Food is great. Salad, to building my own burger, to the awesome favorite chocolate mousse cake. Atmosphere is ok to watch sporting events. Limited seating fills up quickly. Need more waitresses hired or on the schedule to accommodate a rush hour.

Just dont go! Place went from Hero to Zero. Loved it when they came out with smoked wings. I would take people from work here often. Since then, the smoker has been broken 3 out of 4 years working for a month or so at a time. Staff is now rude and think you are just there to look at them and expect you to gauk over them. I loved the staff previously, so we tolerated going for smoked wings but never could get. Trip prior to this, noticed staffing was different but friendly, but waited an hour for food, and it ended up being undercooked, and cooks were out on porch smoking weed. Wanted a drink this trip but was essentially an empty bottle with less than half a shot,(didnt even cover bottom of glass) and she just called it good, so it was a tall that was essentially a tall glass of Pepsi. Guy wearing trash bags nasty from doing dishes behind bar stocking stuff but I guess the glass washer machine behind the bar would be too much to use to clean glasses with a half empty place on a Friday night. They used to be packed and had to wait for seats. Someone had thrown up in the bathroom (probably food or overserved), and the entire thing was a wreck. Half the staff sitting at tables. No manager in sight. Easy to identify usually wearing a black shirt and asking people how thier meal is. Left after glass of Pepsi and happy to get a chair at thier competition who was packed like every other place in town on a Friday at 9 in this town. Wondered why the parking lot has been empty a lot lately. Now we know. Went from every week to never again in a 6 month window.

The service is bad and food took over an hour to receive for 2 people. As soon as we sat down we ordered and it still took way too long. Food had been sitting on the food counter for a while (we could see it). When we received it, it was cold. The entire time the waitress was standing around. When asked if that was our food, she said she would check but didnt for about another 20 minutes on her phone. Bathrooms are nasty all three stalls.

Ordered wings and teasers for the game today. Drove 40 minutes round trip to get home and find out they literally threw one packet of sauce without the lid on. Sauce all in the bottom of the bag. Not to mention my other six sauces were missing! $80 of wings with no sauce! We basically ate KFC at this point. It s not that hard to follow the order and make sure customers who are picking up orders are correct. No ketchup for the fries. Which were horrible. Tasted like they were old and sitting since yesterday. The sliders were burnt. No utensils or napkins. I tried calling three times to speak to a manager before writing this review and nobody ever answered. Get it together Hooters! Yall have a pretty easy job to just prepare an order of food with expectations it will be good annd correct. Yet yall can t even do that right.

By far the worst Hooters experience ever. Not sure if it was bring your boyfriend to work day but all 3 waitresses seemed to be occupied with just 3 tables total leaving the rest of the customers without service unless we asked for something. Also I ordered 2@ 6 piece wings and when they were served only came with 5 wings a piece. I understand mistakes but how do you miscount twice in a row? The wings were both very bland and undercooked. It s no wonder this place was relatively empty. I won t be back. 1 star is being generous

Took 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 20 minutes for a refill. Ordered an appetizer that never came after 40 minutes and to top it off the table in front of us had got their appetizers before us and they had showed up 20 minutes after us I felt so awkward for our waitress because she had to tell us that the kitchen had to stop making orders.. but had dished out an appetizer? We walked out and this is my first bad experience at Hooters. Come on guys, sort the kitchen out or something. If you cant get food out then youre gonna lose customers. Cant imagine how it must be for a waitress to lose money because the kitchens incompetence. And yet from the reviews the kitchen wants to curse at the girls lmao oh how the roles should be reversed. If I was a waitress there Id be jumping in the back of the kitchen and making my own money since the cooks cant

Went in with the family on a thursday afternoon, the place was pretty much empty, we were seated right away, (no menus). 15 minutes go by with at least 10 employees passing by and a waiter never showed up so we walked right out. Wife and I walked and noticed it was not busy at all. The hostess was nice but disorganized so we waited for a few minutes to get seated. She sat us but never gave us menus, she said she would be right back with them....and she didnt. But in the mean time a manager, 2 bartenders, and 3 waitresses walked by and not a single one said hi, or and type of service. So we just got up and left. Total time spent in there. 18min.

Very dirty, kind of a funky smell, menus were sticky, and all the servers kept touch their faces and hair. Im surprised the Hooters corporation allows this location to continue to operate under their name. This location needs to be rebuilt for sure.

Unironically one of the toughest dinning experiences ever. Long waits, the entree my wife ordered was apparently out of stock, so she ordered something else, and when her dish came out- it was the original order of fish tacos but the fish was rancid. We both tried it to confirm suspicions and it made us both sick. Waitress Janette wasnt attentive and forgot multiple items and even charged us for items we never got. November durrr 2thousand duurrr 23 I ordered delivery. Driver said they were late cause the restaurant took a long time. It arrived about 30 minutes after the initial time. I was okay w/ that. In town for work went to Hooters to watch the cowboys/eagles game ,had a good crowd service at the bar was great even with the bartender working solo with a full bar I never had to ask for a drink and never seen other customers disappointed with service.. I stopped by the Hooters in Odessa, and first of all outside it was dirty, a lot of grass and debris built up in the parking lot at the front entrance. Untidy in general as walked in. It was dark. Upon entering there was a girl eating at the hostess desk, I walked past her she didn t say a word to me. I went and sat down. There were some customers at the bar I sat at the bar. I waited for a few minutes not one girl looked at me not one person said hi not one person said they d be right with me as soon as they were free. I set my stopwatch for another minute, just to see if anybody would greet me or ask or say anything to me. After that minute, I walked out. Overall a very sad tired looking hooters.

