicle.

Completely grossed out and wish I had made a hard pass. Im more of a Hilton Anatole chick. It was unsanitary with stained sheets and clearly not somewhere I would ever go. Seriously Chase you should step up your game dude. Im not your tinder or grinder hook up seriously you are just gross. Nearby activities: There is a strip club across the street. Which is where my ex-husband spent his time and money for years. I think they once had a one armed stripper. Clearly my taste in Hotels surpassess my taste in men

NO STARS!!!!! Upon check-in the rude clerk saw my dog in truck, he said no animals , I said hes a service dog, clerk says no, no. Then says give me $100 deposit. I go to get my paperwork for the dog, clerk throws my money back on counter and says, go, go take this go. I said youre refusing me a room cause I have a service dog? He says go now, I said I will be reporting you its against the law to refuse me a room or charge me deposit. My dog jus sits right next to me, does not bark, bother anyone or tear anything up. I understand if he destroyed something Id have to pay for it, but to totally refuse service, and be rude about it. I wouldnt stay there with the rude staff even if they would say yes now. Sleazy Ho hotel anyway..

The guy nickels and dimes you if you want to stay over you have to pay 70 bucks if you want to spend the day in the room or come back and pay 65 after 3. Also if you book threw a third party to extend also have to check out and come back after 3. Also was rude to me on the phone when I asked about extending at 830 sounded like he could not answer any of my questions and kept hanging up on me and told her was done talking.

I love this place. Its a lot more laid back than most all of the other hotel/motels around Pasadena. The folks up front are a lot cooler about you having visitors over than most around here and if youre here long enough theyve been known to work with you if you need a little help. Chill little spot. Good people.

I stayed in suit. Its a $30 room masquerading as a nicer room (in the much higher cost). The room is tiny and the bed is hard. When you flush the pipes makes a loud and annoying high pitched whine (goes on for about half a min). It does have a jet tub in the bedroom, but honestly it doesnt really make the room worth it. To explain the bed is hard: I like an extra firm mattress and this goes beyond that straight to rock. Just dont stay here.

Going on my second week here . Security good /felt safe ,one way in one way out, owners keep a watchful eye on their property (and yours while your on their property). not crowded and or loud .couple adult movie channels which I enjoyed seldom watch anything else although the movies showing are from the 80s .pillows little thin.cheap towels and rags and they only leave one wash rag throw down for shower floor and one hand towel 2 TWO very thin small bath towels .all in all owners are good people and intend for you to be comfortable. show up acting like a jerk they will be the same .

Worst service ever. I got there at 11, I came from out of the state so have no where to go. I tried to check in early and they told me it would be $40 extra for checking in before 3. So I opted to wait until 3 to check in but as I head to the lobby to sit down, the lady asks me what do I plan on doing until 3? I told here I was going to wait there at tne lobby and and she told me that was going to be a long time and it was not possible, that if I wanted to wait there I will have to pay as if I was checking in early... I did not get that, is not like the lobby was packed or anything, I was literally the only person there. Worst experience ever.

The personnel is rude and uneducated on processing reservations and payments. According to website check in is at 2pm. After three attempts we were finally able to get in to a room after 4pm. We did make prior reservation so they new we were on the way. This really inconvenienced us as well as our contract employer by having to continuously leave the job site.

This place is disgusting and should be reported to the BBB. I would give negative stars if possible. The rooms reek of 30 year old ash trays. The sheets have cigarette holes and Im sure all sheets and towels are washed in only water, no soap whereas comforters and pillows are not washed at all. The beds are disssssssgustingly stained as are the carpets but the beds are more stained than the carpets. Management is rude. Toilet leaks from the bottom, drain backs up from the sink. The good part is that they have a mini fridge and microwave. We brought our own sheets and towels but they now also stink of stale cigarette from the room smell. This is more like a motel that you bring an hourly prostiute to or a motel do shoot up at. We were forced here bc we couldnt find anything else due to Harvey. We have one more night here but I can not wait to get into a new hotel. This place is ridiculously disgustingly filthy. Oh, and I even took the pillow cases off so that the cleaning people would see that the pillows are FILTHY and maybe they could replace or wash but nope....the same stained pillow cases were put back on the even more stained pillows and put back in the same sickly looking beds. Ughhhhhh . Makes my skin crawl. This place only makes money from the hourly guests and drug addicts needing a room for the night. If you have to come here, bring disinfectant spray along with all bedding and maybe an air purifier if u happen to have one.

First of all, when you walk in to the hotel room a very nasty smell hits you in the face. The bedding has cigarette burns all in it. The chair provided by the table is completely broken, there are 3 lamps in the room but one has no light bulb, the other ones dont turn on. They have ano old tv with not many channels, no WiFi at all. The bed feels hard as rock, their pillows are so stained, they are almost fully yellow. When we asked for a refund and the woman in the office claimed there was nothing wrong with the room. Never stay here, I will never stay here again.

I arrived at 130 in the morning I was informed there was only one room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was 170 remind you checkout is at 11 in the morning nine and a half hours later when I started laughing Ive been turned and walked off in search of a Holiday Inn Express for that money as I got halfway to my truck the Indian lady knocks on the window hysterically and calls me back and she said she let me have it for $70 then I was like yeah no problem then she asked me if I smoked I said no she asked me again I said no again then she asked me if I was sure if I smoke and I said I do not smoke then she said am i by myself I said yes Im by myself she said are you sure youre by yourself I said Im sure Im by myself so after all the bull crap I finally get a key and she was right she charged me $70 but as I got into the room I find out there is no Jacuzzi tub so therefore she was lying and trying to make 170 for a room thats really should only be rated for 50 bucks I felt like I was getting treated like a liar and price gouging like crazy it is only a Comfort Inn and these people make it seem like its the Sheraton at Twin Towers the beds are very hard and you get 3 flat pillows with a sheet that like a blanket for 170 I would expect a hell of a lot more or for 50$ this is what I expected my information to you is if you want to pay a lot of money bro just a regular hotel stay here because they will try to get the max money out of you special honestly be turned into the Better Business Bureau for taking advantage of people and price gouging I would never in my life stay at this hotel again 4 oclock in the morning people were fighting outside driving their trucks revving squealing tires and was not told to stop quit or anything they continue to do it for about 45 minutes I stay in a lot of hotels do to work everywhere from the ghetto of Louisiana to the ghetto of New Jersey to the ghetto of New York to the high class of all the above to and for the style of this apartment and the quality it is not worth what they are charging you only get 20 channels on the TV so please beware these are crooks
