She always requested information at the very last minute and we would have to scramble to get it, even if I was at work, etc. I felt like I did most of the work and she just showed up to court.

Karen helped my sisters case and protected her kids from an abusive father. Our case was complex and lasted for several years (pandemic didnt help). Shes an honest women who truly cares to help. She was patient and there when we needed help, and we were charged a very fair price. I would absolutely recommend her for family law matters, shes a wonderful lady and amazing human being.

I recommend Karen and Danelle as they both cared for me all along my Divorce. I paused the Divorce about 3 times this time and I had hired her two years ago and decided to stay at that time and stopped the Divorce. But this time after pausing 3 times then I went ahead and filed for the Divorce. They told me not to stop it this time but pause it if I was not ready for the Divorce. They have been the best at helping me along the way to make sure that I get everything that I should get since the Divorce is very painful and sad. They were compassionate and they really take the time to listen to me. I felt like I was a friend to them and they wanted to give me everything that I was entitled to and made sure that I was taken care of after the Divorce. I would recommend them because Karen and Danelle are the greatest team ever!!

When I first met Karen I was a bit nervous considering this was my first time hiring a lawyer for anything. I quickly noticed her determination when she was taking notes during the free consultation. Hiring her was the best decision I made for my divorce. Karen and her paralegal Danelle fought for me, protected my interests, the out come was as expected with no surprises. Marriage can be tough, divorce is tougher. You need a Great Law Firm in your corner. Karen and her staffs determination and efforts were amazing. If you find yourself needing a lawyer, you d be crazy not to hire her!

Karen Cushman is a honest and straightforward attorney. Since the beginning of my case she worked very hard to resolve my case as timely as possible and provided helpful advice throughout the entire process. Karen was able to quickly gain more time with my daughter then I could dream imaginable, which is no easy task in the state of Texas. Once she was hired she was able to explain the court process which alleviated my concern and allowed for maximum transparency. I should also mention she was referred to me by my mother who also referred my uncle. We have all used her services and I would recommend her to any other friend or family member in the future, if they find themselves in the unfortunate position to require an attorney.

Attorney Karen Cushman is a family law attorney based in Arlington. She is an excellent one woman team with a solid paralegal standing by to assist in any way. Karen is a great divorce attorney. In my case she worked diligently to resolve the case without protracted litigation to avoid unnecessary costs and emotional stress. When that option was no longer practical she exerted her full knowledge to ensure the judge heard my case fairly. In the end her skill working the case led to a desirable out of court settlement. Always interview multiple attorneys to find the one right for you in price, knowledge and ultimately style. If you hire an attack dog that is what you will get, if you hire a advocate, hire Karen Cushman.
