My experience has been incredibly positive. I enjoy coming to my physical therapy appointments and feel like I m making great progress. My current physical therapist, Rougina, is able to push me in a very caring way. I ve also worked with Cherlynn and Serena who are both knowledgeable and compassionate. I love the encouragement I get from Kennedy, Mikhail, and Danielle as well. I m happy to have a supportive team during this important time of healing and recovery. I highly recommend this place!

If you ever need PT in your life,this is the BEST Facility to be at. Ive had PT in several places over the years and this place tops them all. They are a caring, wonderful, fun-loving, yet very professional group. They all love their job and really care that youre getting better and stronger. I have had an excellent experience at this PT clinic from Day 1. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. My therapist has been patient and helpful with my questions and I have been amazed at how quickly I have been making improvements from my sessions. Additionally, they have a super-helpful app where my therapist loads my excercises and I can track my progress at home. I am so grateful that I was referred here. At NRH location on Davis Blvdi had a first class, professional and friendly experience! Michelle was my lead person and she enhanced my experience! She answered all my questions and kept me on pace. The whole staff was great and helped me recover in no time! The receptionist (Kennedy) was always welcoming and friendly! The whole staff made my rehab excellent, efficient and friendly. I have only the best care at your Davis then now Hwy 26 location. Ellen has been my therapist she has gotten me some pretty hard days of rehab after knee surgery there is still some stiffness but I feel I will keep getting better with the exercises that She had given me to do at home. The staff Riley, Michael, Lisa and all the others have been so helpful with my PT journey!! I appreciate all the help. I highly recommend Premier rehab!

After my daughter dislocated her shoulder during a cheer competition, Dr. Lauren Boehmer at the NRH location was recommended to us because not only is she an awesome Physical Therapist, but she also has extensive experience as a competitive cheer coach! Dr. Boehmer took her time to assess the injury and provided me and my daughter with information about how a dislocation affects the joint and gave us a clear explanation of the treatment plan. Her knowledge of competitive cheer and understanding of exactly what the body of a cheerleader goes through was invaluable in helping my daughter re-gain the strength and range of motion she needed to get back to cheer safely. Dr. Boehmer knows how to encourage and motivate an athlete and made the sessions as enjoyable as possible. My daughter even looked forward to going! I highly recommend Dr. Boehmer to any cheerleader recovering from an injury. She is a caring Physical Therapist and she gets cheer!!

I cant say enough wonderful things about your North Richland Hills location as well as Dr. Lauren! My daughter had a broken back from doing competitive cheer and from the very beginning, everything was amazing. Getting an appointment was a breeze, check in was fast and easy and they always were on time with every appointment! Dr. Lauren is hands down the best PT out there. She really took her time at the initial meeting, diving into conversation with both myself and my daughter to understand and asset her back and come up with the perfect therapy plan. She was always engaging, friendly and encouraging; my daughters well being was her top priority! My doctor at North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center in Grapevine Tx referred me here after a bicep tendon tear to my right shoulder. Already dealing with the after affects of a left hip and leg Injury due to automobile accident when I was 19 I was somewhat disappointed to now have a permanent injury to my right arm at the age of 71. Not to fear, Dr. Kelly Baugh to the rescue! When I first went in I had limited movement and range and was dealing with a lot of pain. Kelly was very knowledgeable of this type of injury and was quick to lay out a plan of attack to improve the use of my arm. Kelly advised me what to expect from this type of injury and long term effects. After 18 sessions I now have a good range of motion without pain, and can now do the day to day activities I need to. I truly believe that Kelly was a Godsent and blessing. Witching you and the staff at Premier Rehab a blessed life for the peace and comfort you bring to others. Hello again, this is Marion Baker, with my third month follow up from my surgeon, Dr. Taunton. I had both knees replaced back in Dec. 6 & 8, 2021. He told me that everything looked fine, and that my flexion on my right knee was 250-300 degrees, and the left was 200 -250 degrees. I will go back in December for a yearly follow up. Besides from having a good report from my doctor, I am able to do much more than I could before my surgery. I would avoid stairs before surgery, but now I can go up and down stairs with no problems, of course, I use the handrail for safety. I can get up and down from my 16 high commode, without using my hands. Just pure old leg muscles. Edging the lawn would take hours, because I would have to sit and take a break. Now I can edge the lawn without taking any breaks and finish in about 20 minutes for the front lawn. I could not stand and talk to my neighbor for more than five minutes, without experiencing knee pain, I would have to sit on the tailgate of my truck. I can stand and wash dishes, vacuum, dust furniture, and much more, than I could before. Normality is coming back into me. I can stand and work for hours without knee pain. I do experience minor muscle pain, but that to is getting better, and should be gone by this December. I truly believe the key to recovery after surgery is, physical therapy. You can not be a couch potato, and sit in your recliner watching TV all day. You have to be careful but active, and the best place to learn what you need to do is, at a Physical Therapy center. Do what the therapist says and practice at home. I give credit to my recovery, to Premier Rehab Physical Therapy, 5660 Davis Blvd., N. Richland Hills, TX., and my therapist, Dr. Nirali Hira. Capital tunnel is something that isnt cured but instead is managed, Dom and Premier Rehab have given me the tools to manage it. I started rehab on December 9th of 2020 They are great people and are truly concerned about your well being. Ellen was my therapist she is wonderful. Took every step with me . Showed me how to care and exercise my shoulder. On my first visit I do not remember because of pain pills she hugged me and said everything will be fine. And it is great. If you are looking for a great rehabilitation place don t hesitate to go to Premier Rehab Physical Therapy. I have had several knee replacements and have been to other rehab facilities but nothing compares to the great services that you receive at Premier. My knee had been swollen for three years and no one else considered that an issue. Ellen realized it immediately and started to work on it to reduce the swelling. After 18 sessions the swelling is almost gone and I am pain free. Along with my knee issue she also helped with rehab exercises for my hip and back. After three years of using a cane, I can finally walk without it. I am so greatful for the excellent services that they provided.

