Both of the managers named Josh and specialist Lee were absolute warriors. These guys stayed late to resolve my issue and not once did they give up or throw in the towel because of a road block. And there were a ton of road blocks. The issue was with tmobile and number porting. But these guys knocked it out of the park. True dedication. Excellent customer service. This is exactly how it should be. Do not get confused with another verizon store further up in the same shopping center which is just an authorized retailer.

I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store, all thanks to Jordan Morris, my sales rep. He went above and beyond to ensure that my moms birthday present was truly unforgettable. Not only did I receive a discount for porting in a number and taking advantage of in-store purchases, but I also ended up saving money on my overall bill with additional credits for adding multiple lines of service. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service provided by Jordan and his peers. They not only set up every device flawlessly but also transferred all the content seamlessly. They were able to answer the questions we had. It didnt feel transactional; it felt like gaining a new friend while saving money. If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend visiting this Verizon store. Being a corporate location, Jordan has the advantage of utilizing internal contacts to resolve any issues you may encounter. Moreover, his expertise in customizing plans that suit you and your family is truly commendable. When you visit, be sure to ask for Jordan Morris. Trust me, he is the best!

Came in to trade-in two phones after using an upgrade promotion. Asked for a paper receipt because email confirmation of trade-in did not come through. Waited 50 minutes to be told that they cannot produce a receipt that outlined the completion of the entire order. Customer service here is abysmal. Complete disregard for peoples time coupled with poor communication. Would leave 0 stars if it were possible.

I went into Verizon to purchase a new iPhone. I had the xs max and wanted to purchase the phone 14 max pro. I was helped by an associate and was asked the basic questions. What color would you like, what GB, etc. He said you want to do monthly payments right. I said no I want to purchase it in full. (Which I have done before with Verizon) I ve been with Verizon for YEARS. I let him know I just want to buy the phone and have y all help me move everything over. He said okay! Let me go check in the back if we have that color. When he returned he said they did not have my color in stock (that s ok) and that his manager told him they would not sell me the phone because i wanted to pay for it in full and it brought no benefit to the store because I wasn t doing an installation plan or monthly payments. It would basically be like giving a phone away. No that s is inaccurate because I would still be paying for the phone. No one was asking for a free phone . They directed me to go to their sister store up the road and see if they would let me purchase it in full or go to apple. I left to apple and they said Verizon should have not told me that and that it was wrong and I completely agree. Just saying I will not be returning to this store. I m really rating this one star but no one ever believes one star reviews.

If you want to save yourself some time (5 trips in 2 weeks), money (gas), and frustration...ask for JOSH the minute you walk in the front door. He was not only professional and courteous, his Customer Service skills are exceptional. He worked on my phone until all issues were resolved. And to top it off, he then showed me some cool features to use to make my life easier. Verizon, take note! JOSH, kudos to you, and you made this old lady actually very happy using her cellphone. It wont be going in the trash now.

The manager was absolutely ZERO help. He said that a screen protector may be the reason my calls get muted and sent me to a store of a brand he HOPED was right. He could have told the truth and said he didnt know what to do and call around. But he made up a (terrible) lie and sent me elsewhere. Trash.

This is the Verizon store next to Mod Pizza not to be confused with the Verizon store in the same shopping Center. This is the one to go to! Everyone is amazingly helpful, you never have to wait and whoever helps you can solve your problem. Today Ashley helped me and my problem was very unusual. Three cheers for this Verizon store!

This store was seriously SO HELPFUL! Francisco helped us out originally and was so knowledgeable. He made sure all our questions were answered and he was so personable! We had an issue, but we went back in and the Manager Will stepped in to help and was so great to work with. He was up front and communicative as well as helpful in resolving the problem. Once it was time to cancel our order and resend it, Delonta was great. On the phone with support getting it canceled quickly and helped get me squared away with a new phone. I m sure everyone that works here is great, but these are the individuals I worked with and they were fantastic!

Getting a new phone should be an exciting experience that you look forward to. I DREAD going to the verizon store so much that I purposely wear my phones out beyond reasonable functionality just to avoid this place a little while longer. Today I couldnt put off the trip any longer. The people that work at the Verizon store are the best and worst thing about it. Theyre so nice but usually lacking in basic job competency. This means the service takes way more time than it should, and they make serious mistakes from failure to be proactive. Heres a list of what went wrong today. 1) Not told about the upgrade fee until the transaction is ready to be finalized. 2) Not told until payment is being submitted that the upgrade fee is cut in half if using the online store. 3) Continually cramming the Verizon store app and website down my throat after it was painfully obvious neither of them was working. 4) failure to explain that you would need to buy your own, separate piece of equipment to charge an i-phone. Today was on track to be the most effortless new phone experience Ive had. They got in their own way because of their insistence on using the online store and the whole ordeal went well past an hour longer than it should have. That, on top of the lack of proactive service, only reinforced the idea that I have more to look forward to going to the doctor or dentist than to the Verizon store.
