Staff is great and Chris other lawyer is ok. But this message is directly for ANTHONY ROBLES. As a father wanting my kids I fell for this dudes fake act. At first before he got PAID IN FULL seemed like a dawg ready to attack. In the end this guy was friends with the opposing counsel and allowed that guy to cancel and get extension at least 5 TIMES or bring up evidence the DAY OF COURT. I asked for one extension due to personal reasons on 3 DAY court notice not a week not a month but a 3 day notice and he would not even attempt to get it and it turned out to be the most DETRIMENTAL part of my case. But yet he gave Gavin extension after extension. I fired this guy after I lost 50/50 and was in hole and hired the JIMMENEZ LAW FIRM. JOSH FLOYD is the dawg you want. He saw all the mistakes this lawyer made. In the end I spent 13,000 just to lose and go hire another law firm. Needless to say you can find better representation that isn t friends with the opposing counsel and is actually out to get what s best for you since you give them YOUR hard earned money. Better options than this.

Warning, do not hire this law firm! I regret recommending Mr. Robles law firm to my friend. I watched his commercials and believed he would fight for my friend s parental rights. Instead, he took his $10,000 and did very little. First, my friend was not able to meet with Robles because he doesn t ever seem to be available and after many phone calls, several trips to his office, run arounds and excuses, one of the lawyers finally met with him. Useless as he was, the day before my friend s court date, the lawyer told him he could not represent him because of a conflict of interest. If they would have done their due diligence, they would have known that his ex wife had already been a client of theirs. They found this out because her lawyer contacted them. Worthless! I wish I had read the reviews first because this seems to be a common practice of theirs. They take peoples money and do not provide a good service in a timely manner. Needless to say they are not returning any of my friend s $10,000. He will be reporting them to the bar association through a grievance process. Everyone needs to file a grievance if they feel like they were wronged by this law firm!!!! Maybe they will do the job they are paid to do instead of doing people wrong!

I have waited for almost 8 months for this law team to file my divorce decree. My calls and messages are being ignored. It took 9 moths for him to even begin my case and now almost 2 years have gone by. The law team does not stand by ther word and has false advertising. As if the abandonment of my ex wife since the judge ended my final case in October and the abduction of my child out of the country, isnt bad enough. This law team has been empty promises. I take it its because I am white. Hard to believe that thats my only conclusion being I know multiple Hispanic friends been divorce within 3 to 6 months all during my 2 year ordeal with this law team. $12000 and nothing to show for it only broke my back and wasted 2 more years of my life. This law team has done nothing for me or my children in this dark time.

I will highly recommend Anthony to anyone going through a custody or divorce battle. There was a time after hours I needed immediate assistance and Anthony reached out to me within minutes of leaving a voicemail. All questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. The staff is friendly and welcoming and not for one second did I feel like a number and more as a family or friend. I got the results I was wanting and couldn t have done it without Anthony and his staff. 10/10

Do not use this law firm! They are quick to take your money! They NEVER call you to update you on your case. When you call they tell you, I ll leave a message for them to call you back! Well, been waiting for a month for a return call! Then you call back. And then they tell you the same thing! So I told the receptionist. Wait, let me guess! You re gonna leave a message and make it urgent for them to call you back! And till this day still waiting on a return phone call! But so quick to take your money!!! Horrible service!!!!!

Robles firm, has suppose of been working on my daughters birth papers for over 6 months. Every time my daughter calls to speak to her rep. Shes either on the phone or out of office. They say she will call my daughter and never do. Robles firm was very quick to take our money, but very very slow to do their job. I would not recommend this FIRM. MR. ROBLES, my daughter is Monica Solis Banks. We would luv to here from you. You have our numbers.

After having all my rights taken away as father for no reason Anthony helped me get custody of my son in the matter of a few months. I would recommend this firm to anyone that lives in West Texas. From the receptionist, to the legal aides to Anthony himself everyone was great to work with. Life changing experience!

Anthony helped me and my family with a case that lasted about 5-6 years. The longevity of the case wasn t his fault. He stood by my side always and did everything he could for me. He gained my respect and I did his when he always cheered me on as I kept overcoming different obstacles in my life. And even though at the end it wasn t him who was standing next to me when I finally closed my case I still want to give him the credit and acknowledgement he deserves. He is a great friend now and I would recommend him to anyone that asks me. I want to thank him and his staff for being a great team!

