Sorry to report that I will not be coming to eat here again thanks to the manager Cesar that he felt to let us know that we were not allowed to get silverware and plates from him because he was the manager at the moment and he didn t want to give us plates. When we just spend almost $50 on our meal. We should be able to get plates and not attitude

I was very disappointed today. The chicken had a bad smell. I talked to the manager and his assistant. First of all she could not talk English very well she proceeded to tell me tell me the truth I just wanted to eat what I could eat and did not want the rest . The chicken had a smell that grouse me it. She said I just wanted my money and did not want to pay. I already paid. Smell your food before you eat it. It upset me that she accused me of lying about the smell of the food. I will never go back. She walked away from me.

It taste like they cook the chicken the night before and leave it out all night. They rush you though so they can get back to talking to each other. The chicken is always dry and very tuff. The first and only time Ive experienced tuff chicken. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. MINE WENT IN THE TRASH.

This location is very consistent at getting your order wrong. More often than not the person taking orders in the drive thru is also prepping the food. Then they run over and key in the order after they make it. I ve seen it with my own eyes too many times. When you get to the window make sure to have them repeat the order to you because if you have any special requests they will NOT them applied. They rarely get it right and changes are made to our order more times than not. We ve just moved on to a different location because the longer drive is worth getting what you asked for.

I did an online order, the mobile app gave me a time. Once I got to the restaurant I had to wait about 20min for my order. I got home and my order was not complete, I tried calling the restaurant someone pick up and left the phone unhooked. Tried calling back several times and call didn t go through. I decided to go back to the restaurant and it was about 820pm lobby closes at 9pm both doors were locked and their was about 5 employees in the lobby including the manager and they wanted for me to wait in the drive thru line for my missing items. Very bad service!!!

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a famous bowl, and it came with only 5 pieces of chicken. Never once have I gotten so little. I asked if there was any way I could get more, as it seemed like a very little amount, but the manager said she could only charge me for a popcorn chicken (which is more expensive then the bowl itself) rather than fix their mistake. This was my first and last visit to this location

Went to KFC wanted all crispy chicken they tell me they only had wings and thighs. I said hummm ok well then I ll take all original then they proceeded to tell me well you have to wait for 10 minutes. Always a hit and miss with KFC, I just ordered 2 4-piece meals with LG drinks and they messed up, I told Valerie twice that I wanted original and not crispy, the chicken was not seasoned properly either, very bland. Also had to tell her twice that I wanted Diet Pepsi instead of fruit punch. They really need someone that speaks english well when they are in the drive thru, I am spanish and I speak perfectly fine english.

Just wanted to give the ladies a huge thanks today..literally about 30 minutes ago! So I ordered the 11 piece wings right!? And I ask the I must say the beautiful lady who took my order lol. Not thinking at that particular moment 11 is a number that doesnt divide equally!! .. but what stood out the most importantly is she went the extra mile to go speak with her coworker in the kitchen and they were talking softly but I could see the smirks and felt their positive energy!! I came for fries and was parked in front so they could be prepared. I went through drive-thru for Lunch. I ordered the Chicken pot pie combo, with a raspberry tea. I opened up my cup to eat the ice! Lord my blood pressure dropped. Black Particles inside my drink. I went to the KFC on Spencer hwy and Red bluff at 7:30 pm and they would only allow Mexican people in the lobby and no White or Black people inside. How crazy is that. Went to Pizza hut next door and got a pizza instead. I hope the owners check the cameras if they have them.

Even though the staff is friendly, the place is impeccable. The chicken leaves a lot to be desired. I always get a stomach ache or I dont like that chicken. When I drove up to the window n asked why my total was so high they said they charge $2 for smothering the tenders so I said nevermind but they said they already did it.
