I recently had my front driver and passenger side car windows tinted at this location. They were fantastic! They were really quick, very professional, and in-fact improved the visibility of my drivers side window with the tinting process and technique that they used. I had some scratches on the window that was distorting my view, and the process used cleared my visibility almost completely- which was a problem I had trouble getting solved at other locations. Great work! Great professionalism!...and Absolutely recommended! Their pricing was very affordable also. Choose Distinguished Details!

They did an awesome job! I wanted custom tint work done on my headlights and taillights to complete the look on my new car. There are few places that do the custom tint job that I was looking for, but these did an amazing job, at a really reasonable price, and got me in for an appointment very quickly. Let me start by saying that this is a good group of guys that are great at detailing. I ve had full front ppf, decontamination, and a level one detail done on the car that all turned out great. They offer fair prices and are great at communicating. My issue came with my tint. I had every piece of glass in my Tesla model 3 tinted. First go I had the side, rear, and front glass tinted. Unfortunately, there were hairs and other contaminants in the front passenger, rear driver, and rear driver pilot window. Took it back and they completely replaced the mentioned tint and it looked great. I still had some contaminants and a couple of small pockets in the rear window and windshield which I reluctantly let go. Assuming this was just a one-time mistake, I brought it back again for a front brow and sunroof tint. Again, there were contaminants in the glass, a sizable bubble, and glue stains. This time was much worse. I was upset, but once again, I decided to have them fix it, which they did without a question. Third try, they did seem to get it much cleaner with no contaminants, but then I discovered a couple of obvious gaps in the tint (pictured). I showed them at the time of service and they refunded $150 for the current service (top part of rear windshield). I decided to reach out to Quinn and request a refund for the top glass as well ($200). He was very apologetic and refunded the full amount plus the $50 warranty on the tint. While I am frustrated about the mistakes, I appreciate his willingness to make it right. Again, these guys offer top notch customer service, I just wish there was more attention to detail and quality checks on the tint before giving handing it over to a customer. I respect most of the work these guys do and I would recommend them for ppf and detailing. However, I cannot recommend them when it comes to tint after all of these issues. If you are someone who is particular about your vehicle s tint and values the details, I would look elsewhere. It seems like they just can t get it right. I ve had my previous two vehicles tinted at another shop in the DFW area and never had any issues like this. I really wanted to be a long-term customer, but unfortunately there have been too many mistakes and issues to justify any further business.

Quinn and his crew did an amazing ppf wrap and window tint job for me. Right out the gate, Quinn was friendly but professional, and he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions completely. We had a discussion about customizing the wrap job, and he noted my preferences. Even at that time, I noted that he was very approachable, and he had stopped doing what he was doing to talk to me. Josh wrapped the car for me and it came out literally, awe-some. The team had educated me on realistic expectations of ppf, and so later when some areas needed touch ups he was quick to fit me into his schedule and did an impeccable job. Quinn and the Distinguished Details team are the best detail shop to use for your car. They did paint correction, Ceramic Coating, and new window tint on my Widebody Dodge Charger. They are extremely detail oriented on every car, and keep you updated on the process as they work on it. They also offer a wide variety of services for your vehicle. They also provide you with a whole manual on how to safely wash your car after it gets paint corrected and ceramic coated. It is the only detail shop I would use in Lubbock and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a detail shop for their car.

Not only did Quinn and his team did a phenomenal job they were able to get me in last minute. I really wanted a tint job done prior to my car going to the shop. This was a great opportunity as it would allow the tint the cure. They worked around my last minute request and I can not thank them enough. I am thoroughly impressed with their work. Beyond upset with my purchase of their ceramic treatment . My hydrophobic ceramic coating lasted 2 rains in way under a month. Following their maintenance guide using Shine supply products as recommended, I can tell you that I have no remnant of any sort of coating whatsoever. Etching from rain and bird droppings happen effortlessly. Now Im out close to a $1000 and nothing to show for it. Either I got scammed or they just did not apply it correctly.

Distinguished Details came highly recommended to me for ceramic coating, which definitely lived up to the hype! I drove my Ford Raptor to their shop in Lubbock from Midland-Odessa area. Not too far away for Permian folks. I called in before hand and spoke to a representative who was able to answer all of my questions and put me on the schedule. The DD team was standing by as soon as I rolled into the parking lot. They completed the work with a high degree of quality, punctuality (took about a day & a half), and professionalism. Their shop was what you might expect--very clean, organized, with episodes from the Baha playing on the TV to smooth jams. I was very impressed. The DD team doesnt leave you hanging after the ceramic coating is applied. They provided a booklet and personal tutorial on how to maintain the ceramic coating. Also gave me recommendations for car washers in Midland-Odessa who know their way around ceramic coat maintenance. The value added through personalization is worth every penny. Give them a call!

