We had the Sutton Family Reunion here and it was perfect, we had the beautiful outdoors and the inside which was nice. They provided everything including the ice. My rating is a 10!

This place was a Godsend! We were there for a youth baseball tournament that was played between the Live Oak complex in Red Oak and Big League of Dreams in Mansfield. The boys had time together to bond, and so did the dads. There is a large event center in the back for the team to cool off between games in the summer heat. We had a great team party! Wiffle ball, the pool next, tons of seating, music, corn hole, jenga, etc. The best part is that the City of Ovilla has a beautifully kept baseball field that our team used for extra practices. This was really great since it was a destination tournament. None of our players knew each other until we got there. Everything we needed was walking distance. The Villas have several adjacent houses that are perfect for making a travel baseball team colony. Our coaches thought I was a planning genius for finding this place! Loreen has a baseball background and was thrilled to go out of her way for us in any way that we could think of. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!

My FIRST BnB so the bar is set high after our outstanding visit to VOO! Last min trek from Dallas for my bday, 35 min drive took us to a superb get away. Victorian was pristine, everything you need in the kitchen, 2 TVs, 2 patios, huge yard area w firepit (which we took advantage of!), yummy linens, Loreen sprinkles uplifting plaques throughout the house... youll leave feeling refreshed and LOVED OH and make plans to visit Cassaro winery (walking distance) outstanding Italian wines, live music Fri and Sat

Rented this place for a family wedding. What a great experience!! The house was perfect and sweetly stocked for our weekend. Brett was so kind, helpful and a blessing to us. I highly recommend this rental. The backyard is beautiful, especially at night with all the lights. We went on long walks through the beautiful neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed it all. Brett made our experience a special one.

My husband and I stayed at the Villas and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Dallas area. The interior was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Every creature comfort was so well thought out and provided to the guests for their needs and enjoyment. Grooming aids, hair products , bath products anything you may have forgotten to bring are at your disposal. Sumptuous bedding and towels make you feel like you are at 5 star hotel. The master bedroom upstairs had a beautiful comfortable bed , a sitting room with a table to read and take morning coffee and a large bath with a claw foot tub. For those that love showers another bathroom provides that in addition to more bedrooms upstairs if you bring your family. The kitchen made you feel at home with everything you could need to cook a full meal or whip up breakfast and coffee. The innkeepers provided top notch snacks and lovely selection of breakfast foods and refreshments. My husband loved sitting in the warm and comfortable den with the exposed brick wall and French doors leading to a back porch. The exterior and grounds make you feel like you are in a fairytale. Lovely gardens, fairy lights, beautiful sitting areas and even a fire pit for making s mores with fixings provided inside. We could not have felt more at home or cared for during our stay. We have traveled all over the world and would be hard pressed to find a lovelier place to stay anywhere.

The best place to get married they were 100% hospitality based. The ppl who run this place Loreen and Brent are all about making our vision come to life. They were so helpful in any request and very professional. The place looked 100% as i envisioned it. The house was emaculate and grounds were blooming with flowers and grass was green. The photographs we got were effortless with beautiful backdrops of nature. Thank you so much
