This is one of those restaurants. I cant brag about enough. Take a chance, give it a try. Youll be back. The sauces are homemade, Pastas are amazing and out of this world. And I enjoy getting people hooked on new places to try, and this is definitely one of them. But what ever you do DO NOT DOORDASH most the time after 2 sometimes 3 hours they just cancel your order after you waited the whole time. Go in person get the bread and amazing dipping sauce dont forget to get some Togo and just eat there.

Food is pretty decent. My biggest complaints are that they always take longer than their time estimate to have to-go orders ready, they don t always answer their phone, and if you don t leave a tip on a to-go order the young girls that help with the counter will have an attitude.

I was trying to make a phone order kept being put on hold. When I went in person it was slow not even packed. I was over charged for 1 meal. Never got any of the extra items I paid for. And the food was cold. I normally come here but I has been going down hill for a while. Would not recommend.

It s a go to place when you need food and it seems like everywhere else is shut down. I ve seen them open nearly every time a natural disaster occurs and they are always busy. It s good solid pizza place and while it was nearly five years ago or more since I tried one of their pasta dishes it seems they have improved since adding a second oven to help with their always bustling busy day. I ve never gone in and NOT seen a full line of twenty tickets and more on the way. Speed and quick turn arounds aren t good here but you get more than you pay and very good food just realize that they are very busy for dinner crowds. I know that it s often an extra ten or longer minutes that said and go according to that when I pickup and it works fine. I appreciate the staff and the chefs who work under a lot of pressure every day. Always get at least once every two weeks if I can. Parking: It was a small store and given their business it s often hard to find parking but turn around for To go means if you time it right you are in and out in under five minutes. Also the drive through is great for anything but large pizzas I would suggest that for anyone getting pasta and small pizzas if they are crowded.

So who ever had the new style pizza, calzone, and red velvet cake. Im sry if you order was late. I was the first Dasher there. I waited so long that door dash let me drop it and move on. So you know your pizza was sitting on top of the oven when i arrived. It was sitting up there for a while. I waited about 12 more mins then asked how much longer your order would be. The owner/manager just waved it off like it wasnt a big deal or just didnt care. Then the waitress came over and said itll be just a little longer on your salad cause they were so busy. I was like its a calzone not a salad Im waiting on. She then looked confused. So if anyone orders online from this place please understand its not us its them. So if its late or cold there are the ones who took forever. They dont care about their online orders as much as the people in the restaurant.

During the hurricane, almost everyone was forced or chose to shut down. Mama Mia s was one of the only locations open and worked non-stop to feed locals that lost power. I have been here before but when I saw rude customers and impatient people yet they continued to serve them, it showed me their true colors. Forever grateful to them and will be back as often as I can be.

This place is cool. Ive enjoyed their food a few times and have always been happy with it. Pizza is great. Love the big pizza! Love the pasta, too. This place is special because they have a true service individual, waiter, server, whatever title fits. You only know if you know. You have to have this business in your blood and bones to know when you are in the presence of a true hospitality, table technician, tip whisperer. And I see you, sir. To those who dont know what Im rambling on about, think about how they say texans will politly Bless your Heart, but what they really mean has nothing to do with blessing you or your heart health. Just the opposite. Kudos Mamna Mia. You got real pizza, yum, and real service, yay! If you want to add some pizazz to the place, get another, or 2 for best results, life long tray transporter and sit back and enjoy dinner with a show. Well this was my first time and I was hardly impressed.. I normally dont give bad reviews and I really wish I could say this was a great experience but it was subpar at best . The waitress/ server was great, shes very attentive and friendly, cant say the same for the rest of the staff that I came across. The males had an attitude like we were bothering them , the place was semi dirty from tables still waiting to be cleaned, the floor hasnt been vacuumed probably since the morning if at all, the bathroom had no towels and I had to get my own menus.. lastly the food was only OK, the pasta for fettuccine had too much sugar in the recipe. The lasagna was good and the desert was good . Its a shame because this place has got great potential, and very lastly, big UPS to Jessica, shes a sweet hard worker.. Hands down the best Italian restaurant I ve been to in the area. One of my favorite things is the red homemade house salad dressing. I can t seem to find any other Italian restaurants with this dressing. The bread they give you before your meal is to die for. Mamma Mias came through for me today!! Ive eaten here plenty times with my children before and their pizza is huge, delicious & kid approved! All the Italian meals Ive had here are so authentic and delicious plus big portions! The staff is friendly and accommodating! Huge shout out for making my big order happen on such short notice for a doctors luncheon I had today at 11am! We found this place when the last hurricane hit us 5 years ago. It was the only thing open and had no other option so we were excited that we had found a plaec that could make us a home coooked meal. We loved it and eat there every now and then. When the tornado hit Tuesday we were one of the familes without power. We still had no power on Wednesday night and I automatically thought of Mama Mias. We drove there and got to the drive-thru window and a girl and a young man saw us a few times but never came to take our order. My husband got frustrated and wanted to leave but I really wanted to eat here and didnt wanna wait in long lines anywhere else. We were the only ones in line and they clearly saw us at the window. The young man finally came to the window after a few minutes and asked have yall been helped. I told him we hadnt and instead of helping us he walked to the register and helped someone else and told a girl to help us. She came to take our order a few minutes later and had an attitude the entire time we spoke. It was very rude how she kept rushing me to finish placing my order when I was asking questions and still ordering items. After what everyone has been through as a community you would think people would have more compassion and treat others with respect and kindness as you dont know what exactly they are going through.

I went for lunch. Got there around noon. Theres prob only 12-15 tables. Felt like the place definitely needs to be updated. Cheap furniture and drab, no uniforms. 3 servers, including the owner, were waiting on tables. After they tell you to sit anywhere, it took 10 min for someone to take my drink order. I ordered a lunch spec. Wich was Lasagna, chick parm, and fettuccine Alfredo. Great price. Came w/salad. 25 minutes later, my food arrived. Way to long for lunch. Only had 6 other tables in the restaurant, and most were 2 tops. If Im ever in that area again, I would go back for take-out. The food and prices were good.

This food always tastes fresh. We have been here several times. Portions are large and the flavoring is good. We had the supreme pizza, I really like the chicken Caesar salad, we tried the chicken Alfredo pizza, and the bread and olive oil is always a treat. They also make half and half pizzas. Loved it. The pizza was as close to authentic NY style that Ive had in this area since I moved here back in 85. The prices were really good too.

I have been eating here for over 10 years I love the pizza here but my experience tonight was horrible I called a head of time for my pizza I was told it was a 50 minute wait time when I got my pizza and got home my crust and dough was hard and had a burned taste I called to let them know and I was told it s nothing we can do about it

This was our very first visit to Mama Mias. From the moment we walk in, ordered and ate till we left was amazing! Food was delicious and we got more than we were able to finish. The food was good but the only reason Im disliking the place is because I couldnt afford to leave a tip for the guy who served us so I didnt add one. A day later I get an alert that this guy gave himself a $2 tip causing me to go into overdraft which now I owe $34 to my bank to cover the fee . I wont be going back..

This place was good. It was our first time going, but wont be the last. They give you this delicious bread for an appetizer. Food did take half an hour to be made. Pizza was spot on. Ravioli was good. Alfredo was good. Just the lasagna wasnt to our liking. Great place.

4.5 stars. Alfredo sauce was delicious. Very rich and creamy. The trio plate is a must have if your first time there. You get Alfredo, lasagna and chicken parm. Best of everything. Cannot wait to go back
