I visited the Target in Pasadena, TX at 7 am recently and had an unfortunate experience that needs addressing. Upon arrival, I needed to use the restroom urgently as I was accompanied by my 5-month-old baby. The restrooms were being cleaned, so I attempted to ask the cleaning staff if I could quickly use them. However, both a male manager and female cashier informed me brusquely that they were busy and I would have to wait. I was directed to another restroom by the pharmacy. Despite my urgency, this restroom was not immediately accessible either; I had to find a staff member to open it because nobody showed up to open it . After 10 minutes I finally gained access, I was appalled by the condition of the restroom. It was incredibly dirty, with feces on the toilet lid. This level of uncleanliness is unacceptable, especially first thing in the morning. It is essential for restrooms to be cleaned and ready for use before the store opens to the public. Additionally, Target needs to consider individuals with disabilities or urgent needs who cannot afford to wait. The experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I hope Target takes this feedback seriously and ensures better restroom maintenance and accessibility moving forward.

Went to get my husband a birthday card and instead accidentally got a Valentine s Day card that was set in the husband birthday card section so whoever deals with that section needs to step up their game. Also why keep both entrances open when in the evening only one side of the store has an open self-checkout and cashiers. Had to walk across the parking lot because the self-checkout and all the registers on the side of the store I parked at were closed. Huge inconvenience.

We usually dont shop at this Target location (Pasadena) but out of the blue decided to stop by to get a couple of things before heading back to our side of town. At the time of check out we saw 2 lines open on each end of the store and several registers available at Self Checkout. We had several small items in our shopping cart and the self checkout monitor did not allow us to check out and pointed at the 10 items only sign. Okay, I get it BUT when the only 2 lines available to checkout have problems at that register and lines start to back up and again hardly anyone checking out at Self Checkout, common sense would be to allow others to checkout at self checkout and continue to monitor. I asked for a Manager and Earl immediately showed up and wanted to check us out for the inconvenience. Im not a fan of Target to begin with however, Earl the Manager at this location went above and beyond to help with our dilemma. Thank you Earl for making a wrong right. We merely just wanted to bring this to your attention and you happily accommodated us. Customer Service is very rare these days but not with Mr. Earl, his demeanor was very genuine and his smile contagious.

I like the atmosphere and location, however, I couldn t find anything I really wanted. A lot of stuff was out of stock, the friendliness of the staff just isn t there. They are too busy, engaging with each other, versus helping, serve customers, and providing a service. I found it weird that the company is making employees rehearse a long paragraph, to inform shoppers of certain promotions. It doesn t seem real, the guy was smiling, but he also seemed very miserable. There has to be a smarter way. To promote any ongoing services you might have. So, while you are making them rehearse, whatever promotion you have, They aren t telling customers hello, thank you hope you have a good day, etc. overall, the atmosphere is not bad, however, I didn t find what I needed in produce or the make up area. Lots of holes on the shelf

Ill be completely honest, I dont care much going into retail stores. I cant do crowds, but when my wife drags me Target, I usually have a good time. Purchased an item online for pickup. Intended to pick up the item the next day but due to my schedule, I selected in the Target app to pick up the item at another time. The next day I was on my way to the store at around 1:30 and opened the app to let them know I was on the way, however the app showed my item was picked up at 8AM that morning. I called the store and after 30 minutes of being on hold, I was told that because I selected to pick up the item at a different time, the item was taken out of its spot and store policy says they have to mark it as picked up and the item is restocked. Because of this, someone else picked up the item of which I can not find in stock anywhere within 50 miles. I think an employee saw the item and kept it for themselves.

I placed my first order through the app for in store pick up. And I arrived earlier than the scheduled pick up time and I was told I have to wait EXACTLY 2 hours from the time I placed the order, she even had me pull out my phone so she could show me what time I could come back. I asked if I could go in the store to select the items I ordered and paid for and bring the items back to her and I was told no. She told me I would have to go buy them again and then they could cancel the order. I decided to walk around the store and wait the exact 2 hours. I got notified within minutes of leaving the counter that my order was ready. I feel like it was some kind of power trip this person feeling. I know I got there early but she didnt make the experience very pleasant.

