I have to say, this company works solely on insurance money,by saying this when they say or advertise Save Your Deductible beware. I did not save my deductible for hail damage to my truck, once they done the work and we were talking money and I did not have them fix my cargo cover that s when my deductible was removed from the equation. Do your homework ask questions and more questions . Like how much $$,how long will it take? Know exactly what your cost is upfront not at time you pick up your vehicle! Have your rental car set up,so when you get ready to drop off your vehicle.There wasn t much communication on their part other than the savvy brother(smoothe talker) I will say they did do a good job. Just work on communication skills!!!

This place did great work on my car in a timely fashion. The owner Ben is a super nice guy as well. They also do 10% off total repairs lowering your deductible as much as $1,000!! There s no other place that does that from what I found at least. My deductible was $750 with my insurance but because of that discount I paid nothing! We were in an accident and we looked up multiple places and came across five star autoplex. They didnt have a wait so were able to get our car in the shop couple of days later. While our vehicle did have multiple issues arise while being worked on they kept us updated and was very friendly throughout the process. I was skeptical at first on if the car would be fixed right and if the colors would match. The icing on the cake was when I picked up my car it looked like it had never been in an accident and the color was spot on. I ve been a customer with this Body Shop for about four years . Ben and his brother and LeAnna are awesome. I always come here whenever I need any bodywork done. One time, a panel between my windshield and driver side door flew off while I was driving and they helped me make sure I picked the right part when I ordered it online myself and then they put it on for me, another time I had a fender bender and they did a great job making my car look beautiful again More recently someone rear ended me and they are absolutely wonderful to deal with and talk to. They also have a beautiful lobby with comfortable leather Furniture and Coffee for customers.

I took my truck here, after being in accident that damaged almost every qtr panel, because they seemed friendly over the phone, but mainly, because they were able to get it in quicker than any other collision shop. Actually, My truck should have probably been totaled, so there was a ton of work needed. The week prior, I placed my son s car into another repair shop after his little accident. Five Star s communication, availability, compassion, and attention to detail blew the other repair shop out of the water., My truck was out 2 weeks before my son s car was ready. I can t tell you how happy I was with Five Star! Their attention to me and the truck, was better than I ever expected. I recommend them to anyone!

Liana and everyone at 5 star autoplex were great to deal with. It was a super easy process. They did an awesome job on my rear end damage. Body lines are perfect and paint matched exactly to factory specs. It looks and operates just how it did before my collision. They argued with my insurance for the new lift gate motor for me and were extremely professional with regular updates. If I ever need body work again, I will be back here. They even got me some extra money in my pocket by explaining what a diminshed value claim is.

I highly recommend this business. Two years ago my wifes Lexus had extensive hail damage. Five Star restored it to like new condition but sometimes when driving on rough roads something rattled somewhere around the roof that was difficult to pinpoint. We finally called them a couple of weeks ago to let them know and they told us to take it in. It took them a couple of days to find and fix the source of the rattle, but they did it with a smile.

Brought my truck in for hail repair .My truck now has water damage on the head liner, seats and floor,tow hitch is missing greasy product all over interior over dirt was not detailed correctly and my rear driver door was scuffed to the metal and not painted after being damaged by body repairers 6 weeks for repairs paint runs where repairs were made and picked up my vehicle with new damage to my door and interior still trying to get the mold smell out terrible workmanship

They were great, did a good job with the repair and got the vehicle completed in a little over a week. I also requested the use of OEM body panels (rear bumper) instead of aftermarket due to a poor experience with Service King using aftermarket panels. They did exactly as I requested and worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Paint and body lines were spot on and the best part, they detailed the interior of my car while it was in their care, completely unexpected but they did a great job. Id definitely recommend and will go back again for any future needs.

