Desiree is a great server. Fun to chat with and service with a smile. Food was good. The smothered burger tasted great but ask for plenty of napkins as you could get a bit messy. The only knock is the atmosphere. Inside is a bit dark and feels like a nightclub over a restaurant with the loud music as well.

This is a great place. I visited here twice in one day. Once was in the middle of the afternoon and it was fun and the food was great. So I decided to come back in the evening. And it was even better. The food was great again. The service was awesome. The girls were super friendly and absolutely gorgeous. I wish I lived closer to here. I would be there every day if I could. Just a great time.

The Alamo Burger was one of the best burgers Ive ever had in my life, and Ive had some tasty burgers. The ambiance was ok. Lots of TVs. The girls are nice to look at. Not as friendly as I was hoping, but they kept the beers coming.

It was sooooo loud you couldnt even hear yourself think. When asked if they could possibly turn down the music, they send over some very rude lady ... assuming management. She totally conducted herself in a very non professional manner. They served our food at different intervals...four people were done eating before the others even got their food. The steak was sooooo tough you could hardly cut it, food was cold when brought out. Sure we couldve said something and possibly it may have gotten fixed but after the rude behavior from management it wouldnt have done any good!!! We will not be going back!!! Since I cant reply to your response Ill edit here....you say you turn up the music on Friday night and that you would fix the problem well you didnt...you was very rude about it and even went and talked to the DJ and the music got louder as if you asked him to turn it up just to be rude!!

This place is an, absolute disaster as an business-restaurant: initiating with the Manager (Josh) his name is, or so I was told. Its Obvious that he is not suited/Quilified for an title of administration. Now, with that said: if Josh is not doing his Job Description accordingly much less is the staff...Layla an Bartender young lady tends to be more focused on her money and on the clients that will litterly blow it away on her, she pulled one on me that I would rather not say-address it here in this review-platform. I need for the owners, I believe they are in Dallas to address this situation asap. That at this rate, eventually you will be going out of business! Once again Adress the Issue. Thanks

As far as food: I had the first thing I try at any bar & grill, the Philly Cheesesteak. Absolutely the best flavor and taste Ive had since I can remember; not to mention the seasoned fries were perfectly made and gone before I realized I had eaten them all! And the service? Far more friendly and attentive than the Twin Peaks & Hooters here have ever tried to be, checking on every customer with a very pleasant tone and attitude... Ivy (the drop-dead gorgeous, Amazonian angel that took care of me and most of the bars drinks with the help of only one other beautiful partner in crime on a Friday night) was absolutely awesome and deserves a big raise and/or the sponsorship of any wealthy investors who decide to stop in for a drink! Two thumbs way way up! Theyll have my business before any of these competitors going forward and thats a fact! Only drawback I experienced was the DJ during the time... Though he played a number of great classics from the club scene that were instant hits among most all the guests in the restaurant, he had no ability to transition between songs and did so in such a predictable way I was literally able to count down from three to predict the next song shift, making the atmosphere of the place have more the feel of an old TV commercial shamelessly advertising a short sample of 15 of the 35 tracks on a Greatest Club Hits CD compilation for the low low price of $15.99, haha. Definitely worth your time and money though, two thumbs way up!!! Parking: Spacious, 100+ spot parking lot with handicap access and plenty of room to park and feel safe about where you left your car.

My boyfriend and I were going to eat a late dinner so I searched google for a late night place that served steak and came up with Bottoms Up Sports Bar & Grill. It was almost 10pm when we got there & we werent greeted by a hostess so we seated ourselves at the table just to the right of the bar. There were only a handful of customers circled around the bar. Eventually we were brought menus and as she set them on the table she told us the only seats available after 10pm are bar seats This information was not to be found on their website nor was it posted anywhere inside the establishment or the menu that I could see. We volunteered to move to the bar but she insisted we keep the table and she would be back directly for our order. Less than a minute later she asked for our drink order. My boyfriend ordered a beer. No big deal. I asked for a Rum Russian. She is a fairly young girl so I wasnt surprised shed never heard of it. So I told her its milk with a shot of rum. A White Russian with Rum instead of Vodka. (btw White Russian is listed in their Cocktail menu on their website). She started rambling in confusion and said she would try to make it if she could find it on their computer. When she came back to inform me that she couldnt make my drink she also told us that the menu was limited after 10pm. I couldnt hear what menu items were available but the Ribeye wasnt on the list so at that point we decided to try another place. Again, no where on their website, in their printed menu or physically posted on their door or in the foyer is the menu cut off time listed. If she had given us this information when she brought menus she would have saved us all a lot of time and trouble. So here is my assessment: 1. The bartender lacked basic communication skills. 2. She is obviously terrified of operating outside the box. She became confused and flustered at the idea of mixing a new drink. It was as though she had a room full of customers relentlessly running her but that wasnt at all the case. There were probably only 5 other people in the whole establishment??? I think Ill try an early lunch sometime. Hopefully it was just an off day.

