Dont try it, go somewhere else. The food looked good on the Menu but it was disgusting. The Fajitas didnt have any seasoning on them. They tasted like blood still. My wifes plate was no better either, it had no flavor at all. Will not be eating here again. Try another place.

Just a suggestion.... when a customer orders a LARGE chips and queso..... and you give them that queso, maybe try giving them a bigger bag of chips to go with it instead of a small a** handfull of chips..... chips are gone, still left with the whole thing of large queso... Guess they expect us to drink the rest? Cannot say how many times I have ordered from this place and this has happend. Even when I specify I would like a large order of chips to go with my large queso. LARGE DOES NOT MEAN HANDFUL GUYS. Fix the issue.... would like chips, and queso. Not a sniff of chips with a queso drink. They are chips. I know inflation is bad but skimping on chips guys? FFC.

Met with a client over lunch at Hacienda Vieja. Food was good, as was service. I would recommend Hacienda Vieja for a lunch meeting. Parking: Large parking lot. Plenty of room, even if you are pulling a trailer.

The fish tasted that it was fried in old oil, and it seemed so disorganized with their staff they seemed fake friendly after we brought it to the attention we seemed to be rushed out by the waitress, I will not be returning or recommending this place anytime soon the prices seemed to change from the menu online to when we got to the restaurant the only good thing to do their is drink thats the only thing I liked thats the only thing I would recommend but management really need to start managing better their were to many sitting down as tables needed to be cleaned and the cook was out flirting with the girls and everyone looked lost

I want to start off with the server was very kind and helpful. Outside of that we had a terrible experience. First we found a piece of plastic in one of our plates (burrito). The server got us a new plate. Then we found a bug cocoon in our salsa. The manager at first did not want to come talk to us. She (manager) sent the waiter back to tell us it was an oregano seed. Down below im attaching pictures and video of the cocoon in the salsa , the reference picture online, and what she claimed it was. She was very rude and kept insisting she opened it up and found a seed. Aka the insect that was inside. She refused to say she saw the resemblance in the pictures we were showing her and she wasn t going to argue about it. We were all so disgusted we couldn t eat. She agreed to take everything we didn t eat off the check. The check came and everything was still on it. She didn t want to take what we agreed on out. The waiter was kind enough to remove everything that we agreed on. There was an extra waitress that came with and was silently giggling next to our table while the manager argued over the seed . She said the health department was there in the morning and didn t find anything wrong. Over all felt the situation was handled unprofessionally and the health department should take another look around.

A friend and I ordered lunch. She had a bowl of menudo with bread. She stated the menudo had an off taste to it. And she never got the bread to go with the menudo. She didn t eat the menudo. She just ordered a salad which was soggy. I ordered the Enchiladas Rancheros. The enchiladas were very soggy and the rice and beans were ok. The salad that came with it was soggy and the sour cream that was on the salad came with the salad was watery. The guacamole was old and discolored. The service was horrible. The waiter could have cared less about taking care of us. And to be honest there was only 4 tables that he was responsible for. This was our first and last time visiting this establishment.

3rd time here. My girl loves the food, Food is ok for me, after the chips and gauc stop my forehead from sweating . Probably would love it too, if the food wasnt so SPICY HOT. Tried 3 different things, all 3 visits. Service is great, drinks are great, and the mariachi do their thing.

ALERT! If possible I would give it a ZERO! This just happened over the weekend, my husband had the ceviche from La Hacienda Vieja located in Odessa and it had a bitter taste to it. Turns out it was bad already, my husband hat to visit the ER due to food poisoning. Mind you this is not the first case, PLEASE BECAREFUL!

Well let me start with the drinks. They were great. The waiters cool.. but the salsa needed some flavor. I got the squid and the mussels. I seen something yellowish in one squid. And my sister got the shrimp and mussels. The shrimp black, slimy, falling apart and a little bitter. All of them. Found out its spoiled! And her 1yr old son eats everything but he didnt even eat it. Crazy. Yaaaaaa not for meee!!

I was very disappointed in this place, I ordered a steak that was supposedly 12 oz and what they brought me didnt even weigh half that in addition to being poorly cooked. Cold food . I only had a better time because of the waitress who treated us very well. Otherwise I wouldnt recommend it.

Great place to eat and have a little lunch out and away. Furniture is cute and cultural. Music and atmosphere is refreshing. Friendly staff. Were able to accommodate my preferences. Tad bit expensive but good place to keep on your luncheon visits list. I do not recommend the Shrimp Fajitas, but that s about it! Portion size is quite adequate.

Had the fish tacos, no flavor, so I had to take lemon from my water and 2 others to try and add flavor because the waiter wouldnt return to check on us. When we finally got our waiters attention for refills as were were finishing up, he acted as though we were bothering him and was quite unfriendly. They had moved us from one table to another because a larger party had arrived and they wanted our table to put with the others. They returned with free queso for our trouble, which we were actually charged for, and the table they moved us to was dirty and sticky. They had also charged us for a side of cheese that should have been cheese on the beans, but the beans had no cheese. Didnt see this on the ticket until we left because we didnt get it until we went to the front to pay out. By then, my husband was frustrated and ready to leave, so he didnt bother looking at the receipt. Our food took nearly an hour to come out. Last time we ate there, I had the plate with a piece of meat and charro beans, but my steak had refried beans smeared on the bottom as though they had taken it off another plate. I dont think we will be returning.
