I just had some significant upgrades done here on my new 2024 Jeep. They installed Warn Elite front and rear bumpers with a tire carrier, 35 tires, method wheels, a Warn winch, a lift, new shocks, etc. They did the job exactly as I wanted, perfectly. The jeep looks fantastic, no problems. I will come back for all my future upgrades. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality work and fair pricing.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I needed an inner tie-rod repaired. The Jeep dealership wanted to charge me $3,500 for an entire new rack & pinion system. I had been to All Out Offroad before to have some running boards removed from my vehicle and they were very quick with their service, so I decided to return for my tie-rod repair. I showed up on Monday and they did an inspection and said they could make the repair the same day, but I waited another day to do the repair. A little over $500 for repair and alignment, well worth the money when you feel like youre being taken care of my a trusted friend. Ive never had service like theirs when it comes to my vehicle, and I appreciate their clean and welcoming facilities. If you want reliable and quick service, these are the people to trust!

I have been a customer of All Out Off-road for several years now. Ive had them work on three trucks of mine. What I like about them is they explain everything up front, including providing pictures of what you will get. They are experts in my opinion, regarding lifts and accessories. Also, if you get a lift done, they have you return after a few hundred miles so they can double check their work. They physically mark all their bolts so they know if they have moved at all. Ive always had exceptional service he, e and I highly recommend All Out Off-road.

Took the truck to All Out Off-road to add step sides, roll bars & KC lights. Wanted something different, a little more old school and something you don t see everyday. Kirby was amazing! Had the roll bars delivered in less than 48 hours . Dropped the truck off that morning and is was ready before I got off work. The installer was amazing as well. Wiring harness is invisible and the light switch is very subtle. Exactly what I wanted!! The quality of parts are not just for show. The roll bars are as durable as it gets. Looks the part but could also hold up. Very pleased with this place and will be back in the future to add a few more inches to the lift and new tires. Look forward to working with them again: updated- 3-19-23: For the second year in a row Ive taken my truck to All Out Off Road. Ordered a product from them, they told me it would work with my current setup. When it arrived the next day, they didnt call. I ended up having to call them to see if it was there. Went in to have it installed, they tell me it wont work like they said it would. Still had it installed, then damn near 24hrs to the minute a piece pops off! Walked in the door, they look up and didnt say anything to me. Stood there waiting 5-7 minutes, another guy walks in and they look up hey, buddy well be with you in a few Im a 64 black man, I know yall see me! They reinstalled the piece, but Ill find somewhere else to spend my money. Update: Nolan just called me and said there was another African American guy in there, and he thought I was him and been helped already WOW... Did he really hit me with the ALL BLACK PEOPLE LOOK ALIKE!!!??

Update: My first review was 6 years ago but google only lets you leave 1 review. These guys continue to be the best and have taken very good care of me. I have taken 5 different trucks to them for custom work over the past 6 years and they always nail it perfect. Tons of attention to detail, and Nolans knowledge and experience makes everything go so smoothly. Below is my old review from 6 years ago: Ive been here multiple times and I think its time for me to put in a good review. These guys are top notch, fair, and honest. I have presented them with multiple difficult and unpredictable problems with my lifted custom truck at the Fort Worth location and they managed it very well. I have been back multiple times because I trust them, and I will go back again next time I need work done. Now that I think about it, I drive past 3 other shops to get to these guys. They give VERY personalized service and make me feel like Im their only customer. The prices are great and, to be honest, they dont charge enough for such great service.

Did alignment in my 2020 f150, did a amazing job. Crossed the T s and dotted there I s. Had 2 other shops tell me they couldn t align it without installing a bunch of other stuff. I was in desperate need of new tires for my old 1996 GMC Sierra 1500, RWD, reg cab truck which is my weekend vehicle. This time, I wanted to give my truck a refresh and look at new wheels and see what my options were on a lift kit. I had been researching for two years on-line, so I was hoping the Team at Allout Offroad, NRH could help breath new life into my old truck. Preston, Nolan and all the hard working Team Members at Allout blew my mind away and well exceeded my expectations. They are professional, expertly knowledgeable and friendly! From the moment I walked into the sales floor, Preston and the team did not hesitate to take on my project build. Because my truck is 25 yrs old, it took extra effort on their part to find the right combination of lift, wheels and tires and stay within the budget I had to work with. They did the job in one day as promised even though we had to make a last minute change on the wheels due to a fitting problem, again due to the age of my truck. The alternate wheels the Team found for me were totally awesome and way better than my first choice. Also, one very observant Team Member spotted a problem with some wheel studs while installing the new wheels. This was a potential safety hazard had this issue not been addressed immediately. The wheel studs were replaced and now I feel much safer on the road thanks to this Team Member. Even with these unexpected delays, the Team at Allout still finished my job in one day, by working two hours overtime after closing hours and on Friday night! Thats the kind of customer service and commitment you rarely hear about these days. My entire experience at Allout has been one that exceeded my expectations. I have spent several thousand dollars with this company I have up graded two jeeps with wheels tires and soft tops. I have also put a left on a jeep and a flex cover for my pick up. This was all done during the year 2017. The rubber seal behind the cab of the truck was not installed properly at their place of business. I noticed several other covers of the same make where the rubber seal at the front of thebed would fit down snuggly on the on the leading edge of the bed. I took it back to this business to get repaired I showed them pictures, they took pictures, and wrote the company. The company said that I needed new rails and they sent the rails. Once the rails or arrived service person called me back and told me that they would just charge labor for 30 minutes. I told him that they installed this cover it has not been abused I didn t know the fault of the route of the rubber seal until I saw several other trucks up close. I ask those owners if they had a leaking problems from the front, their reply was no. I have experienced wet cargo due to the rubber seal not being on properly I ll take it in tomorrow to get it repaired they told me I would have to pay for the labor because it wasn t 60 to 90 days after the purchase. My response was it was improperly installed and they need to take care of it. Their response was I understand your complaint. But we are going to charge to you for labor I will finish this review after it is installed properly tomorrow and let you know how it comes out. One service man told me they would take care of.the money isn t that big a deal But the principle of the matter is. The matter was and is getting takin care of they are taking care of me and I appreciate that. Nolan is first class when it comes to taking care of this situation and his customers..I changed the level back to five star because I not only observed they way he Communicated with me but also observed how he was communicating with other clients or customers. I do highly recommend this business and will use them again.

