I have always bought there because I like everything they sell but these last few times that I have gone the people who speak Spanish are not friendly at all nor do they greet you and that is not good it does not allow you to see the store well they have to be friendly and serve you well

7-29-24: I had the BEST experience at Hobby Lobby today! From the moment we walked in, my wife and I were greeted with a warm and friendly smile . The store is always so clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything my wife needs for her crafting projects . The aisles are wide, and there s plenty of space to navigate, even with a cart . My wife was on the hunt for some unique fabric for a quilting project, and the selection did not disappoint! The variety of colors, patterns, and textures is absolutely amazing . The staff in the fabric department were super helpful and knowledgeable . They went out of their way to help me find the perfect fabric and even gave me some great tips on how to best use it in my project . The checkout process was a breeze too! The cashier was quick and efficient while still taking the time to chat with me and make sure I had found everything I needed . And let s not forget the amazing sales! I scored some incredible deals on some shelves I needed to display some of my collectibles and this week shelves are half off. I also appreciated the uplifting and inspirational music playing in the background . It made the shopping experience even more pleasant and enjoyable. Overall, Hobby Lobby is my wife s go-to place, but sometimes I find things I need as well . I always leave with a smile on my face and a cart full of goodies . Thank you, Hobby Lobby, for another fantastic shopping experience! I cant wait to start on my new projects and return for more supplies soon!

Prices and sales are very misleading. Unmarked isles and associates dont offer assistance. They (multiple associates in my recent experience)just walk pass you with their heads down while you walk around the whole store looking for certain items. Then act like they dont hear you when you try to get their attention.

I had to make a last-minute run to have a picture framed of my father in his uniform, and the gentleman working in the framing area worked a miracle with the picture I brought in! I was highly impressed, and it nearly brought me to tears! It was just that beautiful!

They have a plethora of items for any holiday...Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter and other. Many household items like plants, trees, household furniture, pictures, and posters. Most anything you can find to beautify your home space... I even found some gift ideas, trinkets for birthdays. Its a fun store to get lost in. It awakens anyones DIY self.

My daughter and I walked in to shop for items for my sisters wedding reception. The manager I assume is what she was started following my daughter and I through the store. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had there. She went by every aisle we went on and even when we went to the fabrics department she was standing behind the vases looking at us through the cracks. I was so uncomfortable I walked to the register ask for her name which was Ann and gave them my basket that had over $150 worth of items. There is no reason any employee including management should be following the customers the way she did us. My sister was on FaceTime with me asking me why this was happening I explain she has been following us since we walked in the door. I m appalled at the behavior of Ms. Ann and I will be filling a complaint against her with corporate. I will never shop at this location again racism at its best.

Hobby lobby is the store for people who like unique things, craftsmanship etc. I love the store. However, it is very difficult to get someone to help you, as they are always busy. I sometimes feel a little odd in the check out line as I find that I am the only man in a sea of women. One should go there at least once to see the well laid out beautiful items.
