I had booked a reservation for a birthday party a whole month ahead and I got there to the place the day of my reservation and it was closed (June 22, 2024) and so I was calling and calling the place and the numbers it had on the website and so was my family and still no answer at all, so a few hours passed, I got a call back from this place saying we tried calling you to notify you yesterday but you didn t answer But that s was a completely lie, they DIDNT call, didn t leave me no voicemail, didn t send me no email, didn t send me no text, NOTHING!!! and on top of that why would you call and cancel a day before of the reservation like what did you expect me to figure out something in 1 day? Like wth When I had everything planned like really!? A DAY BEFORE I would get a week before but A DAY BEFORE a reservation like really!!!! Smh!! if I would have known and if you would have really reached out to Notify me i would not have waisted my time going way out there like im coming OUT OF TOWN, this had me so upset because I was coming from out of town and they supposedly said that they had sent my refund back and that it would take 3-5 business days but let s see about that, there was no communication at ALL, I don t recommend this place for birthday party rentals!!! I had a whole plan for my son s 5th birthday and they ruined literally EVERYTHING! Just because they wanted to go on with their day but if it was for one of your KIDS you would have be upset too, DONT HAVE A BUSINESS IF YOU CANT KEEP UP WITH IT! little UPDATE It s has been more then 3-5 business days and I have not yet received my refund :( this place is ridiculous and I called twice and no answer again!

we booked a birthday party for my daughter a month ago. put the deposit down for the big space in the back $200. all for us to show up and they were closed no sign on the door explaining a thing! no phone call.no voice mail nothing! i has been trying to call all day and no answer on any number! they are rediculous.

They charge you for watching your one and two year olds play. My wife was standing at the bottom of the blue slides to make sure they didnt get hurt or go up the slide and they told her to go buy a wristband. Cost double for younger children i guess. Expensive for what you get and that is very petty. Lost a customer.

100/10 would recommend this place!! They always accommodate me and my children and our needs the park has socks on back order so we were able to use our socks! The employees are so kind and the park is ALWAYS clean! Prices aren t bad if you can t afford a few dollars for your kids to have a good time stay home!! Can t thank 4kidz fun park and staff enough for always being so kind and clean!!!

Worst experience ever, after Odessa barley having anything I ve always had a good time here but after today I no longer will bring my children here. Prices are ridiculous for a 2 year old. As well as staff underage kids don t even know what s going on or how to address oneself. As well as two little boys being unfair to my son while the managers daughter was doing the same thing going up the wrong way , they let her on without a bracelet let her have a drink on top and food. But it was okay for her , no 4kids fun socks on but everyone else must have and purchase them? Unfair .

Big disappointment toddler area very small and only 1 ball yes ONE BALL considered ball pit! Then because only 1 employee couldnt unlock Skywalk so parent could get above toddler area to try to entertain the circling toddler $40 bucks for toddler prents and grandma for 1Hr looks like everything runs in 1s so therefore 1 star would have had more fun at chucky cheese or home if they hadnt been traveling!

Not worth it the website shows a lot of attractions for littles and all the games are gone. They ball are didn t work was clogged, was unclean had a big plug in box exposed by the toddler area, employees all seem to have an attitude problem not kid friendly one girl literally pushed a little girl out the sky walk door rudely and noticed I was watching and pretended to be nice. We got there a little after noon and paid for an hour and they started calling our bracelet colors before our hour was up. Definitely will not be going back and won t recommend to anyone it s a lazy business they don t take care of it. Don t waste your time or money.

This place was fun and there was a lot for kids to do. We came for a birthday party and wasnt packed so it allowed the kids to roam and play. We went on a Sunday evening so the day and time may have also been the reason for the amount of people there. We will be back for sure but hopefully, they can build one in Midland.

my niece was harassed by a little boy with no pants and only a pull up on, and there was very little supervision by staff. they tried their best but it seemed they didn t have enough staff to keep up with each enclosures. Also we asked a man, who was standing behind the workers counter for a restroom and he proceeded to say he didn t work there. fun place but wasn t the nicest visit.

Friendly, clean place with helpful staff. Our kids stayed busy having fun the entire 2hours. Five stars, except considerably higher for weekend parties. Plan accordingly, we paid up, it was a ton of fun. Reccomended, our kids were 9-12.

Was really dead when we went .meaning my daughter had the entire place to herself ..not sure if its cause back to school... And they kinda ghetto selling eyelashes and some other things behind the counter ..and made they me pay for socks for my baby and they didnt even it in stock smh So when I gave the adult size socks to my baby the worker comes to me and say I cant be in the playground without socks. Im like lady ..I had to give the socks u made me pay for to my baby cause u didnt have the socks for her size in stock smh

Our kids love it here! Had a birthday party and the staff were so helpful and constantly offering to unload the car, help pick up or load the car back up. Very clean and well kept. Only complaint is the party rooms are kinda small and maybe better for smaller parties but the kids love it!

Drove 30min to come here for the first time only to be turned away because they had a private event. If you are going to be closed to the public then you should adjust your hours online. My 3 son was so disappointed we had to walk out. He was so excited to come here all morning. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about the place.

We held my daughters 9th birthday at 4kidz Fun Park and will be booking our other child s party there in April! Booking was EASY, all questions answered directly and specifically, no hidden fees, a personal phone call to confirm our booking a week in advance, etc. They will order pizza to be delivered for you and ONLY charge you COST OF PIZZA ($7.99 for one large at the time of this review). The staff is friendly and the facilities are very clean. Unlike other places like this, its large enough for MANY to play (appropriate for ages 2 up to .well .adult, honestly) but small enough that you feel safe not hovering over your child the whole time. There is one entrance and exit and you have full view of that door- we felt safe, happy and totally satisfied with out experience. The owner, Josh, is very friendly, organized and ready to help if needed. Def 5 of 5 will book another party there. OH!!!!! AND TEACHER GET 15% OFF! HOW KIND AND THOUGHTFUL IS THAT?!!!!!

Overpriced, unprofessional and, Very unclean; tables, play area, and bathrooms were very nasty. Its uncomfortably loud with blasting music. Its not an arcade, its 8 games that arent loaded up with the tickets, and no redemption for tickets; useless. Private room is very small, cant hold 10 people. I was very disappointed as an adult but my kid enjoyed it. Details are everything in a business.

High potential but a long way from reaching it. The place is almost empty, but we had to pay for a 10 child party when only 5 were coming. When we reserved the room, we were told that since our party time ended at 7:30 and the park closed at 8, we would only have to ask the manager and they usually let people stay until closing. We asked and they waited until 5 minutes before the end of our party to let us know it would be an additional $50. At that point, we had to clean up and get out in 5 minutes. You arent even allowed to buy the time until 8, but all of a sudden it is $50? Like I said, high potential, but a long way from reaching it.

We attended a birthday party here today and we WILL be returning! The kids had soooooo much fun. They had plenty of things to do in multiple areas so the kids could roam,video games and refreshments. I didnt catch the prices but the host said she thought they were good. Oh and the place was spotless. From the toys to the restrooms they were clean. We had a Great time and I think you will too. They discriminated against me because I was in a boot and trying to get my son out of the play area, told me to take my boot off to come get him. My foot is broken let me just magically take it off and bleed everywhere. This place sucks. Won t be coming back.

Took my grandkids... finally. Ages grandson 8 and twin girls 12 and they loved it. We will definitely return. Saw people from the age of about 3 to adults and all looked like were having an awesome time. Also noticed there were parties going on which that looks very promising for my grandkids for next year. Thanks for thinking of our kids so we can keep them off the streets and having fun in an all year around fun place.
