Six months ago I married my best friend and wife. We are absolutely sure we made the right decision that day and we re also sure choosing Ladybird was just as right! We had an extra request for the team. We asked them to make a mockumentary in the style of The Office out of the footage using our family, wedding party, and any willing guests. IT WAS FANTASTIC. It s our own personal episode. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. The traditional video was beautiful and caught all the right moments. Thanks to Jordan and his team we re able to remember our day in more ways than one. Fingers crossed they ll help us make a sequel episode in the future.

If you are struggling to find a videographer company, look no further. Jordan has an eye that no one else has, editing is also on point. In our wedding we had some less than desirable speeches, moments that were embarrassing and some what mortifying instances. He took it and turned this traumatic experience into something truly beautiful, through all of this he was able to show case our love, commitment and perseverance between us. Because of the teams passion, compassion and sensitivity it has helped us heal and focus on what is important, US. Brittany who does the communication is also timely in response and current on requests. She is understanding, sensitive, and exudes compassion in her correspondence. This company is who you want to film/work your wedding or special event, you will not regret it.

We booked Ladybird for both videography and photography for our wedding March 2021. We received the most amazing video and great photos. However, an SD card containing some (not all) of our photos unfortunately corrupted resulting in loss of photos. We did still receive a little over one thousand photos which we are grateful for. To compensate us, Ladybird offered to send us two canvas print outs of our choosing (amazing!!). We sent over our selected photos and they were printed. Months later we received a call from Ladybird that our photos had been delivered to our old address (we moved shortly after our wedding). We were confused because we never were contacted about the canvases being shipped or address verification. I sent the correct email address and never heard from Ladybird again. Even called and emailed for a status update. It has been over a year since our wedding and not a canvas print in sight. Overall the quality of work is awesome! Just disappointed in the end with the communication and loss of canvases.

If you are looking for a well-produced video delivered in a timely manner by communicative professionals, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Me and my fiancée have waited for THREE MONTHS and have yet to receive even a solid time-frame for when our proposal video will be finished. The last we heard from them was in December of 2021 (our proposal was filmed in November 2021) and all they gave us was an email trying to excuse their inability to deliver the product, again WITH NO TIME FRAME AS TO WHEN THEY COULD DO SO. Infuriating doesnt even begin to describe our experience with them. Absolutely shameful. [Addendum - 2/20/22] Finally received the video. While the product was well received and the email given in explanation for their silence, appreciated, I can now give them a more solid rating as to the quality of their work. Extenuating circumstances aside, they did a solid job. I can recommend their services, but buyer be cautious.

The Quality was average, I wish we would of gone with another company. For the cost there are many greater value packs that offer much more. I am very disappointed in the way the handled many aspects of the contract and their communication is not great. I had to reach out 3-4 times to received a response at times. When paying over $2400 for a video I expected much better customer service and quality. ** Edit: Quality based on samples provided not actual work, THANKFULLY. Their professionalism and communication is bare minimum and they were not great to work with during the process. We decided to pay someone else the full amount rather than to go back to them (literally preferred to pay double than to work with them again after the way everything was handled). The other company we went with provided much more (drone, additional pics, options) and were MUCH more professional. Happy we decided to go elsewhere. I did not have to reach out and chase them down for updates. Your response below is a small sample of how unprofessional you and your team really are. Ladybird was the first vendor we signed with for our October 19 wedding, after being impressed by them at a Bridal Extravaganza. I will say, the packages were affordable, communication was great- they had a quick response time any time we had a question, and the day of services were unforgettable (literally, since we ve ordered all raw footage from our wedding day). Videographers were professional, and did a great job on our 5-minute video that we were able to share with all our friends and family, which initially was the package we paid for. The only regret we had was we wished we had paid for more footage to relive the entire day, so luckily months later they still have all the footage and we were able to receive all raw footage, as well as an edited full-feature documentary. Am incredibly pleased with Ladybird, and recommend getting package with the most footage as they did such a great job capturing all the big and small moments of our best day ever.

This company is completely non-understanding or accommodating to their clients. They are definitely one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with in my life. We had to postpone our wedding, but instead of honoring the original contract and simply postponing to our later date, they voided the initial contract and tried to start a whole new one. Took $1200 of our money for nothing. Completely pathetic and will absolutely never recommend them. BEWARE of their unprofessionalism.

This review is long overdue - but if youre looking for videographers, Taylor and Ryan were the best! They were fantastic to work with - so patient, flexible & super responsive to all our needs. We are in LOVE with the finished products! I am brought to tears every time I watch the highlight film and I love seeing the small details I missed with the raw footage. Hiring them was honestly one of the best decisions we made, so if you are still looking for your videographers- look no further. You will not be disappointed!

