Been to Green Oaks PT several times over many years and each time the results have been amazing. Staff is warm and friendly. They genuinely care about your issue and make sure you are comfortable. They explain why you are doing a specific procedure, how it works and its benefits. It s clear that they want you to get better quickly and completely. Facility is clean and they don t try to pack you in there with too many people. Great space to do what you need to do. No issues whatsoever. While I don t want to have to go thru PT again, if I do, I will not hesitate to return. Thanks to the great team at Green Oaks PT!

I went to GOPT after TKR. I had been told if I didnt improve I would need to have a manipulation. Jason, PT, worked with and encouraged me so much. Everyone is so friendly and offer such great support. The first day I was able to go around on the bike they all celebrated with me. That was at week 10 after surgery. I have progressed so much faster now. My ROM has almost been reached. Thank you GOPT, Jason, all the staff and front desk girls. I wish I could give you all a big bonus, however that would be out of reach for me and probably get you in trouble. Know that I appreciate your patience with this 76 year old. I highly recommend GOPT.

My husband doesnt enjoy getting out, much less does he like working out in front of people. This place takes the nerves out of physical therapy. Everyone is always in a good mood, ready to help you get going. If normal gyms were this accepting and reassuring, I would actually go. This will be our number 1 recommendation for PT. Love love love them!!!

Front desk was always so friendly and welcoming! They never missed a day of greeting everyone coming in and leaving. They scheduled appointments with ease and very helpful! Another thing that I loved about the front desk was that they had an encouraging word written on a small board as you checked in each day. My PT, Tai Nguyen, was phenomenal, fantastic, amazing and always explaining the reason for various exercises we were doing. He always showed me visually the exercise and how it was supposed to be done. This was extra helpful!!! He was always so knowledgeable with any questions that I had. He also challenged me with trying a new exercise to get me to push myself. The other PT s and staff always greeted with a smile and asked how I was, which was awesome. Everyone was friendly and genuine! I especially loved their jokes for the day board. I fell in love with this place and hated to leave when I completed my PT. You could tell the camaraderie and teamwork just oozed from everyone. This place was FANTASTIC!!! I had been to another PT facility previously that was not as great and when I arrived here, I felt that I was placed at the very best facility around the metroplex. If you are looking for a PT facility, you definitely need to choose Green Oaks Physical Therapy! Shout out to my PT, Tai, he is EXCEPTIONAL!!!

The services provided at this facility are very basic, and there are hidden charges they don t disclose until months later. Therapy here was just going through a few low intensity exercises on a few machines for about 50 minutes each session. Most of the staff seemed to be interns or trainees. I was reassessed by the therapist only twice. There was very little feedback otherwise. I felt like they didn t think I should be there because I could easily do everything, until they finally started addressing my problem during the last month. I could easily breeze through everything except anything related to bending and lifting, which was my issue, but that wasn t broached or addressed until my last 3-4 sessions. The majority of their clients are over 60, so I don t think they re accustomed to actually helping anyone younger with no significant permanent issues. My PCP sent me to this location after a severe back strain that left me unable to walk for days, and I had very minimal overall improvement after about 3 months. I m still unable to lift heavy weights without causing pain. It isn t the same level of pain or even the same type, but the goal didn t seem to be to get me back to 100%. I ve steadily made improvements since leaving by continuing my lifting exercises, but I was only able to lift 5 lbs for 20 reps when I stopped going here. It took another month on my own to get up to 10 lbs, and my goal is to be able to lift much more. On day one, I asked about my copay, and they said it would be either $20 or $30 for each session/visit. After my evaluation on day one, and on each subsequent day, they said my copay was $20, which I paid after each visit, but this facility later sent me a bill claiming I owed an additional nearly $1200. I have paid what I agreed to for the very basic services provided. I do not recommend this facility. It is not worth the remedial service and it s definitely not worth the risk of being charged excessive fees beyond the agreed upon price months later. They conveniently did not disclose any of these overcharges while I was going there twice weekly and then weekly for months. I was not informed until nearly 2 months later. While I thought it was very basic service, I still felt it was worth it for $20 since I was under the guidance of a professional, but I would not have agreed to what amounts to $100+ per session. It would ve been more beneficial to get a personal trainer. I will be submitting a complaint to my PCP and insurance.

