We went with high expectations but it wasnt good enough the place is nice and the atmosphere too maybe we were unlucky but apparently there was very little staff, the waiter was very attentive but we spent 25 minutes waiting for a drink and about 30 minutes waiting The food that seemed reheated was not at all fresh or with good flavor, perhaps because the place is new, more details need to be refined. Hopefully it improves. I will try to give it a second chance later. I hope my comment is constructive

The food is delicious and the menu is full of new experiences. The cocktails were great. This restaurant is on the more expensive side but i personally believe it was worth it! After all you get what you pay for. Also music was great and definitely our type of vibe. Me and my friends are excited to come back.

someone needs to tell the owners wife what he does on the clock! Makes out with the female owner, the sneak off for hours then return together. Odd. My last comment was deleted. I m an insider and can attest to this! If this comment is deleted I will go to extreme measures because it s sad! To cheat on your wife with your business partner who has the same name as her? SICK

Decided to try it on a whim. Love the atmosphere and the staff at the bar were awesome and knowledgeable. Tried a few cocktails (all beautifully crafted) and had the Sopecitos which were delicious! Music was on point too!

I ordered the Gold jumbo Shrimp. They brought me a Shrimp Coctail. I told them that it wasn t what i ordered. The waitress was like well this is what you get she didn t even care to make it right. My husband had the birria tacos. Seriously 2 tacos for 17 dls? No rice no beans? Who gets full with 2 tacos? And absolutely no filtered water

I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Sitio, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The menu was diverse and thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. I started with the Oysters Oaxaca, which was nothing short of exceptional beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. For the main course, I chose the Sopecitos, a dish that was cooked to perfection with an exquisite balance of textures and tastes. The portion sizes were generous, and every bite was a delight. To top it all off, the dessert Tres Leches Creme Brulee was the perfect ending to an already flawless meal. It was both indulgent and light, a difficult balance to strike, and left us feeling completely satisfied. El Sitio is a gem in Odessa and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Whether youre celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a fantastic meal, this is the place to go. I will definitely be returning soon!

7-24-24, It was our first time going to this place, we got greeted with filthy lyrics coming out of the speakers, it was early, we were the second customers that day, then the music got worst, it got right down nasty, I dont even think it was appropiate for a bar. I was relieved when the reagaton gave way to classic rancheras. I dont know if it was one of the employees playlist or what, but good lord, do not take your children there. Sorry, I forgot what to say about the food!

We came to try this new place and I can honestly say this a major Fail. Food is extreme overpriced considering it may look nice but that doesnt make 2 skinny tacos worth 19 bucks with drinks (whick are OK taste wise) and food our bill came to over 122 dollars. Its not that Im crying over the money but the disproportionate amount of food to price.

First time dining here - there is a full dine in menu and bar area. Really enjoyed the experience will visit again. fresh flavorful menu friendly attentive service fun dynamic atmosphere The menu was extensive including starters, tacos, enchiladas, entrees, and desserts. The chef did an incredible job curating and executing a menu that appeals to a diverse range of tastes. The price range per person falls around $20-$50 depending on how many courses you get and drinks you order. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and asked our preference for seating. Within seconds of being seated our drink order was taken by a server. The pace of service continued throughout the meal. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meals. We saw two murals, one on an external wall and one inside the building that were beautiful and mirrored the aesthetic of the rest of the decor. Upbeat music was played at a volume that energized, but still allowed for conversation. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. This place is great for after work drinks as well as a dinner with your significant other.