We shopped around for a videographer for a while, mainly because while we knew we wanted one, we didn t have much of a budget for it. However, when we found Ladybird we were thrilled. They are VERY communicative, and checked in every month from 10 months out to see if we needed anything or had any additional ideas/direction for them to keep track of. About one month out, Taylor filled me in on any details I needed, but mostly dealt with my wedding coordinator which was one less thing for me to worry about. They are also extremely affordable. They came to our Rehearsal Dinner for a few hours and that was absolutely worth the small additional fee. They were also very flexible with our video ideas, and even did some interviews of VIP guests to include. We can t wait to see the video, but already know it will be amazing. Taylor and the team at Ladybird were extremely easy to work with and made us feel confident and secure with everything video-related. Very impressed and definitely recommend!

I feel so lucky to have met Jordan & Matt at Austins Bridal Extravaganza back in January. They were both friendly and professional, and made me very comfortable asking them questions and learning about their philosophy on wedding photography. After reviewing their portfolios more in-depth, and comparing them to other options, I knew they were perfect! Leading up to the wedding, they sent out regular emails to get information about what we wanted for the big day to make sure nothing was missed. They answered my questions seamlessly and clearly. Matt photographed the day of, and we couldnt be more pleased! He was friendly, and did an AMAZING job. He was patient while we tried to wrangle 20+ family members before the days events for numerous group photos. When we got all the shots we knew we wanted with family members, Matt made sure walk around and supplement the shot list with candid shots of us preparing for the day, and detail shots of the setup and design details. Throughout the day, Matt was available if we wanted an impromptu group shot, and was avidly walking around getting great coverage of our guests having fun (which was so important to me!) The photojournalistic shots are the absolute best - this is something that other photographers completely miss. On top of that, he couldnt be friendlier! After the wedding, a link to all the photos arrived in my inbox within just a few weeks. I couldnt believe how quick the turnaround was! There are SO MANY photos to choose from! I look forward to continuing to share them with family and friends, and to cherish them forever. Thanks, Ladybird!

Our photographer was Katia Forero, and she did a great job! It was ugly out when we took the first look photos - humid, grey, pouring down rain - the lighting was just awful, but the pics turned out surprisingly well! She definitely knew what she was doing. The sun came out during the ceremony and reception, and she took advantage of that and took some great pics. The day was honestly awful leading up to the ceremony (last second vendor cancellations, tornado warning, etc...) but she kept on a positive face and helped keep the mood light. It was appreciated!

Ladybird shot my wedding back in October and wow were we blown away by the quality and quantity of beautiful memories we (swiftly) got back from them! The video story they made makes me cry every time I watch it and I often find myself going through the pictures astounded by how they captured the perfect moments allowing me to fully relive the sweetness of the day. Plus the pics are all so awesome, were still struggling to figure out which ones to print / put in a book 6 months later. Big bonus - the videographer and photographer were a joy to be around and made for wonderful additions to the best day of our life. Ladybird Studios is the most affordable videography companies in Austin. At first when planning our wedding, we struggled with really wanting a video of our whole day but not wanting to spend an arm of and a leg of our budget. After much research I came across Ladybird and was impressed with their prices. I was wondering if I would get what I paid for which such good prices and I was pleasantly surprised. Their communication is punctual which is such a breath of fresh air when communicating with vendors. A week or two before the wedding they even reached out and asked to let them know what are the important moments they should make sure should get captured (not sure if other video vendors do that but this was a huge plus). Then the delivery of the video was more than I couldve ever wanted or expected. The quality was fantastic and they listened to what we wanted recorded. I cant say enough about how amazing Ladybird Studios was and if you reading this and debating getting a video for your wedding - DO IT. I promise you wont regret having at minimum a 7 minute video of your whole day that you can watch forever and show to your future kids :) Thanks Ladybird for all your hard work, we will love and cherish our video and your efforts forever.

This whole team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! We used them for photography and videography. There was great back and forth communication and they were extremely friendly. On our big day, I forgot they were even there which was exactly what I wanted. I wanted more candid pictures than posed photos. They captured both beautifully and I didn t feel like I was being followed around by a camera crew the entire time. Our photos and video turned out perfect. Thank you again Ladybird Studios!

At first we weren t sure if we wanted a videographer at our wedding, but the more we thought about it, the more we wanted more than just images of the day to look back on. We were on a bit of a tight budget since this was something we were adding on. Lady Bird Studios had a video package in our budget and was a delight to work with! They were always available for questions and were complete pros on the day of the wedding. We have already watched our wedding videos so many times, it is beautiful and we are so glad that we chose Lady Bird to capture our wedding day.

