I dont get smoothies that often but I think Ill start. The two service people were very friendly and helpful when asked for suggestions (Im diabetic so its important) and they worked with me to get me a smoothie that worked for me. Good job!!

I recently visited Smoothie King and was really disappointed with my experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I finally got my smoothie, it tasted bland and watery, not at all like the fresh, flavorful drink I was expecting. To make matters worse, the store was not very clean, The floor was very dirty it was a very unpleasant visit, and I wont be coming back anytime soon.

Definitely not going back. That was the most horrible experience i ve ever had from any place i ve gone. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted but much so i was given a dirty look by some girl with black hair. One of the boys that was taking my order was not friendly and made it well known that he didn t want to be there. When I received my smoothie, it was not well blended and it had chunks of ice. I understand that dealing with customers all day can be draining, but at least fake it. After all WE, the customers, are the ones getting y all paid.

Today 20 minutes before closing we arrived and the two ladies who served us, by the way reluctantly, not at all friendly, they shouldnt have people like that in customer service, it even seems that the customers are going to ask them for alms, besides all the smithies dont They knew how regularly, I think they didnt put all the ingredients, what bad service we had

I visited this place and had a bad experience. Bad service. The person taking the order was not friendly at all, my drink was completely different from what I had ordered in other locations, I asked to speak to the manager, she did not assist me, I parked and entered the premises and the manager hid and ignored me. The people in front laughed. If the owner reads this. I want you to know that you will lose customers with this type of staff you have in this store.

Im trying out this location for the 1st time. Had Smoothie King 2 other times in the past week and a half. Each time was phenomenal. I usually get the Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothie, but this visit I decided to get the High Protein Chocolate smoothie from the Get Fit section with Almond Milk and a few enhancers. I ordered the smoothie online and not even 5 minutes later, it was done. The smoothie was surprisingly delicious. I was originally nervous about trying something different, but Im glad I did. I will get it again. The service was quick and very prompt. The 2 gentlemen were very kind, patient, and quick. As far as Im concerned, I will return soon.

I went to go get myself two açaí bowls today and while I got them I noticed they were blended with something else which is not my complain. I noticed that they just put one dollop of the açaí mixture on the bowls and had a bunch left over in the blender. I thought since they re the ones who know how to make them, I ll leave them to it. But after they took 10 minutes to put toppings on them they handed it to me and it was not even filled to the line of the bowl. They forgot the granola and blueberries. It just wasn t what I usually receive when I order this exact item. It s usually filled to the top of the bowl with the açaí mixture alone and then has topping over it touching the lid, which is the purpose of the dome top is it not?? So why when I received it, with toppings and all, it didn t even reach the plastic bowl brim, that s excluding the lid. There wasn t even need for a dome top if I was gonna receive such little product to close with a flat lid. Idk I paid 20 dollars for this when it wasn t worth my money. The other location on Spencer provides better service and product quantity for this order, not sure why there s even a difference to begin with.

I don t normally complain about service but when I went in there were 3 people and they didn t welcome me, when I got to the register they were laughing about something and I waited a bit before they took my order, then the girl couldn t find what I wanted on her little computer, and when they gave me the smoothie the dude was super awkward and his tone was so low. I get working for customers can be a drag but damn atleast fake it. It s your job. Can t imagine how they make other people feel. Smoothie was good tho

The Spencers location gives terrible service. They are so incompetent. It has happened to me several times that I am in line waiting for more than 25 minutes and when my turn comes you tell me it is already 9 and it is closed even though I have been waiting for more than 25 minutes. And Im not the only one, the same thing happened to all the cars behind me. The Fairmont location is better

Great customer service! They were very amiable and polite. My drink was correct but was either not blended right or too much of something was put in because there was chunks of it in the drink, it might have just been a one off type of thing. Now I was in a rush and didnt go back in to see if they would redo it but Im sure they would have with how nice they were.

The staff at this Smoothie King are some of my favorite people that I dont call friends or family. They always go above and beyond for their customers to make them feel welcome and like they are truly wanted in their establishment! I pass another Smoothie King just to go to this one. Very disgusting to not once, but twice see employees come straight from the gym and go behind the counter and fix smoothies. The first time was some guy with a muscle shirt on drinking smoothies and fixing customers smoothies and he wasnt even on the clock. Looking like he just left the gym. This time is a sweaty woman with her sweaty daughter behind the counter fixing smoothies. This is not sanitary. Looks to be a norm, but its disgusting.

By far the best Smoothie King in the Houston/Pasadena area. I travel from Pearland all the way to Smoothie King Fairmont because they are very knowledgeable about their smoothies and we are treated with kindness. The owner cares about his workers and also his customers. My family and I will continue being loyal to this location !