I cant even begin to say how wonderful Premier Rehab has been to me! Every employee is supportive, friendly and knowledgable. I was having trouble getting my knee to bend to where my surgeon wanted it to. I had an NPFL replacement, meniscus repair, bone chip removal, and arthritis removal at 38. Ellen and Sarah not only never gave up on me, but they lifted me up, encouraging me when i was mentally struggling within my recovery. They tailored my visits to my goals, and pushed me just hard enough to get me where i needed/wanted to be. Words cannot express how grateful i am to this group, without them i wouldnt be planning to get back on the water this coming summer. you will definitely not go wrong if you choose Premier Rehab for your physical therapy needs. I m a dancer training at a college with an Athletic Trainer. For the last two years I ve been having on and off knee pain which she always brushed off as over use. During COVID times, I was dancing less yet still having pain and discomfort. My journey led me to Premier and to Kelly, who used her background in gymnastics to create a strengthening, challenging, and healing set of exercises to help with pain and to prevent incorrect tracking of my knee in dance movements for when I am able to return to dancing at the extent I was during pre-COVID era. I am so incredibly grateful for the personalized care I received. I went for lower back and balance problems and found their approach to be straight forward, challenging and respectful of my needs and ability. My Doctor wrote a prescription for physical therapy due to severe back pain. I was skeptical that PT would do much for me, I was so wrong. On my first visit Rachel, my assigned Physical Therapist, checked out my back and developed a program that led to relief from back pain, allowing me to return to my twice a week golf game. I had actually planned on nerve ablation to relieve the pain and thanks to Rachel, and the team at Premier Physical Therapy, I avoided the medical procedure and feel great. I cannot say enough about the exceptional treatment at Premier Physical Therapy. When I needed physical therapy for hip and sciatic pain, I returned to the North Richland Hills Premier clinic 10 years after treatment following an auto accident. I asked for clinic Manager ELLEN MURRAY again. Ellen is outstanding. She is highly skilled, caring, and has the most amazing memory of anyone that I know. She remembered symptoms and small details about my progress. She advised me about what I can do at home to support my weekly PT sessions. She makes you feel like you are the most important patient she has. Yet while she is focused on you, she is constantly scanning the clinic to make sure that everything is running smoothly and genuinely cares about all patients and staff. The staff is upbeat and helpful. Tech Lisa has been especially helpful and fun. I have worked with Ellen for 8 different issues. I have consistently found her to amazingly knowledgeable. The plans she creates are effective, challenging and achievable. My last reason for treatment was to deal with scar tissue caused by radiation. My radiation oncologist told me to expect an additional 18-months of PT, but after receiving Graston Therapy from Ellen I needed no additional therapy.

I go because I have vertigo. I ve had it forever and two years ago my doctor found Ellen Murray to treat it. It has been what I call a miracle because it effects everything you do. There are no guarantees with vertigo but with her help it was gone for a whole year. This has been such a blessing. My Mom had it her whole life and no one new how to treat it. I m so glad to have this place. Everyone here is so nice and helpful.

