Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in to get food that we had call ahead and ordered. When handed my plates they were not placed in the bag right and one plate flipped I asked if they could please re plate it. Just put things back in their place maybe put more cheese on the enchiladas and maybe put different rice and beans. THEY REFUSED. Told me I would have to pay for a whole new plate when I didnt want anything remade just wanted them to fix the plate. Ridiculous, won t be back.

My husband and I have never been here, we where on our way home and decided to grab a bite to eat. Well when you first walk In they didnt say anything to us(no welcome, or can i help you) and there were three women behind the counter. First strike Then we looked for the menu saw it on the wall, I ordered beef fajitas and my husband ordered Chili Verda plate. By looking at the pictures I posted we didnt get we ordered and it wasnt hot. There were only two tables, ours and one other. That is second strike. I believe in good food and service and we didnt receive it at all. I would NOT recommend this place!!

So the food is always good, thats never been an issue here. What I do have an issue with is the fact that they dont give out salsa for all your burritos anymore if the burrito or dish comes with any kind of pepper in it already. The salsa is one of the best things about going there and for them to want to charge .75 cents for some is ridiculous. Thats why I only gave them 3 stars. Maybe if enough customers say something they will change their policy on this because it only recently started. Updated on 6/14/24. So now the small half filled container of salsa is .85 cents each. Again its not about the money, but the fact that a Mexican restaurant doesnt supply salsa for its burritos. And when you ask the lady at the window that pretends to be the owner about it, she gets pissy.

I have been frequenting Fajitas And More for many years. I get breakfast about twice a week on average. I will not be a customer any longer. The price for a Deluxe Breakfast plate and a small apple juice increased literally overnight by $5.00. I realize that food prices have gone up but thats a ridiculous increase. Something to consider in what this will cost your business: I spending $15.00 twice a week. Thats $172.00 per month and $2064.00 per year. Due to your exorbitant price increase you now, by losing me as a customer, lose $2064.00. Now, I am just one customer among many. But thats a pretty big chunk of change you are losing. I also always recommended Fajitas And More to others, now I will have to recommend them to go elsewhere. Might want to consider not destroying your customer base by overcharging people. Sincerly, a former customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would ,hands down the WORST FOOD I ever took a bite of , I was in town to fix a buddies truck and thought Id try this mom and pop place to end up getting the most horrible blan tasting food with week old beans and rice , if the food were free I still would NOT eat it , if you offered me money I still would NOT eat here , this place needs to close down and whoever is in the kitchen needs to rethink thier career because you have no buisness making/cooking food

Food was ok, service sucks, lady in the front is rude unless she knows you. A smile would go a long way. If your burrito has jalapeño or some sort of spice they will not give you salsa. You will have to buy it for .75 cents plus tax extra. For the portion of salsa it is not worth it. Just go down the street to Saucedos. If they didn t nickel and dime you for everything it would be nice, also if they wouldn t mad dog you when ordering is very much appreciated. Paid $40 for 7 burritos

Food is good but the service is awful. There is a short lady that works the front and she s so rude and they want to charge 7 dollars for a side of rice. Bad customer service!!!! Salsa cups are not even full and they want to charge 50 cents for extra. Today I got old rice and it tasted bad. They lost my business as of today with the rude lady at the front and it took them minutes to help me because they were arguing with each other and once I asked for help she was very rude. the place didnt look very welcoming to begin with. upon entrance I noticed a lack of menu display via signage or handheld tangible menus, I asked the lady who came to take my order (she had an attitude) if they had quesadillas she informed yes, only chicken beef and cheese. Not a problem for me as I love both fajita beef and chicken, I ordered the beef quesadilla. I had to wait about 15-20 min for my quesadilla and mind you the restaurant was empty and the steak was already cooked( the pieces on my quesadilla were extremely dry and overcooked.). upon getting my plate, which they forgot the drink I paid 32 oz limonada that I purchased, i open my quesadilla to see 2 large strips of meat across my quesadilla that were recognizably old and overcooked. upon asking for a refund they asked me why and I informed them that the plate was not appealing and I had never in my life saw a quesadilla prepared that way. Customers looked and agreed that the plate in hand was very questionable and poorly prepared. the worker informed me that she could not give me a refund today since I paid card and their bank had to do yada yada. I explained to her that I wasnt going to just leave with their promise to refund the money at the end of the day when their system was closed out. I started recording and asked for the manager, when the manager came out she looked at my plate, looked at me and said well its 3 pieces of meat on there not 2, I told her I didnt care at this point I just wanted a refund. after pulling teeth and advising them that not only am I recording but their other customers are seeing how they treat me. finally they were able to give me a cash refund and a notice to never come back and patronize their establishment again. I have pictures and video and will be moving forward with talking to someone higher up about the event that took place. would not recommend especially to black customers, and people who know authentic and good Mexican food.

I used to enjoy this place until they started to nickel and dime you for everything. The quality has gone down as well. I ordered a burrito with bacon/egg and I got a burrito with sausage mixed with old egg. I was charged for extra cheese and my burrito had none but I did find a piece of lettuce. The drive through line is always a long wait. Also they told me they don t use RO water so there s that.

Always a good meal. I ve never dined in nor tried their plates to-go, but their burritos have been my choice. First off, hands down some of the best flour tortillas in Odessa.
