I highly highly highly recommend!!! He helped my husband with some Felony charges he got one of the charges dismissed and got him probation for the other 2 he fought so hard for my husband and definitely got him the best outcome !!! definitely would recommend him to anyone !!! Also his wife is super sweet and definitely makes you feel welcomed anytime you show up to his office . He answered all Your questions cares about how you feel.And if he ever doesnt answer his phone call he gives you a call right back or within that day !! My husband and I are very satisfied costumers!!!

My brother was charged with dwi sitting on his tail gate in a Walmart parking lot. This clown begged him to plead guilty. We fired him, after we paid him $5000, hired another lawyer and charges were dropped. DO NOT hire this guy. You might as well give your money to the prosecutor.

We hired him, my wife needs him, so far she loves him. He did spend a lot of time on the consultation with her, seems to know his stuff, shows compassion. I feel hes very good. Well see how case ends up.

I paid him. It took 2 years for him to get the evidence that I went over and I decided to go to trial. The offer that I got from the D.A. was 9 years felony probation, for not committing a crime. He stepped down as my lawyer as I did not have the money to pay for a trial. He then became my court appointed lawyer. We went to court and the case was dropped due to lack of evidence. I think he would have done a good job if he was not so overwhelmed with cases.

Mr Fletcher literally saved my two daughters and I from homelessness. He was able to convince the judge to allow me to get an out of state transfer from Texas to California where I can get help from my family to get back on my feet. I was charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and my probation officer and judge initially did not allow the transfer. Mr Fletcher was able to get it done. And to top things off Mr fletcher and LeAnn have been so kind to my daughters, they gave my kids Christmas presents In our time of need. Thank you again Mr fletcher and LeAnn from the bottom of my heart!

Mr. Fletcher treated me with respect and was always available when I needed him. If he was tied up in court house he would make it a point to get back with you and kept his word. He gave fair rates and expectations. I would highly recommend his services if you want a fair outcome. I was extremely satisfied and my life was put back to normal. His team is family run and he treats you as family. Don is A number 1 in my book.

I called Mr. Fletcher about a consultation and some information regarding a criminal traffic violation unfortunately due to it being in the Houston area I did not use his services. He did offer a lot of helpful information and was extremely helpful and nice.

This is by far the best place to seek assistance in the Odessa TX area. They do what they say they will and they keep you well informed. Outstanding people to hire if you are in need of an attorney. We had someone else hired at the time and called every other place in town. Mr. Fletcher and Miss Leeanne took the case and accomplished what needed to be done in a few short days. Don and Leanne were very professional! They walked us through every step that they were taking, what happened and what needed to be done. My husband and I couldnt have found a better attorney than Don. Leanne was the very best assistant Ive ever met. They helped us out tremendously when we didnt even think it was possible. Mr. Fletcher and Lian were knowledgeable, professional and effective from the get go, which made me hire their services without looking further after taking to Mr. Fletcher for the first time, when I felt I needed a lawyer to tackle a traffic violation occurred on the way to Big Bend, far away from Austin where we live...
