Good price for us eaters. Some things tasty and others not so much. Portions? The ones you decide. Well-lit, spacious, comfortable place. The incredible thing... there were no more napkins in the entire place, nothing to worry about. He cleaned, as well as the bathroom. Even the manager, I guess she was, always attentive and proposing to try this over that....... good for her. 100% recommended and beyond.....

I am new to this city and my kids love GC so I took a chance because previous experiences at GC in Pasadena, TX and Pharr, TX had not been that great. Surprisingly, this GC location had more variety and the food was pretty good compared to especially the one in Pasadena. The plates were mostly clean. They have a lot of dirty plates at the other two locations. The restaurant is large and has enough seating to choose from. The employees have been friendly. I have visited twice. I would definitely go back.

This place is so dirty inside and out. The food was horrible. Staff was really friendly though. They really need to clean up their outside walkway. All the old gum in the cement looks gross. The restaurant was so hot inside that we left unfinished food on the table.

We ve always liked Golden Corral, but this trip we left hungry. I ve never seen so many empty bowls. The salad bar had a lot missing!! And the other vegetables were very wilted. And no Ranch at all!! When asked they said they were out! The hot foods seemed to be sparse when you d go up. My husband made 3 trips and they never had shrimp he got the last 5 (which is what he goes for). The steak we were anble to finally get was so tough it was hard to chew! Extremely disappointed for the cost of this trip!

Don t even deserve the 1 star. We set there and not one time did a server come to our table. I got up and refilled our own drinks for us. While 4 servers stood at the front watching me not saying a word. The fajita chicken was still raw. The rolls were cold and hard . Still as we were getting up to leave not 1 server came to our table. It was absolutely horrible. We will not be going back that s for sure

I have been a customer for more than 9 years in this establishment, in my last visits I have noticed a notable change in the change of staff, which is nothing extraordinary, if their way of serving the public and addressing you as customers, very little education and professionalism, the conversations they have among themselves can be heard, which are not appropriate, I simply do not have to listen as a client, I hope they better prepare their staff to serve the public with greater education.

We always take our big groups here. Food always fresh, cooked properly, clean, the wait staff attentive. The manager here is an obvious driving factor for everything working/running/tasting so good! Shes always in the mix and genuinely makes us/our big groups feel special. Big shout out for this Odessa location...very busy. Very Good! Parking: Its next to big shopping so plenty of room! Kid-friendliness: Its all about family! Wheelchair accessibility: Appears easy access.

The food was as hard as a rock and I got the meatloaf. My disabled son normally only eats tacos and he normally eats spaghetti but he turned his nose up to eat and what very little less than half of a plate was teeny nose disgusting and not to mention but it took ten minutes to ask my server for a refill on my drink cuz she didn t understand what I was saying. It would help a million times over if you at least hired one waitress who could properly interact with their customers. I ll never come back here until the right is done such a waste of $80 dollars of the hard working. SMH Monday morning I will be calling corporate as I heard there was a waitress stealing tips I over heard that while to talk to the manager

First and foremost, I love Golden Corral. Ive been dining here since I was a kid. But yesterdays experience was absolutely by far the worst Ive ever had there. I paid for a hot meal, but I got the complete opposite. The food was cold old and not fresh. The worst part was that they started to put the food away around 9 and then proceeded to tell me that I had to leave right at 930. If thats the case, practice what you advertise and dont pick the food up til you close and have fresh hot food til you close. It is completely unexceptable.

Ok, SO I gave Golden Corral 5 stars all the way way down... ever since I can remember, I have been enjoying their food as well as great memories with my family and friends. From my grandma, my aunt and uncle, to my mother. We were always eating at Golden Corral, nearly every week ( my favorite place to eat and still is). I absolutely love that they serve breakfast now, not just any breakfast either....All You Can Eat for a really, really cheap breakfast. Its absolutely amazing. I love it. THANK YOU!! Great staff, clean restaurant, and they never run out of anything!!

I would not recommend. Went here for mother s Day and trust I understood there would a wait. We waited in line for about 30min. When we got to the front of the line and was told we could only pay for the people that were standing there. We told them our other party members was parking the car and where walking now. It took them literally 30sec to walk in and get to where we were standing. So once we were all there the cashier rung us up and we were about to go sit down. When I guess line manager told us that our other party would have to go to the back of the line and wait. We told them we already payed for them and I would not be paying for them again, and they would not go back and wait as we. We stood there and argued for about 10min before finally getting a refund.

Went in at 10:15 AM and the only thing for breakfast was an omelet station. Lunch was already out. Sign says breakfast until 11. Manager stated We have breakfast out. Our omelet bar is there. That is all for breakfast. Manager was very rude. I do not recommend going to this location. Very poor customer service.

It s been 8 years since I ve been here and now I remember why. It seems they got rid of more than just the roaches. The $18 buffet comes without ice cream(broken machine), no chocolate fountain(understandable) and no cotton candy. The churros which are advertised as cinnamon and sugar do not actually have cinnamon and sugar. While I m glad that the roaches have been taken of, it seems I won t be coming back again.