One of the things I liked about my treatment at Green Oaks Physical Therapy was my interaction with the ladies at the front desk. They all quickly learned my name and greeted me each time I went in for treatment. They were friendly and helpful. They also made an effort to follow my desires as far as scheduling appointments. I really liked being treated by Sara Franks. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced Physical Therapist. She, the other Physical Therapists, and assistants were invested in helping me reach my goals. They all worked hard to move me through the designated exercises in an efficient manner. Sara worked at finding different exercises to challenge me and helped me move forward with my recovery. The clinic is well organized and equipped. This is my first time doing physical therapy and I didn t know what to expect. I am so pleasantly surprised by the genuine care and I should say group care. All the therapist and techs are very attentive and knowledgeable! Tai worked magic to remove a crook I had in my neck for weeks. Stephen K. is another great therapist . Edited to respond: Thank you for responding to my review. I made these issues aware during my time there as well. Unfortunately, very little was done to address it then. I am familiar with HIPPA but based on the information provided in this review and my name I am confident the office knows who this is and can reach out appropriately. ____________________ The positives: 1) Everyone from the front desk, assistants/techs and PTs were very friendly and made you feel welcomed. 2) Everyone was on time as well in starting each session. The negatives: 1) There are multiple patients assigned to a PT at once and its not always the same one. It actually got to the point where I wasnt really sure who I was working with. I did ask about this and was told it just depended on the schedule though I would not be able to always schedule the same PT. 2) I was told how to do the exercises (maybe shown once) but I was left alone 95% of the time. Its taken for granted (or lack of care?) patients are going to remember the exercises from 3 days ago. Im not sure why some PTs worked directly with their patients and others did not but it was frustrating to be left alone not knowing what to do next or reminded of how to do the exercises correctly. For instance, I thought I was doing an exercise correctly but it wasnt until a student who was shadowing took time to wait and watch my first rep to ensure I was doing it correctly. I was actually doing it incorrectly for the last week. 3) When feeling I hit a plateau,I asked 3x about wanting more challenging exercises during my sessions and at home. Out of those 3 requests, I was given one upgraded exercise routine. I hit another plateau. Because of this I ended my time a week early at GOPT. 4) When communicating a concern about lack of range of motion, I was told to just keep doing my exercises especially at home. The response felt dismissive but I gave it another week....theyre the experts, right?.....but I know my body so spoke up again a week later. Was told the same thing so this time I made it clear I was sticking to my routine and needed additional help. It was almost like I had to convince them. Because of this, I was able to get a manual adjustment which helped tremendously!! Instantly I felt better and had more range of motion. 5) As I neared my last session I had to ask for a progress check. I wanted to see how far along I had come. Its just very odd and concerning this isnt automatically done. How are metrics being recorded to see if patients are coming along or not? Case in point, there wasnt. I will say I made improvements during my 7 weeks there and I am very appreciative of that, however, I would not recommend GOPT based off my concerns and needs not being heard or met.

I had a great experience here with PT for Rotator Cuff Surgery. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, from the front desk to the PT assistants and the PT s. Sara was a great PT and always challenged me to keep improving. The clinic is well organized and very clean. Assistants wipe all of the equipment down with disinfectant after each use. I enjoyed each one of my physical therapy sessions after hip replacement. My therapist was always on time. The facility was clean and therapists cleaned certain machines before I used them. During my sessions, I was offered to help myself to water or take a break. Each time I was put on a weight machine, therapists always asked if the weight felt okay , before I began reps. Steven, my PT, answered many questions, as well as explained and demonstrated the exercises. At the end of each one hour session, I was asked if I needed ice or heat for my hip. Although I declined the offers, it was nice to be asked. My time was well spent at GOPT and was beneficial to my overall health. In the event I need physical therapy in the future, I will be returning.

The staff is Amazing! Front desk personal is so friendly and helpful. They always ask how we are and give us best wishes when we leave. Jordan and Chelsea work with us to coordinate our visits , so we can have PT at the same time. They are also so sweet! Our PTs Nicole, Amanda, Ty, Edythe, and their assistants really care about us. They always ask if we need water or need to rest. All of the PTs are so knowledgeable and take their time with us!! They even give you a free T-shirt when you complete all your therapy visits! This is the only Physical Therapy place I actually look forward to visiting, so Thank you so much for your time and patience!! Yall are a Blessing!!

I have been going to Green Oaks Physical Therapy in Arlington on I-20 for a while. This is my second time. The first time my therapist was Lindsey. She was great. She worked me hard but was sensitive to my pain. After I was discharged I did my exercises at home. Then I kinda slacked off. My arm got worse because I had not been keeping up with the excercises. I am now going back to therapy. My therapist this time is Stephen. Again I got a great therapist. Hes a funny guy with cute jokes. I feel right at home with these guys. They are beginning to feel like family. I would wholeheartedly recommened to anyone needing physical therapy. Well, back to physical therapy for the 3rd. time. Dr. thought I needed help with weekness and balance. I requested Stephen as my therapist again. Thank God he was still working there. I cant say enough about the staff. They are happy and friendly. I really have to brag about Stephen. He is the one that keeps me encouraged. I can walk in and not want to be there or excercise. He wiil something funny that gets me to laughing. It changes my whole attitude. I always leave there in a good mood. I would recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy. Love you guys & girls