I recently had my car detailed with Quinn and his crew at Distinguished Detail. This was the first time I have had anyone other than myself wash or detail my car. My car isnt the fanciest vehicle around, but I go out of my way to take care of it so it will last a long time and look good for as long as possible. Regardless, it is hard for me to trust anyone with touching or cleaning my car and I have been doing it myself for a long time but wanted to save myself a backache. I know that if you are reading this review and are looking for someone to take care of your baby, you are probably like me and very choosy and careful when it comes to your car. And I have to say, immediately after the wash and for the last few days, I remain incredibly impressed! Quinn took the time to explain that they use a two bucket wash method and as my car has a full front PPF, they are very careful not to peel or damage the edges of the film. After receiving my car back, I can testify they did such a high quality job; I am incredibly wary of swirls and scuffs on the car and their wash and detail made the paint pop and glisten. They take care to avoid swirls, and in the Lubbock sun, I saw that they took excellent care! My car was quite dirty and dusty (not soiled or caked in mud as cars sometimes tend to do out here in Lubbock) but after coming here, to me the car looks as new as the day I bought it. Perhaps even better! Speaking to Quinn, you can tell he is very enthusiastic about his work and passionate about the services he offers and the industry he is in. Him and his crew are EXACTLY the type of folks you want working on your hard earned vehicle. After the work performed, I can tell anyone reading this review that I trust Distinguished Detail with my vehicle. I have posted some photos of the car just after the wash and detailing, and a few from cars and coffee the day after the wash to show off his work. After speaking to him, I was confident this is the place for a proper wash and detail, and after seeing the work, I am sold that these are the guys to work on ALL my vehicles. I took my very dirty work truck into this company after having spoken to the manager about what they had to offer. When I arrived at my appointment, I was met by a very nice young man who asked me to perform a walk through of what I wanted cleaned in/on my truck. I received a full interior, exterior and engine-bay detail. It had been a long time since it was last cleaned. Most people reading this will understand the dust issues we face here in W. TX. The job performed was perfect! I could not believe my eyes when they pulled my truck out of their garage looking like it did!!! I stopped in to see if they could remove some paint on car. A young man tried and it didn t comes off. I asked if I brought it in and left it with them. He himhawed around and said they were pretty busy today. I said I could make an appointment and leave it with them. He just said they were booked all week. It was clear they didn t want to fool with it. I guess it was not a big enough job. The way I was treated, they will never get a big job from me. The ONLY business my husband trusts with his car! Quinn and his team ceramic coated his Camaro ZL1 1LE after it received paint protection film and they take care of all the maintenance details. Words cannot describe what a difference this type of service makes in the appearance of the car and how much easier the car is to care for at home. They detailed my sons Ram Rebel earlier in this week. After showing livestock all throughout high school it was definitely time for a makeover! Recently relocated to Lubbock from Colorado. Where Detailed Details, Is an art and a way of life for your average car care enthusiast. I was very skeptical about letting just anybody clean/detail my vehicle. My Newly purchased 2016 Z06 came from the factory looking great and I intend to keep it that way! Fabulous place and kind, personable service. Took my husbands truck here to get a detail for his birthday - first time detailing an automobile. Ive used several different car detailing services in Lubbock over the years. But this is the first time Ive ever been fully satisfied with the outcome. My F-150 is SPOTLESS after an afternoon at Distinguished Details! Finally, all the broken glass from a break-in over two years ago is gone. There s only one word: AMAZING! Quinn & staff were awesome enough to fit me in last minute and did an amazing job! They removed pet hair & cigarette ashes/odor! When the level of service went from a 2 to a 3, Quinn called to communicate with me so there would be no surprises! I will definitely be using them again!

I purchased a black 2012 Mercedes Benz C250 that was in mint condition except the paint had severe swirl marks in the clear coat. I had Quinn do a stage 1 paint restoration with a 5 year Ceramicoat. The results were absolutely astounding! This was a way less expensive than a new paint job and looks just fabulous! Quinn in very professional and takes great pride in his work. He was willing to explain the entire process to me and answer any and all questions I had. He obviously believes in his product. I do not think I will ever purchase a new car again without having a protective Ceramicoat applied immediately after. The benefits are just too numerous to deny.

Their work is absolutely impeccable, and the owner is a great Christian man with strong family values and truly takes the time to make sure you understand each and every detail about the service you are receiving. We had a 1990 Corvette ZR1 (black) that hadn t been properly maintained for decades. There were swirls, scratches, and many types of contaminants on the paints surface. I believed in Distinguished Details to restore the paint and make the car look super glossy. Quinn did an excellent job working on it. It s already tough to make black cars look good in West Texas and I am very impressed with the outcome. We had the corvette treated with ceramic pro coating and I highly recommend others to do the same. Thanks again Distinguished Details!

Quinn worked on my Civic and he took great care of it. My car is brand new but after the detailing and ceramic coating done by Quinn the car was on a whole new level. I never saw the color pop out at this level even after taking the delivery. Quinn did his best and I couldnt be any happier. Check him out. I dont think anyone works at the level he does here in lubbock. Btw, his communication with his customers is extraordinarily good. You wont understand until and unless you actually speak with him. He takes hours to explain something until its clear to his customers. One of the reason I got hooked up with his service and I dont think I regret it at all. Just check him out. Cheers.

Hands down the best place to get your vehicle detailed. Quinn definitely knows what he is doing and will explain every detail if you ask. This was my first wash with Distinguished Details. Quinn detailed my jeep and wow what a difference! I went with his recommendation of his level 2 package recommended for new customers and added the C-Quartz ceramic coating. I would do it all over again. My paint looks better than new and the inside is immaculate! The attention to detail Quinn puts in is second to none. If you want your vehicle to look like it just came off the showroom floor, Distinguished Details is the place.

My black trucks paint was full of swirls and marks from all of the bad decisions to take it through automatic washes. Quinn and the crew were able to get just about all imperfections out of the paint with their Healthy Rejuvenation Service. Attention to detail is top notch. I have had Quinn power wash my Camaro twice now and he just does an awesome job. He does a very good job cleaning the interior and exterior leaving it spotless in almost an hour. I can honestly say that every dollar spent is worth spending compared to other automatic car washes where theres still bugs on the windshield and water running just about every where. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a well done job at a fair price.