Food: The table had the oysters and flautas de pato. The oysters were good, but the taste of the oysters was hidden in the toppings The sauces for the flautas were great. Unfortunately, I still dont care for duck. The sauce improved the meat, though. I had the tacos árabes. I will be eating this again! Service: I didnt catch our servers name but she was great. Attentive, fast, friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable of the menu. Atmosphere: The decor was cool. Very comfortable and felt appropriate to the menu. The bar area was pretty cool, too. Pics, next time

We enjoyed this place. I think they focus more on the bar than the restaurant, but the food was really good. I didnt like how they dint have chips and Hotsause i understand that they are trying to be high-end. Witch is fine. I did see i think it was a steak on the menu that was 160 bucks. Think thats a little ridiculous. But we might go back in not sure though. Pretty good place

We finally decided to try this place. Atmosphere was great although it s a bit loud. The restaurant was not busy but the service was slow. At one point there were 6 wait staff standing at the bar tasting drinks and rubbing on each other. And yet I was waiting on a glass of wine. Once we were finally able to get an appetizer ordered, we decided to finish our drinks and appetizer and close the bill. She never once asked if we wanted an entree. So after 2 beers, a wine and a queso our check was $51. Truly wasnt impressed.

Really wanted to like this kind of place that charges full price for a plate with only 2 tacos because theyre selling asthetic, lol. Had the chayote salad, enchiladas suizas, and empanadas (molletes?) as an app. Only thing worth its price was the app. Chayote salad was gross, soggy with dressing. Enchilada sauce tasted like boiled onion. We need places like this here but cant be paying these prices if you dont absolutely bring it with ALL the menu items. Also, there is a service charge automatically added to your ticket. ( we were only 2 people. No, its not the tax or tip). You want great tacos? El Torito absolutely brings it (homemade tortillas, 5 tacos per order).

This is an honest review of my first experience here. I purposely came at a time when the restaurant would not be busy, around 330pm. First impression, not bad. It does not look that much different from the previous business but that is beside the point. First dish i ordered was their Mexican version of Oysters Rockafeller. They call it Oysters Oaxaca-Feller! Only problem is, they dont use Oaxaca cheese according to their menu! Mezcal chili butter, poblano sauce, PARMESAN and a chorizo crumble.....NO OAXACA CHEESE! At best, I rated this dish at a 5 out of ten because the Poblano sauce overpowered the entire dish and I had no chorizo crumbles! When one thinks of Oysters Rockafeller, one thinks of char grilled oysters with garlic butter, lemon, bread crumbs and a melting cheese but you wont get anythinh close to that here. Second dish was their Ceviche Campechana. This was a fairly good dish. My only complaint is that I would prefer just plain tortilla chips for scooping up the ceviche. Instead you get heavily seasoned tortilla chips which makes the dish a bit saltier than it should have been. I gave up and just finished it with a fork instead. Solid 7 out of 10 here. Lastly, I ordered the Molotes. These were simply just fried corn pastries filled with chorizo and potatoes top with a black bean sauce and a spicy green avocado sauce. The star of this dish, for me, was the filling but it got somewhat lost when eating this dish as a whole. The fried corn masa seemed to overpower the filling at times so I ended up just pulling out the filling and coating it with the green sauce. Not sure why this dish did not meet my expectations but I will return to try it again because this dish showed promise of a true Mexican experience! Again, a 7 out of 10. The atmosphere was better than most places since the music was not so loud that it made me deaf! DMaya or Demaya, not sure how to spell the name, was awesome. She has a great personality and made my time their enjoyable. I will be returning to try some of the meatier dishes before I make a final assessment of this restaurant. So, in the meantime, you should probably go check this place out and judge for yourself.

I came in from Austin for work and enjoyed an incredible dining experience here. Absolutely wonderful! From the atmosphere to the service to the exceptional food, this is an amazing restaurant! I got to meet the owner, Miguel, what an amazing guy. I had the filet and it was probably the best filet I ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. I highly recommend you visit.

Food was very tasty! Menu had a few dishes that were different to the dishes you are used to seeing at the Mexican restaurants around the area of Midland/Odessa. However after the first visit and being very satisfied with the dishes we got, I will be returning to try other food on the menu. - Chicken enmoladas 10/10 - Tacos de Suadero 10/10 - Tacos de Huitlacoche 9/10
