So disappointed.. went there at 11 to wait in line for Stanley Cup but there was a sign saying they were gone. Excuse me! the email said 11:30. That was not right. Next time they should follow directions. Smh.

I respect that theyve been having these member appreciations lately, but today was a bit of a disappointment with the Stanley cup giveaways. We continuously read through the messages, emails, and mail, and everything said it was happening at 11:30am today. But when we got in line at 11am, they already had a sign saying they were out of the cups. Of course they were still giving away the brunch bags, along with a coin purse, thankfully. But, there were people coming with tickets, saying I guess to come back at 11:30am for their Stanley cup. If I wouldve known to come in at opening time to pick up a ticket, I wouldnt have been rushing from work to wait for a lunch bag at 11:30am. I personally just felt that it wasnt fair to the people who waited before 11am for a cup, when others came at a time they werent giving them out yet, just to have dibs on it when they went back. Hopefully they checked the kiddos with the Stanley cups to see if they had First Basin accounts as well. There were some families leaving with more than one.

Really easy to make an account, Im even a minor and I was able to set up my own checking with my dad as a joint but the process was easy and quick and they even give you a debit card immediately, which is wonderful, I look forward to working with this company for years to come.

The only complaint I have is not explaining every document needed for the loan. Right before signing a final document we were asked for another document they needed. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the loan process. I have been with First Basin for over 20 years and always recommend them to anyone looking for a great bank or credit union.