They re great at the beginning, but goes downhill after you hand over your money. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS I hired this law firm in 2021 and just now recently got my case closed. Although I am thank I got what I needed, I had to complain almost every step of the way! I am a very patient and understanding person, but I spent my entire savings to hire this firm, and wouldn t get any sort of communication, it was almost like we had been forgotten! When the father of my child was going to be served, they had someone trying to serve my child at my home!!! (they have the same first name). I was supposed to be refunded for that but I don t think they did since my payout was close to nothing! I was told before my case was closed that they were going to be getting a court order that was issued outside of the state transferred to Texas, and to basically wait for it, which is fine. I called to ask if this was done, and they have the AUDACITY to say they are going to bill me for anymore questions, after I handed them over my $10K?!!!!! I work hard for my money to just be handing it out like that. They don t care, they just care about your coins. Adding in that Matthew was very helpful with my son when we had the hearing. He told me that the hearing would be on zoom, and was told that wasn t the case anymore last minute. When I told him I didn t have a sitter he brought a paralegal to have him sit with my son special needs. Adding another star for that

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM .. I used him and he took my money never once went to court I was pretty much screwed in my divorce. Now I need him to help me Enforce and help me with visitation rights and his staff told me he dose not do that in my county, for me to hire another attorney. Yet he did my divorce in same county, makes no sense .. yeah his commercials are full of false advertisement ..

Do not and I repeat do not hire them. They will beat around the bush till your cases resolves by itself. Then only refund you a portion of your money back because he has to charge for not doing absolutely nothing. This was the second time he did this. First time because covid hit and now because my case got lost and they dont know why.

Don t go to this place they are horrible they told my wife to go pick up something they had for her and end up locking the door.she then called and speak to the lady in the front and she told her to wait that they was gonna open the door and never did!! So my pregnant wife stayed standing out there in the cold and these people just didn t care!!

Great in the beginning but once I paid the service went down hill from there. We filed for an amicable divorce December of 2020. Courts were backed up so understandably we had to wait until may of 2021 to see the judge. I was told they would file the final paperwork and the divorce was done. Between may 2021 and December 2021 I called three times and emailed countless times to ask about the final paperwork and was reassured the courts were backed up and it has been filled waiting on a judges signature. In January 2022 I finally was able to speak with someone that actually looked into the case and the paperwork was never filed and filed it for us. SHE was responsive and very apologetic of the whole situation and explained they could not keep staff, she was also new and was going to do everything in her power to get it done. One year after seeing the judge, in June 2022 my divorce was final. I am greatful to have finally spoke to someone in their office that actually listened to me!

Let me start by saying the lady in the front is absolutely the sweetest kindest person I have ever met! Everyone should have a person this helpful and I am giving 3 start for no other reason than her. As for the attorney we paid the $350.00 consult fee to speak with and hire Robles we had our consultation with Robles but then our case kick down to subpar attorney. instead we got an attorney that did know what other side had filed and caught us off guard. We hired Anthony not this guy who does not act like an attorney at all I think his last name or maybe his first name is Chris. If you hire them make sure it is understood that you want ROBLES representation not whatever 3rd rate attorney is working for him. As for the attorney he Wants to charge a large amount to speak with a paralegal lol. My son hired him last minute. He can t get a hold of him when the mom has a court order to pick up child. He told us we did not have to give the child up after hearing the day before and now will not answer the calls. This baby is in danger and they still showed no urgency in trying to get things filed and back in courthouse Come to find out did not file the motions for temp custody which was entirely the point. nothing. Pick anyone but him. If Robles is not going to be your attorney If we could get the only money we had back we sure would. Fire this Chris person. We thought we hired Robles

Anthony and his team did a great job handling my case. They took time to gather all of the pertinent information about the case and what you want to accomplish. He was good about determining the possible outcomes of the case and setting realistic expectations moving forward. Him and his team set appointments with you throughout the case to review the details and prep you for the hearings which keep you informed and assured that he is working towards your end goal. Anthonys performance in the courtroom was exceptional and the end result of my case was exactly what he said it was going to be with an unexpected cherry on top. Anthony fully executed his fiduciary duties and would 10/10 use him again and recommend him to anybody needing a family law attorney.