I called Allout Offroad for some information about parts for a Zone Offroad lift kit, and they were insanely helpful. Nolan was able to identify the part that I needed and even though Allout didnt carry the replacement piece, he helped my find a part number that made it possible for me to get the part locally and complete the job. Complaint Update: Store has now resolved issues, and also replaced bed rails which were damaged, complaint was settled amicably and the company did change its position and ended up being proactively helpful to resolve matters to my satisfaction. Original Complaint: Poor customer service experience. Received written confirmation from the Tonneau Covers manufacturer that the item that All Out Off-road fitted was incorrectly installed and/or adjusted. They replaced my stock tank F250 with a S&B 60 gallon gas tank and changed the D2E to match, as well as added some Rigid bumper lights, and on-board air compressor and tank, plus some Airlift air bags. I ve had All Out do two lifts on a few vehicles and I must say their service is exemplary. This last time I needed an adjustment on my carrier bearing for my 2019 F-150 because I felt some vibration. I took it in and they fixed it on the spot. I also had a slightly loose shock that was clunking and they took care of that as well. My truck drives almost as smooth as stock and looks great. I put my own 3 Teraflex Alpine lift on a Jeep Unlimited JK. These guys got me in and out on my 4 wheel alignment and spoke in detail exactly what my numbers were which I really appreciated. I found that everyone at Allout are extremely knowledgeable, unlike other shops that have a receptionist that cannot answer any questions (MK Customs). In the future when I dont feel like turning the wrench these guys are getting my business!

I ve been to this place twice and both times the service has been outstanding. Kevin who handled my first purchase and the gentleman today whose name I failed to get (initials NDB), are outstanding. They came out to the parking lot and inspected my truck and gave their advice and recommendations. I lost a part and went back to see if they had a spare part. They did not, but Kevin went the extra mile and found an alternate part to secure my accessory. I highly recommend these guys and this store for your truck accessories. Actually, anything truck related, I would check with them first before going anywhere else.

Very competitive pricing, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I called all over DFW, talked to about a dozen off road shops about a lift for a 2016 Chevy 2500HD and no one I spoke to was as friendly and helpful as these guys. Nelson is really cool, down-to-earth and knows a lot about off-road stuff. He will explain EVERYTHING to you in a way you will understand and get you the help you need. They dont try to get you to buy a bunch of crap you dont need like a lot of the other off-road shops do. (not going to say any names... 4 Wheel Parts, Mikes Off Road.. oops!) They did a great job installing a 6-7 Pro Comp lift on my truck, a great product that does not void my vehicle warranty! Very happy about that and will definitely be using these guys in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

I live over an hour away from this location, but the photos of the completed trucks they have online drew me in. I have little to no experience about lifting a truck and these guys answered all of my questions fully without trying to sell me someting I didnt want. They finished lifting my vehicle within a 12 hour period and it looked amazing. The price was very reasonable and the finished product was professional. As soon as I have the funds to afford more aftermart products (steel bumpers and led light bar), I wont hesitate to drive the distance past all the other 4x4 shops to get the job done right.

When trying to decide to go with 4wheelparts or Allout Offroad I must have visited each store 5 or 6 times and not one time did Nolen or Nelly make me feel like I was bugging them or asking stupid questions. They showed me everything I was asking about and then some. They werent pushing me to do something to my truck that I didnt want to do, unlike 4wheelparts. Even after the sale and them installing everything they were top notch. If anyone is looking for a place to get their truck done, GO HERE! No one else will touch my truck. I came to Allout Offroad to have my windows tinted. I called a week prior to set up my appointment and the guy that answered the phone was great. He walked me through the entire process and helped me pick the best tint option for my truck. The day of my appointment I was met at the door by one of the guys at the counter (Nolan). He walked out to my truck with me and guaranteed the work would be done right. It took approximately an hour to complete the job. During that hour the guys behind the counter talked to me as if I were family. When they pulled my truck around front I was more than pleased with the quality of tint and work that had been done. When I went to pay I was surprised at how great the pricing was. I have had a lot of windows tinted at various companies and this is without a doubt the best job Ive ever seen. I would HIGHLY recommend Allout Offroad to anyone. A great group of guys who love what they do.
