As we said last time, she has continued to be without reproach. She has always been friendly, and constantly eager to provide the care necessary for my wife s care. I have read some of the other comments that some has submitted, and can honestly say that never have I, or my wife, been subjected to such nonsense. She has always done her job in a professional manner.

Didnt have a chance to come to this office. Due to the fact that they put me on, hold for 17 minutes and even at that, I have to hang out because no one would answer it just went straight to the voice message. I guess that they have set up through this system. Absolutely ridiculous, this was at 12 oclock. No matter what theres always an answering service and this is pathetic unprofessional!

She is very rude. She walked in with zero professionalism. Spoke to me in a condescending matter, ignored my questions and my personal health concerns and refused to order tests. These doctors walk in every day and see patients, what they don t realize is that some patients never step foot in clinics due to the disregards doctors have towards patients. I will not be in a room with a doctor who does not experience the pain I experience everyday. Who does not wake up in the pain I do every morning. Who tells me my concerns are not valid enough to warrant testing. And for a doctor to tell me we cannot test otherwise it would be thousand dollars per her words, doctors cannot legally refuse medical treatment based on monetary situations. If treatment was refused on that basis, people would die every day in the emergency room. People would never find out the root of their medical issues. In essence, this is the medical field. Where we search and research, test, and determine the -why- behind our symptoms. If she is not willing to find the cause of the symptoms of the patients she sees every day. Why do you wake up every day and put on a white coat, walk into work and call yourself a doctor? She should absolutely not be practicing, zero etiquette - not even as a doctor, but as a human being. She has absolutely no business practicing as a doctor if that is how she views patients. Go elsewhere where your patient rights will be respected. Looks like nowadays, some people who have no business being in a medical field are doctors . She needs to review an ethics and patient care course. Good luck if you visit with her. There s better doctors in the area who will listen when you voice concerns.

Just switched doctors so cant speak long term, but Dr. Andrade is different as she takes the time to really listen and communicate with you. We are in the getting to know you phase but she comes across as very knowledgeable in geriatrics.