I chose Green Oaks for physical therapy for an abdominal injury that occurred. The front desk ladies were very nice and answered any questions & concerns , they hooked me up with my therapist Tai Nguyen who helped me with getting my motor skills back in order to return back to work. The clinic was clean and lots of exercise machines , workout spaces & plenty of therapy machinery. Even Kevin J. Dorf, the MPT, Owner , who is a Minnesota Vikings fan welcomed me , a Green Bay Packers fan into Green Oaks. Everyone who works at this clinic greeted me in and knew me by name , now thats special! Excellent and superior customer service from the time I called and checked into the front desk to meeting with my physical therapist and discussing my injuries, goals and the development of a very effective treatment plan, to starting my treatment plan and getting home exercises. The experience has been phenomenal and the results even better - the difference in this physical therapy clinic is that their interest in treating you and getting a d treating you well, is evident. The environment is very positive, high energy, effective customer service, attractive with knowledgeable and very happy staff with effective leadership and they have enough staff to take care of everyone, timely and effectively. Green Oaks Physical Therapy is amazing in every way. I was still recovering from knee surgery 2 years ago when I broke my hip and had to have hip replacement surgery three months ago. I wasnt able to complete my physical therapy two years ago at a different place completely because of Covid, so I could barely walk when I began my journey with GOPT. Today, not only am I walking, Im back to doing everything I used to be able to do before I injured myself. Im even back to riding 50 miles on my bicycle. Tai, my physical therapist, was the best. I asked him to push me hard because I knew thats what it would take for me to get better, and he did. He supported me all the way through my recovery. He answered all my questions patiently and was there with the answers and exercises I needed. He knew exactly what I needed to do. He even put together a plan for the things I could do on my own, after I completed my time there, so that I could continue progressing. He is a genuine person and cares about his patients. The front office staff are so warm and friendly. They know everyone by name. They never failed to greet me with a smile and a big Good morning! How are you this morning James?, and I felt as though they really cared when I would respond. They did this for everyone that walked through the door. Ive never done business anywhere that I can remember that has a more welcoming and amazing staff. They really seem to love their jobs. GOPT helped me get my life back and I am extremely grateful for their help and support through this difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy. Im even going to miss seeing them now that Ive graduated. A BIG thank you! to everyone at GOPT.

This is the best rehab facility in my opinion, the physical therapist know how to get the most out of their patients, this is my wifes and mine third time using Green Oaks Physical Therapy, the owner Kevin some how knows how to put a great team of Therapists together we have use his facilities like I said three separate occasions and though our therapist JANA was not here the first two time she is A Great neurotherapist my wife had a stroke and JANA has gotten her in shape very quickly in the short time we have been here, I would highly recommend GREEN OAKS PHYSICAL THERAPY for anyone needing Treatment.

Ill give two stars for the very friendly therapist. Came in twice for therapy and was very disappointed with the second session. Multiple people assigned to the same therapist. It felt chaotic while doing therapy because everyone was all over the place. There wasnt much one on one time with the therapist. Here do this exercise, this many reps, Ill be back. I didnt feel valued as a client and felt like healing was going to take a considerable amount of time with the lack of attention. I immediately started looking for a new practice and was able to find one close by that offers one on one therapy and no therapist is ever booked with multiple clients at a time.

I had my first experience with Green Oaks Physical therapy several years ago. All the therapist there and staff are very friendly and very professional. My experience was excellent. I currently had another surgery and I chose Green Oaks again for my outpatient therapy. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Not only do I enjoy going, I am building strength and my recovery is well on its way to where I need to be. I received PT here, and I did improve. I do not think I received the best care here as they book physical therapists with 3-4 patients at a time, so their attention is very divided. I was given stretching exercises to do at home, but I found out later that you need to do strengthening exercises as well for which I was never given a home routine to do. I ended up needing PT again a couple of months later and tried a different company and am much happier with the quality of care I m receiving. My physical therapist is one on one with me which makes a huge difference in their ability to assess and treat. I do not plan to return to Green Oaks for any future needs and discourage friends and family from this clinic.

I ve had physical therapy at Green Oaks Physical Therapy, South Arlington location, after a knee replacement. I ve used a couple of other PT companies in the past and have been most impressed with Green Oaks PT. The office staff is always friendly and courteous. It s easy to set appointments when convenient to my schedule. I ve usually seen Kevin but have also worked with a couple of the other therapists. All have been great and they really listen to any concerns I ve had. They often have a full house but are very good to stay on top of what s going on. You don t stand around waiting for someone to tell you what to do next. I feel they are very considerate of my time. Choose them the next time you need PT and I m confident that you will be glad you did!