Was involved in a car accident where my whole passenger side was hit. My wheel was pushed in, passenger door would not open, scrapped all my paint off and my rims were all scratched. My vehicle was picked up on Monday and within two weeks it was fixed looking brand new! No issues very professional and always gave me updates regarding the process! Awesome and timely service! Ben, Leanna, and their team were. Very helpful throughout the process. I had a minor accident about a month ago, after sorting everything out with my insurance they had my car back out onto the road within the week, while also saving me hundreds of dollars from my deductible! Not even a week from getting my car back from them, some neighborhood teenagers decided to jump on my windshield. I decided to take my vehicle back to them and have it replaced in which I was back out on the road within 24hours. They even were able to provide me with a rental car in the meantime, after AAA/Enterprise tried to over charge me for a day rental. Hopefully I won t have to be back anytime soon, but if I have to Five Star AutoPlex is where I will go!

I cannot say enough great things about Ben and his team here! We had 3 cars get hit with hail during the storm in April and we decided to take our vehicles here. They worked directly with the insurance carrier and kept us in the loop the entire time - even more so than our own insurance carrier did! When the insurance companys estimate came back 25% less than what Five Star had quoted, they discussed the differences with the insurance company and they were able to get on the same page (basically pointing out what the insurance missed ;)). The process with Five Star Autoplex was seamless, timely, professional and just a great experience overall. As a bonus, everyone was extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend using their services. We will be repeat customers, for sure (although hopefully not any time soon as that would mean we have more damage to our vehicles ;)). I took my wife s Denali to 5star after I bumped into it with my truck in our garage and I didn t want to go through insurance, so wanted to avoid the big body shops that write huge estimates. I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Harmit, and he was amazing.. he had a couple different technicians look at it, and as it turned out, he said that they can do the whole repair as a paintless dent repair. Also, it was a very reasonable and affordable price. It was great because after the repair, everything would be original.. no blending of paint and no new parts. When my wife and I came to pick up her vehicle, it looked brand new.. they even popped out a couple of other door dents. You know what they say, when mama is happy, everyone is happy! My husband and I are exceptionally satisfied with the repair work we had done on our Honda Pilot. After hitting a large metal car part on the freeway I had extensive damages to our bumper and underneath my car. Ben not only took care of making sure the repairs were done perfectly, he also made sure I had Honda certified parts to replace the damaged ones. Ben had to battle a bit with our insurance company to get that approved but because I am still under factory warranty he was able to get that approved so my warranty would not be cancelled. My sister got her fixed here when she went to pick it up they did a terrible paint job and the back of the car was chipped. They tried to argue and say that they got the car like that when they know they didnt. She had to argue with them and show them pictures that the car was not like that when they received and they eventually fixed it. If you want your car fixed right the first time and not have to get it done a second time I wouldnt go there.

Outstanding work! My vehicle looks like it did before the wreck no cheap paint job work was done promptly I was told a week and a half and the truck was ready in a week and a plus is you can t get rentals there as well. Not Honest. Qoute for new light but installed the same broken one since the broken part is not visible once installed. Not clean make back of my car seat and the side panel dirty but nothing to do with back seat. Keep the parts on the back seat without puting any thing on the seat?

Ben and his entire staff are friendly and great at what they do. Paloma is quick to answer any questions you have. Five Star Autoplex repaired our sons F350 Super Duty after he was rear ended by a drunk driver going 70mph. There was quite a bit of damage but Ben and his staff have it looking and driving like new and they had it repaired in 2 weeks as stated. Ben is picky about the quality of repair leaving his shop but that is critical in this business. We hope to never need a collision center again but would not hesitate to use Five Star Autoplex again. We highly recommend Five Star Autoplex. Our son is thrilled to have truck back and very happy with the quality work. Thanks again to Ben, Paloma, and all of the great people here.

Eric and his team are simply amazing . I came to them at the beginning of the week needing my door repaired due to an accident . I told him I wanted to pay out of pocket and he definitely worked with me . Not only did he give me a great price they got the job done in 1 day ! The name really described it all FIVE STAR autoplex!! Great people that are very friendly and looking forward to help the customers :) Paula (for an example) responds to your any questions really fast, doesnt matter what way you use, whether emails or txts or phone calls. The BEST thing about them is that If they dont have what you want they will find a way to make it happen!! Ill definitely refer whoever is looking for a car to them!