We dont know where to begin with Ladybird! We originally chose them because they were they most cost effective company we could find that included everything we wanted (full ceremony, toast and raw footage) at the time we signed our contract they did not have any reviews so we were a little nervous, but we loved their sample videos so we decided to trust our gut and we are so glad we did! The they of the wedding they were awesome! you could barely tell they were there so they were able to get very candid shots of us and all of our guests, they also communicated well with our photographers which was a great plus! They took exactly 8 weeks to send us our wedding footage and it was AMAZING. Jordan was patient enough with me to tweak the highlight video a couple of times until it was exactly how I wanted it. We could to recommend them enough!

Having a wedding film done was something that we initially put in the would be nice, but not necessary column when we were determining what we wanted for our wedding. Obviously, weddings are expensive and you try to determine where and what you want to spend your money on. I found LadyBird Studios when googling wedding videos and really liked their style of videoing. Great edits and angles, not cheesy, and flowed nicely. I started to look into their pricing and they re very affordable (especially compared to other videographers I saw at Bridal Expos). We decided to do it, and I m so glad we did! While our photographer was also amazing, it s just so nice to have video too. It s a different feel and allows you to watch your special day all over again and be able to post highlights for those that weren t able to be there. Jordan was so relaxed and easy to work with and was great at communication. Our videographers on our wedding day (Taylor and her partner) were super easy to talk to and worked seamlessly behind the scenes to capture great moments. The post-processing work was great, and they were even able to get a short video of our ceremony dance up for me quickly when I asked so that I was able to post it online. If you re hesitant on video, do it! I can t recommend LadyBird Studios enough. Thank you guys for giving us a video so we can reminisce and replay our special day any time we want!

We are so glad we decided to get videography and even happier that we chose Ladybird Studios. Not only were the final products beautiful and delivered in a timely manner (especially considering we tied the knot at the beginning of wedding season in April), but the videographers were so knowledgeable and professional throughout our day. I rarely even knew they were there! It all felt so easy and natural. Like many couples, we struggled with the idea of videography due to the insane prices or just plain awful portfolios (the ones where it looks like they shot it in the mid 90s and has so many cheesy transitions you just cringe) that so many companies have. However in talking with other couples, I found so many were sad or even regretted not having parts of their day on film, especially the toasts. Pictures are a wonderful treasure, but well done video can really capture the magic of the day. I feel so lucky that we found Ladybird!

At the time i had found ladybird studios online (a year ago), they only had a few videos posted to their website that were much older. A mutual friend of mine had a wedding video posted so I asked them how they liked Ladybird Studios. They had nothing but great things to say! I was nervous because the videos were much older looking but their prices and reviews blew everyone out of the water! Over the course of a year they updated their website, added new wedding films regularly, and kept in constant communication with me. They would email me regularly to keep and touch and let me know that they are there if i need to discuss anything with them. Ladybird Studios is run by Jordan and he trains/works with a couple of different shooters. You wont find out who is shooting your film until 30 days before, which made me nervous because i wanted to talk to the person beforehand and just get to know them instead of talk to them for the first time on the day of. Regardless, Nick and Ryan were there to video my wedding! I got a package that allowed me to have them there for 10 hours, i got a wedding highlight, the recording of all the toasts, and the full ceremony. I also ordered the raw footage - LOVE it, highly recommend because it is actually really funny to watch what people were doing while we werent around (lots of funny dancing and really bad lip syncing). We got the final package a little less than 4 weeks after! I absolutely loved Nick and Ryan, they immediately got my personality! They were very easy to work with, had a good sense of humor and did an incredible job given that my family and I are all crazy haha. I sobbed like a baby as I watched the video. Im just so happy we decided to go with Ladybird, because of yall we get to relive our special day whenever we want!

There are not enough words to explain how amazing Ladybird is. In the beginning I had planend to cut having a videographer from the wedding budget since we had tight budget, and I am so thankful that I changed my mind. I could not imagine, not having my amazing video. I am beyond amazed at the quality of my video for the price that they charge (its a steal). I think to date I have watched my highlight video at least 100 times and I love it each time I watch it. Ladybird perfectly captured our special day. Even one of my cousins said Its the best one Ive ever seen. Not only did it capture every moment, but highlighted the beautiful words spoken it was just excellent. I could not have asked for a more polite, professional, and fun videographer to document our day. I would reccomend Ladybird to anyone and everyone.