I dont leave bad reviews very often. And for the most part the experience was ok. Our server was terrible. Autumn I believe her name was. Messed up the very 1st order.. no big deal it happens. Disappears for 10 minutes.. came back and checked on us.. was asked about the shot that was ordered. Leaves and goes to sit down with 2 customers at a table. The hostess.. which did an excellent job.. asks us if we are ok..we told her about the shot.. Autumn walks up annoyed that someone else is helping us. I ask for another drink at that time... walks off no response. She goes to bar... then goes back to the table she was sitting at... she walks by us.. the other person at the table tells her she is horrible as she walks by. No response no look no nothing.... she walks by again. Finally comes back with the 2nd drink and 1st shot. Doesnt say anything. The bartenders looked very busy and friendly... should have sat at the bar. I unstated having a bad day... but this was beyond that. 2nd time I have visited this place... wont be back

Felt like a knock off version of Twin Peaks. When you walk in you feel like you entered a strip club. There s red carpet that leads you to the hostess stand, very club like vibes. Maybe that s what they are going for. I ordered the fried shrimp basket with fries. No complaints there, came out hot and tasted good. The beer I ordered was a draft Dos Equis. It tasted skunky and I could not finish it. I ordered one of their margaritas next. When will restaurants learn not to use mix for margaritas. It was subpar to say the least. Do this - Two parts Tequila, one part triple sec, and one once lime juice per part of Tequila. It s really that easy. That mix tastes cheap, gives heart burn, and just gives your margarita a bad name.

Cannot speak towards the food. But I went on a relatively slow night. Wasnt too many people there just how I like it. Service was very good, and the bartender was very attentive. I only order straight whiskey so I have no idea on how good the mixed drinks are. It is a VERY dim lit bar...maybe due to the lack of people they had the lighting low but it made me a bit uncomfortable. (Safety). Other than that. I dont think they have a jukebox (not on AMI/TOUCHTUNES. so it was quiet and a bit boring. But like I said it was a slow night. All in all, service is good. No extra charges on my card, decent little spot.

10/19/23, the server was great but the whole atmosphere of the place was off as I sat across from the bar. Within 15 minutes of being there, Id say probably 2 drunk people were trying to cause a scene. Not sure what what happening.. also found out that the manager was also there not doin much of anything. I tried to talk to him about my ticket. Im not from this area nor will I come back to bottoms up bar and grill after my experience. All I can say is the manager needs to change how things run.. As I currently work in the restaurant field of business in the DFW area.

You walk in and instantly feels like a club atmosphere with rap playing so loud that you can hear the bass distorting the speakers. There are ladies here dressed sexy for the look, but with horrible attitudes towards service. They just try to be flirtatious for tips. Then the food took well over 45 mins to come out and was cold. I got a buffalo chicken pizza that the crust was still half doughy and the flavor was average at best. There are much better places to go eat in Odessa Texas.

Sat at the bar with 2 bartenders working and about 10 people around the bar. It took 10 minutes before one asked for my drink order though they both had made eye contact several times. The burger was HUGE disappointment way over cooked. I asked for medium and got well done. Menu says it stuffed with cheese but I sure couldnt find it. Fries were the high point they were crisp and well seasoned. I travel to Midland regularly and had hopes this might be a good pub to go to regularly but dont think so now.

The first time going, its seat yourself, but when I arrived, no one was at the front desk, and no sign was posted, so I stood there a good 2 mins looking dumb. $30 for that small plate is foolishness. The pasta itself is $12, add $5, add grilled $5, add sausage $5, I thought I was going to get a BIG bowl they came out with that. Disappointed. Ok, smaller potions, at least have the food be 5 if you are overcharging and under cutting size. Ill try it again, maybe, I think my expectations were too high. I know what not to expect next time.

2 waitresses totally disrespected me for asking and complaining about them not having a menu for their 30 taps... One of them told me i was shouting at her... not the loud music... and that she didnt have to serve me. The other just told her manager that I was told they didnt have a menu... a note to whoever runs this shop... not having a list of your beers is not bright... btw... you dont clean your taps... i had a hoppildillo the manager gave me for the trouble, but it tasted disgusting. The service was good but the food was not. I ordered the cajun pasta and being from South Louisiana I was looking for a taste of home. Sadly the pasta was so full of cayenne pepper that I couldnt eat more than a bite. Please do not serve this as cajun food. It is a total disgrace to our culture.

Not so much as the name would emply in such an oil field driven town. The bar tender was happy to help but took the order of the 3 other guys I came with. Not me, I was in conversation with a patrian of the bar. Had to flag her down to order food. But decent experience other wise.