I purchased a Visa giftcard on May 27. The recipient opened the GC in an effort to use it on June 4 and the card declined. We learned that it was used on June 2 at target!! Stood in line at guest services to do a simple return of 1 item for over 45 minutes! There were probably 15 people waiting in line & when I asked the young lady if she could get some help because she was doing a full grocery bag return of old clothes & was told there was no one available. She obviously knew the person that was returning all these items because they stood there & had a full blown conversation with the lady & never once did she look up & see how many people were waiting or say something to the effect of Ill be with yall shortly or apologize for the wait. She apologized for the wait when I finally was able to do my return but this is totally unacceptable customer service!

This Target is sooo chaotic and dirty! Went there today to grab a game console and look around. Every time i come the clothes are never sorted, the restrooms are always filthy, and no one is ever around to help or answer any questions. In electronics Alexis has a TERRIBLE attitude! I try asking questions to get more info about what I m buying and all she say is i don t know. I m not sure . Well what do you know? She could ve at least offered to get someone to help answer my questions. Buyers beware this store location does not honor the holiday price match. I drove to target because i prefer to buy from them especially this holiday season because of the advertisement about their holiday price match. As opposed to just buying from where I seen it cheaper (Walmart). It was Walmarts holidays deals (sold and shipped by Walmart). I made sure to have the link available and ready but the manager didn t even care to see it, he just denied the price match. I didn t even ask to see the manager my cashier walked to returns and there they told her to call the manager. They made me feel like I was trying to steal the item but I went there because I wanted to show loyalty to target. I could have and I did just ended up buying from Walmart online.

This target is very dirty. Clothes and products on the ground. People open packages and steal. The opened packages are still on the shelves. They will return anything including putting a product back on the shelf with the flippers own price tag as pictured on the package. Employees are rude and will cut iff customers, park their baskets or big carts to block aisles even when someone is already in the aisle. Last this target is not the best for scooters especially the provided ones in the store. Noe room to move around racks or employee carts. Constantly running over merchandise on the floor because there is no room to go around or turn. Just an ada lawsuit waiting to happen. Go out of your way and go to pearland or webster.

The store is in complete disarray, with inventory all of the floors and aisles of empty shelving. Many of the better quality displays are filthy and covered in scuffs and dirt. The staff acts burned out and I am not surprised if the patrons act like animals in a barn. I watched person after person pick up an item and when they decided they didn t want it, simply drop it on the ground, roll over it and keep on as if that was okay. I ll drive an extra half hour to avoid this store.

An employee named ANITA was extremely RUDE!! Biggest attitude i ve ever seen. I talked to the manager about my experience and he was very apologetic and even gave me a gift card. I wish i got his name because he was very professional and polite. Also want to say that the 2 employees working on either side of the self checkouts were both very friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars for the 3 polite employees but because of Anita s unprofessionalism i cant.

Everything is scattered looks worst than Walmart! I tried using my temporary credit card receipt wasn t working. They had lines!! One register open!!! Only. This is frustrating. At this point I feel as is getting approved for a target credit card was a mistake. Don t even want to come here anymore.

I placed a curbside order for formula and received the notification that it was ready. I arrived at the store for drive up service and after waiting 15 minutes decided to go in to see what the hold up was, as I had a screaming infant in the car. Once inside they informed me that they have no idea where the formula I ordered is, it s been misplaced, and there isn t any in the store to substitute it with. It would have been nice to be informed of this earlier! Now scrambling to find some that is suitable for my child.

Showed up this morning to a late employee at optical. Waited till 10:07 to be told to go walk around Target cause she has to wipe down area. You would think an employee would be ready to go when store hours say it opens. Will be the last time I use this place.

Recently visited this store on Tuesday 7/12 and paid at the self checkouts needed assistance and they guy incharged literally was very rude. He spoke to me in rude manner didnt want to help. He basically just wanted to stand there and not do anything. He was very upset he had to go help. There were customers around there who heard him,very unprofessional. Target needs to watch who they hire.