I have had Rehab for my balance and strengthening various areas, waist, legs and feet. I have been treated with respect and been well taken care of by Dr Sarah Hesse. I went to Premier on a recommendation from a friend when I was told I needed physical therapy after having a full knee replacement in July. I have been doing therapy now for eight weeks, and it is now my graduation day. I am so glad that I listened to my friend. Dr. Ellen, Dr. Sarah, and the entire staff have been amazing. This place is awesome the staff are very friendly and when you walk in they great by your name, which is impressive. Ellen was my husbands therapist, she was so gentle and did not push him if he was not ready, took her time, and would ask if he is doing ok to let her know if it hurt, Ellen is a Pro she would look at his face and could tell it was hurting, Hubby would not say anything as he thought that is how it should fill, after this type of surgery and not moving shoulder for 2 weeks. Ellen said yes it will hurt due to the fixing of the tear, but I want you to tell me, she treated him with the up most respect, and made sure from the time he was with her to the end, that he was her priority at that time, He will be back in 2021 and Ellen will work with him again he is going to have knee replacement, He has been to one other Premier for another type of therapy, and he is spoiled he will not go anywhere else because of Ellen and her staff, GREAT JOB!!! if I could had given them a 10 star they would have gotten it

I am only 13 visits in out of 24 scheudled visits. Rachel has been amazing. I was amazingly fit, before my accident& never dreamt that I would EVER need physical therapy. I was not dealing well with being stuck in a wheelchair for 3 months& having a total useless& stiff leg. Rachel has helped me get to walking my dog again& walking without any walker or crutches&hopefully has me back to work by the end of my sessions.

I love this place. I have been to 2 other Physical Therapy clinics for my knee and this was by far the best. The others were good, but this one was so much better. The staff really cares about you personally and wants to make sure that you get the best results for you rehab. And the recliners at the end are really a nice touch!

Does not submit paperwork to proper people and on time but will cancel all of your appointments. I have scoliosis that was causing me severe back pain. I had Linda during my time in therapy. She is amazing! She encouraged me through the process and made sure I was making progress. She made sure to always check on me to see how I was doing at each appointment. When I was released from therapy she made sure that I had everything that I needed to do the exercises at home. If I ever need therapy again, I will go to Linda and Premier Rehab. They are great people and they truly care about getting you back to normal!

Superb Professional Staff: Ellen and Michelle. Im a nurse and have been for 50 years. I have vertigo and over the past 20 years the episodes have increased in frequency and duration. Ive seen several specialists from multiple universities to determine the problem and to help with the symptoms. Im aware that this health problem is something that I will have to live with; however, Ellen and Michelle were the only ones that took the time to explain, teach and to use their knowledge, skills, and experience to improve my symptoms. All of the staff in the clinic are wonderful and very caring.

I went to Premier Rehab on Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills to recover from surgery for two broken ankles and the subsequent lack of ability to walk normally. Ellen Murray established a plan to help me recover the range of motion in the ankles and feet, and my walking gait. She worked with me, monitoring the proper form to get the best benefit from the exercises. She also worked to reduce the scar tissue which had developed. Ellen assigned other physical therapists to work with me, and made sure that I continued to follow her instructions with them. In addition, Ellen could answer all my questions about my injuries. My range of motion and gait are so good now, that I have no problem walking. I will be forever grateful. Ellen is a consummate physical therapy professional, and I have recommended her to several friends.

Michelle, my physical therapist at Premier Rehab, is dedicated to her clients and her profession. She carefully assessed my problem(s) and set up a well-thought-out program to help me improve. Her manipulation/massage of my back and neck muscles has greatly relieved my pain. She explains the various exercises thoroughly, letting me know specifically how to do each one, as well as what muscles each targets. She is a good teacher as well, not only with me but also with the college students who work as support for the therapists. Michelle is patient and knowedgeable. I am so lucky to have found her!

worst ever cancellation policy. They are forcing to leave voicemail for any cancellations and send you bill for no show. Please dont consider this LIARS. Called 5 times to waive the the $25, no luck. I had shattered my tibia (into 40 pieces). Yes Forty! Hard to believe I know, but after 31 screws and metal added and then removed because of severe infection, I was in a wheelchair. My trauma surgeon had me start therapy with Premier Rehab and John is wonderful. He has never given up on me! He and his coworkers are my biggest supporters. After a year of therapy, Im still going, but Im making progress! Although my trauma surgeon says I need another surgery (6th), Im so confident with the help from the Premier staff that I can conquer all. Thank you guys, your the best!!

Took my father with upper back pain. Linda explainedvscript need to be expanded to include neck and shoulders. Because of the PT Sent him home in so much pain I had to the ER Returned today now theyre saying they need a new script for upper back. Called Dr while standing there. Dr says script is good, but will send another right away. Sorry says owner/director we need a third appoint to re-evaluate from scratch. Texas law require I have a script before I can charge. Well go somewhere else thank you very much.

