Mr Fischer was amazing in helping me get my disability approved. I wouldnt have gotten it approved without him. He and his assistants stayed on top of all my medical records and court papers. He will do everything and then some to help you. Dont argue with ssa , just call Mr Fischer! I cant thank him enough!

I want to start with saying after an unfortunate heart attack and 3 stints later. I found myself unable to do my regular duties at work. I was hopelessly in despair. After a year of trying to get SSDI I watched a Ad for the Fischer Law Firm. I called the firm and after a short review on the phone they called me two days later. The calls from the firm was always professional and polite. Im going to say I was in fear of getting nowhere , because thats my kind of luck. While it took a long time to get and having to get a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge, telephone hearing, it was mostly due to Covid-19 pandemic shutting everything down. I did not have any problems with Mr. Fischer or his staff! Anytime I had questions and called the office I was well treated and got answers! Mr. Fischer represented me well, had all the needed medical information, and won my SSDI case. Im forever grateful and thankful for that. Would highly recommend. Thank you Mr. Fischer!

I had a different lawyer but due to unforeseen circumstances they gave my case to this attorney. With only about a month or two to prepare for my disability case, he was able to get everything he needed and prepped me the day before for my phone hearing. We won my case over the phone and he also got the details taken care of for my decision to be in writing and will go over all the papers I get in the mail once I get them all to tell me what they are all about for my disability. For the short amount of time he had to prepare my case he did a really good job and well worth the pay. He sent for what he needed in term of any documentation he still needed from doctors and made sure all the paperwork was in order. My case was tricky since I m in my 30 s dx with MS and not in advanced stage or progressed in a bad way but cognitively it had started to affect me as well as leg pain and balance when I get tired and/or overheated. Although everyone may have a different experience with people, for me personally I recommend him to represent a disability case. I live in NM even though he s in Texas, but he was professional, efficient, reliable, and all around gave 100% in my case and going above and beyond now. You don t have to like a personality as long as you get results but take into consideration the type of people they have to talk to getting documentation and how hard his job can be many times and even though we pay them, to hear appreciation is of great strength and encouragement to continue doing what they do! I praise Jesus my case was entrusted to him from my former one to give it the attention this lawyer was able to give and made sure we had everything we needed to win my case. I thank you for all the work you put into my case to ensure that the hearing went well and very well prepared for and for your help now when I have questions and for when I get all my disability mail to go through it with me Mr. Fischer! This lawyer was recommended to me by a friend, I dont know if I miss understood her or what, but he is by far, the worst Ive been/ had to deal with. Ive called multiple times and I do mean multiple! No answer. His paralegal/ or him say theyre going to call me (due to covid 19) so we can go over my case and what not. I said okay, we set a date and time. I decided to take the day off from work due to me having a busy job. I didnt want to risk missing the call. Not once did I get a call! This has happened more than 5 times and I dont even know where I stand in my case. They say all this oh we will work hard for you and be with you every step of the way, thats a lie. Dont get me wrong, I understand we are going through a pandemic right now, but come on. When you say youre going to call, call! At least on the 5th time around I would not recommend him to anyone!!

Saw Mr. Fischers law firm on July 19th, they gave me a call on the 26th but I was getting ready to have x-rays done so I called the following Monday and they scheduled me in Tuesday for a 10am telephone appointment. He never called, I called the folllowing Monday and reschedule me for a Wednesday 10am telephone appointment. He never called again. Gave him a week to see if maybe hed call, nope. Called last Monday and was set up for another telephone appointment Tuesday at 9am. He didnt call. I called at lunchtime and said that he can call me at 3 pm because I had errands after lunch. Still didnt call, So I called back at 4pm, said he never called and I dont want him representing me. The intake clerks passed so many messages to him and he failed to call. He called me the following day to apologise. So if you want him to call, tell him you dont want him representing you, other than that he wont follow up. The intake clerks are amazing. Time to move on!

Disability law can be highly technical and procedurally very different than other types of law. The Fiscer law firm took care of the process from beginning to end. It would be easy for a general practitioner to miss subtle points of law that might make or break your disability case. The process was made easy by the firm and I was always in contact with Mr Fiscer. He prepared me for my hearing, arranged for witnesses, and was always absolutely professional and always honest about the details of my case and his opinion ( which I appreciated very much) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FISCER LAW FIRM!
