Im giving 3 stars,as I usually love Arbys and never have many issues, but today I ordered 6 beef n cheddars (probably my fault for not checking before leaving but Ive never had to) I got home which is a 20 minute drive, and found I had 6 plan roast beef sandwiches, no sauce no cheddar, after waiting for a while. A little disappointed

I went through the drive thru and this place wasnt busy at all and they still take forever to give you your meal. On top of that to have taken so long I would expect fresh fries with my chicken bacon ranch fries but they were anything but fresh. They were stale and cold! I liked the roast beef sandwich but Im a fry guy and love me some good french fries. This was a total disappointment. If you want good fries with some descent service I would recommend going to Texas Burger.

Went here for lunch with the two older kids ordered a chicken wrap meal , chicken sandwich meal and. Jalepno poppers n three dr peppers. I get down the road bc we was heading out of town we start to open bag. Chicken sandwich was way over cooked. Lettuce was bad. Fry s was over cooked , chicken wrap tortia was hard lettuce again spoiled fry s overcooked , jalapeños was ok. All dr peppers didn t have no flavor at all ! The lady who rang us up was rude as hell not a hello or anything just a plain rude azz person basically threw the food at us and drinks. I called to report the food. And they said manager was not availble and they would not help us. Please be careful. With the food. Being spoiled I have ate here before and no issues but will not going back

When we first walked into the restaurant, it had a funny smell to it. It wasnt a clean smell. We waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone came from the back. At that, as soon as the one who preps the food said ah man.. as if we were an inconvenience to be there. We immediately walked out simply because of the attitude we were given without even placing an order. Bad attitude = bad service.

Hot and delicious. A bit more mileage to reach from my usual haunts, but as awesome food as I enjoyed 4 decades ago. Drive thru wait times appear to be improving, although more stopwatch timing with more visits are needed to build up a more scientifically accurate picture. They do appear to have made significant inroads against the industry wide staffing shortages, ingredient price inflation, and supply chain issues, as everything I have ordered was available on those particular days They appear to have responded well to uncontrollable external factors. If they ever ran out of key ingredients it never happened on the days I stopped by. So this had become a default place when doing errands and going southbound on Grant near lunchtime. Parking: Plenty of parking. Access is tricky due to ultra high density traffic and proximity to major intersection of 42nd and Grant / Andrews Highway. If you overshoot it is a long drive back around making all right turns to try again after a missed approach. From eastbound 42nd is actually easiest and safest approach path as you can hug the right lane following a right turn. Southbound on Grant, you have to be adjacent to the right turn only lane which peels away competitors for the right lane as you cross 42nd. If you are northbound, safe entry via left turn is not for the faint of heart. Safer route - use protected left at 38th street traffic light, turn right instead of enetering apartment complex, and go north up the alley to the west of Wendys, and enter southwest corner of Arbys lot via the dirt road, then make a u turn in the lot to get on the drive-thru or find a parking spot. Next option if northbound is take protected left at 31st street next to Autozone. This is a solid 0.62 mile south of Arbys! It is Then take 31st west to Golder. North on Golder to 42nd. East on 42nd to Andrews hwy. Right turn onto southbound Andrews hwy and stay in right lane to turn into Arbys lot. Thus is an extra 1.2 miles of driving but far easier than a left turn from Andrews hwy northbound crossing southbound lanes. ----- If westbound on 42nd, take the rightmost left turn lane at the light into southbound Grant, and swing wide to end up in the right-most southbound lane. Otherwise drivers will not let you over before you overshoot the parking lot.

I asked for Vivians supervisor so I could do this privately; however, she refused so Ill try to get a response from here. I ordered a French dip to go and asked that the au juice be left dry. The woman that waited on me told me that there would be no problem. I have done this many times for many years. When I picked up my order, I asked if the cup was dry and she said yes. Their dining room is not open yet. The great thing is their drive through is wide enough that you can have your trailer hooked up and still place your order with no problem and their roast beef sandwiches are the best. Very rude employee at drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and ordered the Chicken Diablo sandwich, just the sandwich. The reply was $6.36 for the sandwich. I replied thanks, then waited in line as there were multiple vehicles ahead. When I finally pulled up to the window the pay, I was greeted with a stern Yes? What do you want? I responded my chicken sandwich . Vivian, according to name on receipt, said I didn t place your order yet. Not sure what she is doing, but I paid and waited for it. While I was waiting, another vehicle pulled behind me. Next thing I know is Vivian hitting my car with her hand yelling at me to move. I told her to not touch my vehicle and I m waiting for the order you failed to place. If I wasn t in a hurry to pick up my son, I would ve gone inside and spoken to a manager. I don t go around punching Arbys property, so I d appreciate it if your employees, Vivian, would keep her hands off my property. I have never encountered such a spectacle at a fast food restaurant. We walked in moments after an employee quit. The rest of the staff handled it well and took care of us as well as other customers in the diner. They even made time to apologize for the wait as they couldnt ring us up right away due to the employee that quit was still logged in to the register.
