This was our wedding venue and they were rude to our guest and unprofessional towards my wife. Had problems with catering staff making snide comments so save yourself the money and displeasure with them.

Due to the stress and lack of professionalism towards my friend (the BRIDE), I do not recommend this place. If you do decide to go with this place, make sure you take a copy of the contract the day of the event (as petty as it sounds) because they will change things last minute and ask for it

The ballroom is pretty and within budget BUT I would not recommend! I had my wedding reception here and there were so many miscommunications the day of the event. The main waitresses was incredibly rude to my guests and I even had to go talk to the owners during the party because it was just ridiculous. I tried to enjoy my day but on such an important event it was hard to shift focus from all the mishaps. UPDATE: if you post a negative review they post it in Facebook and not take any accountability! They new it was a snack cart obviously it s outside food.

For those who want a honest review here is one. I ll be leaving my pros and cons to this place. My wedding was July 2022 at Mandingos Ballroom. Pros: 1. All in one package so for those who don t want to struggle looking for different vendors it s best to do so. 2. Julio was nice. He rented out the frame to us for free for the inconvenience of waiting for them to make our payment. 3. If you are looking for a small venue it s awesome 4. Food and drinks were good. Not bad for a venue 5. PHOTOGRAPHERS EDEN FILMS THEY ARE THE BEST PEOPLE YOU CAN MEET. This was my highlight! Will definitely make sure to tag them on all of pictures. Cons: 1. Patty never answered. Which was odd since you would think we were trying to make a payment they would answer. It would be for months at a time (screenshots can be provided where there was no answers for months) 2. Since we weren t able to pay 2-3 months we had to pay all at once 3. My now husband and I did not feel comfortable what so ever to speak with them. Yes, they did reassure us we can speak with them but with the few things we wanted to speak we felt like a bother. 4. Patty spoke disgusting to our parents who were trying to make our day as easy as they can be. They repeatedly refused to speak to them stating they wanted to only speak to us. I love this idea but when your busy and attending to others this is impossible on a big day. 5. Day of the wedding, half of the building was completely hot one side was cold when they spoke with them to turn on the AC there response was if we turn it on your going to need a jacket Really? Why make a response like this to your clients family?? 6. Day of the wedding Patty spoke ill of my husband and I staying we were hard to deal with to one of our vendors. Very unprofessional no matter how you feel about a client you must not speak of them to others. You stay PROFESSIONAL at all times especially when your are a small family who owns a business. I am not blinded by the fact that yes owners will speak about there clients but not to another establishment that felt so appalled from their statement that they felt the need to speak with the client. Although we are inclined to our own story. I want to make it clear this is not a bad venue it s a okay venue. We just had a bad experience would I go there again? Maybe not but I hope the next person who does has a great experience. Through out this whole process and experience I let fellow friends know mine and they still chose to go with them. So I hope this establishment continues to grow in a great way!

Everything was great at the beginning until we had a 2 hour power outage. The owners should of had a contingency plan. It got very hot inside the event center. I heard a generator on but it was not enough . I am glad the power company fixed the issue. Just imagine if the power outage was 4 or 5 hours. Owners need to learn from this experience.

If youre a foddie this place isnt for you. Food was pretty bland, chicken breast was dried, catering staff took the leftover food, which was paid for. Photographers did not show up at the ceremony as was agreed to when the contract was signed. DJ was just a guy with a laptop and a playlist, who refused to take request because he needed his playlist to run. They did not stick to their schedule best man/maid of honor speeches were done after most of the guest had departed.

First of all I fell in love with the way Patty and Julio treat customers. Second of the ballroom is beautiful. They put a lot of work into the decorations and its elegant for the price. The kindness of these two people will not be compared. Its not just a business; you can talk to them as if youve known them for a long time. They understand and help their clients. You cant see that anywhere! I recommend it! I have no doubt that it was the best place I could choose for my daughters party and the one that follows! Thank you!

If you are searching for a small affordable and elegant place. Also with everything included from food, DJ, photography and videography this is the perfect place to go to. I love Mandingos Ballroom it is perfect for small weddings, quinceneras, bridal showers etc. I really recommend this place!

We went for a party here and it was a nice open area. The decorations were great and the floor was perfect for dancing. The restrooms need a little updating but were very clean. Other than that everything was great. Nice place for any occasion.