The front desk was very nice, patient, and overall made my experience very easy. My PT Tai Nguyen was very thorough with the therapy, by the time I left I was feeling a lot better than when I came in, during the therapy session I did some exercises. I didnt really like this place at all. I didnt feel like i was making progress at all. Therapy was not very hands on and it didnt feel like they were getting to the root of the problem. I never felt any better although i was home doing the exercises. I found myself reaching out to a friend who is a therapist and she suggested i go somewhere else because it sounded like they were trying to keep up with the demands of the client. They were literally just saying do 20 of these,.leave and come back and tell me to do 10 of these and once it was all done they asked how did it all feel. I thought it was just me and that i was just never gonna get any better. Until... I canceled and went elsewhere and felt 100 times better after the first session. I could cry because i felt some hope. My body was recovering, pain was leaving and i was just soooo happy!

After falling off of a chair (I was too lazy to get a ladder) and fracturing my left shoulder, my family doctor sent me to GOPT. Green Oaks Physical Therapy has there business together. From when you sign in the front desk, they move you quickly to your therapy. Once you start your work-out you are constantly monitored and moving thru the exercise circuit until the last one is finished. The staff that takes care of you is very attentive, having their eyes on you constantly. Finish up with some ice for the injurie area. Green Oaks PT can work with almost all schedules to get you an appointment. They treat you like you should be treated.

When I started at Green Oaks PT, I was in horrible pain. I could hardly move my left arm and neck and my dr had me on pain medicine around the clock to help me endure it, as well as laying against ice every hour. My quality of life was in a recliner. Nine weeks later, I am celebrating being completely pain free and having full range of motion in my neck and left arm. Kevin Dorf was my therapist. He gave me exercises to do between visits that were effective! At the beginning, my exercises were very small movements. When I began feeling better, I would return to normal activity and take a few steps back in my therapy. Kevin would nicely remind me of the importance of my choices and therapy and would modify my exercises as needed. He continually encouraged me and took the time to explain anything I didn t understand. In addition, the Therapist Assistants and office staff were also welcoming, very professional and very nice daily! They went out of their way to help with whatever I or other patients needed. I will definitely go back if I medically need to. I highly recommend Green Oaks PT.

Back in June I was rear ended at a traffic light and started having mild to moderate back pain consistently and moderate to severe back pain during certain activites. I was referred to Green Oaks Physical Therapy. Ive always been an active and healthy guy. I also didnt put a lot of faith in the process, BUT I did do the work at PT and much to my surprise I saw a rapid improvement in my pain and mobility. Its pretty incredible, to me, to go from the pain that I was in to feeling virtually no pain just over a month later. I highly recommend the fine folks at Green Oaks Physical Therapy. Covid19 stuff - theyre very diligent about cleaning surfaces and equipment. Its a nice touch regardless of your thoughts on the virus. They also provide hand sanitizer and perform a temperature check at check in.

Excellent facility, very well equipped, professional, helpful and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are great, and the assistants are courteous, helpful and patient. GOPTdoes a wonderful job of getting you back to where you want to be. This is my second go around here. Twelve years ago for knee replacement and this month for a new shoulder. Great staff and they make it easy not the actual exercises but scheduling etc. Tip of the cap to Hazel!

My wife recommended GOPT when I needed shoulder injury treatment from a biking accident, and Im so glad she did. Administrative and therapist personnel are top-notch - Very personable, relatable and professional. I always knew what was expected of me, and what recovery results I might hope/expect to achieve if I applied myself to my therapists instruction, and to my assigned homework. Green Oaks Physical Therapy is the best place to go when you need physical therapy. The people at the front desk greet you with a smile and hello every time you go in. They seem very happy to see you. I was accessed by Rachel who is so good at what she does. Hope became my actual therapist and she is great. She is so nice and was interested in how I was feeling and how I was doing. From my observance the two months that I went there, all the therapist are great. The assistants are great too. Everyone there is interested in your welfare. The location is so easy to get to. It only took me 5 minutes to get there. Be sure to be on time because they are always ready for you.

I was referred to GOPT by my doctor. Someone called me the next day to set up an appointment. I was fortunate to have Kevin as my therapist. Each time I went everyone was very kind and encouraging. Something I was dreading turned into something to look forward to. Great staff, excellent facilities and only 5 minutes from home. If you need therapy, come to a place thats fun and efficient. This is the 2nd time my mother-in-law needed physical therapy and after using Green Oaks before it wasnt much of a decision to return. The front desk and therapy folks were consistently helpful , friendly and effective. The personalities of the employees were such that often we left with our spirits uplifted.