The fact that I m allowed to drink the same amount of alcohol as a 220 pound man and I m only 125 pounds, is ridiculous. They down size the drinks after two doubles or two tall drafts no matter the size of a person or the amount of food they eat. Then there s the service. There is only one server I like. My husband & his coworkers went to eat there tonight , they were ignored & got watered down drinks. They said they got sat all the way in the back while they attended to people who got there AFTER them. Its really hard to believe that a brand like hooters has let there quality of food and service drop so far that I have to call on Monday to get a refund on the whole meal. First when we sat down the waitress had to be stoned because she greeted us with her name and when I proceeded to use her name she asked me how I know her name then after that happend our drinks took forever to get to us. Its like she was floating around like a balloon with nowhere in particular to be. Once we finally got our drinks she took our food order witch she forgot some food and the entire order was cold. I had to take like 5 to-go boxes because we couldnt eat it. All in all it was honestly a waste of time and money. Lets see what they will tell me when I ask them for a refund.

We are traveling by and really wanted to stop by Hooters. Worst. Decision. Ever!!! there is no hostess, waited about 15 min to get acknowledged and then they had to clean a table to sit us so thats another 10 min. Picked up my order last night had to go get the waitress and still took 10 min to get my to go order. Got home and got triple the wings I ordered and I ordered two flavors but the wings I got were all buffalo. Not even one wing was what I ordered. The wings were cold. I wasn t going to complain but I could tell the wings had been sitting for awhile, I popped them in microwave for a minute or so and I still had diarrhea all night long going into today. I am pregnant and thought I would give this place a try. My blue cheese I ordered and ranch I didn t order were all warm to the touch so I knew better than to eat those. I will never come back. So glad I didn t end up in the hospital pregnant and with a worse food borne illness. Not sure what made me sick but I don t care. Absolutely disappointed and the rest of the wings were wasted. I only ate about half. Never again!!!!

Went when it was literally not busy at all, they had several servers on the floor. Waited at the host stand for way longer than necessary to get seated. Its really terrible customer service, if youre not a man you get Zero attention. Like I just wanted food. Had to leave and go somewhere else for wings even though I like their food. Not worth the wait if the service is terrible. And as a prior server I understand how it works.

On Uber Eats they go by Chase Elliot Chicken Tenders. DO NOT ORDER! THEY WILL SCREW IT UP! You might get the chicken tenders you ordered, but that doesnt mean youll get the dipping sauces you ordered. Or the drink you ordered. So hopefully you already have what you actually wanted at home, because theyll leave it to you to provide everything that actually makes it worth ordering.

There was no hostess to give us a table upon our arrival so we waited about 10 min. They were short on waitresses but we did not wait long to be seated. We ordered wings, sliders, fries, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, Philadelphia steak sandwich and everything was delicious. Although all the food was great, I only enjoyed it for about 5 minutes because the air conditioner was blowing very cold air and all the food got cold real quick. I do not like eating cold food. So we took it to go and ended up heating it up in the air fryer. We were freezing by the time we left.

We visited on a Saturday around six. The place was not busy, but everything took forever: to place our order, to get our drinks and food, to get the bill. When the food finally arrived, the appetizer was served with the food. We were seated underneath an air vent, which made our food cold as soon as it came out. We would have complained, except we were having difficulty finding a waitress or manager.

I took my fiancé for her first time I bragged about how good hooters used to be when I was living here ago. Let s just say this was the worst experience I ever had with any restaurant. 2 star only because the buffalo shrimp as always was sooo delicious. Me and my fiancé ordered 10piece wings each They ran out out of smoked and the new baked wings or whatever it s called which happened to be both my choices. So I switched to traditional only. They messed up the whole order literally had to send everything back and wait again so I just said I don t want anything. The manager Rose never once came by handle the situation but they took the wings off. I had one beer somehow another beer of a different kind ended up on my ticket for a total of 2 beers. We watch 2 couples walk out 1 ordered and again the kitchen messed up their order ,the other sat down and nobody ever came to them. Beer was cold at least thank goodness

After a full day of travel with my family (kids included) we placed an order that was about $100. Upon delivery we open our order to find that multiple items were incorrect, undercooked and missing items we paid for. I understand mistakes happen but the chicken was undercooked and questionable to eat. My toddler wanted a salad and received no dressing. Working at a restaurant is not that hard but you have to DO YOUR JOB . Do better Odessa Hooters.