These guys did nothing to help me in any way possible! I did all the work for them and they very rarely committed any time to my case. I couldn t get ahold of an attorney if my life was on the line and they would allow the receptionist for return phone calls stating she can t give legal advice!!!! They did more for my wife than they ever did for me! I payed them to help her get everything she asked for in the divorce. Video proof of child abuse video proof of harassment and proof of lying under oath proof of faulse police reports proof of adultury and so forth and they didn t help me any way shape or form!!!!!!! Hired this firm for a simple adult adoption. Paid in full late December 2021. Was assured our case would be resolved by end of February 2022 at the latest. The only updates we get is offices closed for holidays, training purposes but messages are checked thru the client portal. IF THEY ARE CHECKED.. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. Dont waste your time.Go elsewhere. Our 5000 could have been put to better use

Don t make my mistake, LISTEN to the reviews. I didn t, I still went ahead sat with them, signed and paid a huge deposit (after witnessing another client leaving angry, because he wanted his deposit back, apparently they did nothing for him either). 2 months later they wanted their next payment, yet no paperwork was ever filed, my ex was never served, supposedly the judge was behind so she couldn t get to my paperwork. I bugged them, I called, texted, emailed, they slowed down on responding to me. The minute I let them go, the following DAYS I had the withdrawal paper SIGNED by the judge. They act like they care, they act like they understand, all they did was take money. Of course, no refund. Then, their onto the next victim and you ll be left to gather up all you can to pay the next attorney, or not.

I was very excited to refer him to someone close to me based on others experience with him. His team tells you everything you want to hear and even works with you when you don t have enough to put down. I completely regret referring my loved one to hire him. I went to all the meetings and felt very confident. But then Robles staff changed and then he moved offices. We felt like we were being ignored. We had a hearing and a zoom meeting was set up before hand. We waited and waited and no meeting was even done. Then the hearing was canceled. It was almost 4 months since we heard from anyone from Robles team and another hearing was made. Going into the hearing, my loved one and I were completely confused on what was going on. There was no communication. They even told us the number to the zoom meeting 30 min before hand. We thought we were going to the office. Then also to our surprise Robles had someone else representing us named Chris. We had no idea about anything. So we didn t agree to a the hearing and then the next day Robles dropped us . To my knowledge everything was miscommunication on there part. We were devastated and didn t know what to do. They even told us they would reimburse us anything leftover stage one but then later changed what they said and kept it. We over paid him in my opinion and we were left in the gutter by them. Look I know how everyone speaks highly of this law firm but they don t see us as people and they only cover up for themselves. We were in need and they welcomed us just to take from us and not even help us out like they said. I really liked Robles himself but his staff was not professional. I think they are getting to much clientele to handle.

Hands down in a league all his own. From Day 1 I could tell that Anthony looked at everything differently than everyone else. What others saw as obstacles, Anthony saw as opportunities. Where others said that I had an uphill battle, with Anthony it seemed all down hill. The staff is very attentive as well and put a premium on professionalism. I never felt that my case was just another number...and that was just the pre-work. In court he cranks it up a notch and is on another level. Some John Grisham stuff right here. His control of the courtroom is simply masterful. I would HATE to go AGAINST him. At one of the most difficult times in my life Anthony made it seem easy. You cannot go wrong with Anthony Robles...worth every penny and then some.

Son went there thinking lawyer was a good one come to see lawyer looking overwhelmed was with attitude after making him wait 2 hours after driving and hour just to see him and didn t get out til after closing time!! charges waaay too much. $2500 just to lower child support after being laid off. if I am only get child support down $400, might as well go with some cheaper. October 18, 2017 This was over a year ago and just now seeing reviews? Your lack of attention was another reason I went somewhere else. You flat out told me that I would still have to pay around $1000 a month even though I made $400 a month at a part time job. I found a good lawyer that knows the law. He charged me $1500 which I paid cash. Furthermore I had that money in hand when I met you. I had my child support lowered from $1400 to $325. Now you tell me where you think you were right on my $100 consultation with you? I paid $100 too much for that so called consultation. People look somewhere else.

Terrible terrible terrible...after about 8 months or so of going back and forth in court....a couple times the opposing attorney and client didnt show and some how still we didnt get a break. Had to pay back 6 months of child support that we had already paid and still have proof. Was told that there was nothing we could do about it. DONT EVER hire this guy if youre a father fighting to get your kiddo from a bad home environment and somehow they keep winning......EVER