This facility is wonderful!! The staff cares about their patients as evidenced by their remembering your name and sincerely asking how you are doing. They also called me when they knew I had a doctors appointment to see how I was doing! Ellen Murray was my therapist and I could not ask for anything more. She explained why we were doing certain exercises and answered all of my questions, which is saying something. She is caring and very knowledgeable about her field. After having surgery to repair a broken ankle, my Doctor/Surgeon strongly recommended PT and provided a list of PT offices she recommends. When I saw Premier Rehab (Davis Blvd, NRH) I knew immediately where I would be going. 10 years prior I had a broken wrist and this is where I went for PT; knowing the exceptional work they do I returned for PT on my ankle. Katelyn Ross was my primary therapist and throughout the entire process of healing my ankle, I felt very confident I was getting the absolute best care and treatment. Katelyn is kind, friendly, superb at multitasking and always had a smile on her face but most importantly she takes the time to understand your current situation and what your long term goals are and works vigorously to get you there. Although some of the PT was strenuous Katelyn coached me through the pain and in the end I am able to walk with confidence, return to my normal routines and enjoy my favorite activities, knowing my ankle and all the parts around it has healed and is functioning properly. The entire staff at NRH Premier Rehab PT are so friendly, welcoming and you know everyone there enjoys what they do and takes their responsibilities seriously. This location is a pleasure to come to and with additions in progress, will be bigger, have more state of the art equipment - making this, in my opinion, the best place for PT in the area. I can without hesitation give Premier Rehab on Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills, Texas, 5 Stars - As good as it Gets!!

I went in for achillies tendonitis. I had very limited range of motion in my ankles. Zero degrees in one and two degrees in the other. By the end of therapy, the range of motion in my ankles had increased to 18 degrees in each! Overall, I had a great experience, the staff was super friendly, and always challenged me to do a little more each visit.

I wish I could have had the great experiences the others did, but I did not. There are several reasons why. To start off, my physical therapist, Kaitlyn, was great. BUT, more times than not, she was overbooked. I rarely...maybe once, no more than twice, received one-on-one help from her. Dont get me wrong, the assistants were great, but when Im paying to see a doctor, I want to be seen by the doctor...and Im sure my insurance and surgeon would agree. Secondly, it felt like an oven a lot of the times. I realize the people who work there may be chilly...but to be honest, they are there for us...the patients. We are paying for a service. Most of the time it was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Lastly, the front office person (I dont know her name) needs some training. Again, more times than not, she showed she did not have the skills to work in her position. A few times I stood there for at least eight to ten minutes while she did something else without even acknowledging me. One time I saw another patients financial business and NAME right in front of her. Not professional and what about HIPPA? Was my stuff shown? The final straw was the last time I went. I paid my co-pay and she said I owed for the last time when I cancelled my appointment. I told her I cancelled because I had the flu, and they were aware of that. She said she was not aware and would have to talk to Ellen. Someone WAS aware, however, because I had and still have a message on my phone from Premiere that said they hoped I felt better and wanted to schedule my next appointments and get back on track. I told her I was not going to pay it...what do you expect? Did you want me to come in with a 102 fever? Really? She said she would still have to talk to Ellen. I was beyond mad at this point because this was one of those times I had to wait...with no acknowledgement...and then this? Arguing with me?? So I left...with no physical therapy, although I paid for it...and nothing since. No apology, no call, nothing.

Premier Rehab has excellent therapists and equipment. I had a shoulder replacenent and an unstable patella for which I have needed physical therapy. In both cases I have been given wonderful treatment. They let me know what they are doing at each step and why it is needed. Also there are exercises they give me to do at home. The therapists sincerely care about my health and want me to get my mobility back as much as I do.

I am so happy my doctor referred me to Premier Rehab. I had a great experience and it helped by body more than I could imagine. This was my first Physical Therapy experience. Ellen was my therapist and was very caring and experienced and kept me on track and motivated. All of the staff are genuinely nice and just want to help you get better. I was discouraged often by my progress but they kept pushing me and I was always glad I went to my therapy sessions even though sometimes I just wanted to stay home. I Love, Love, Love Premier Rehab in North Richland Hills. They have been my first choice with every surgery. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Every Therapist knows you by name. Dr. Ellen Murray is knowledgeable and explains the inner workings of your body to help you further understand the importance of your exercises. The pool and underwater treadmill is a wonderful option. One of my favorite, and simple things is the fruit water that they offer while you are working out. Once cleared by the doctor, I plan to use their fitness program to maintain all I have accomplished. The definition of Premier says it all: they are Leading, and a Leader in the world of physical therapy.

Recently had neck surgery and asked for an alternative physical therapy that was closer to my home. I was blessed to work with Michael Robbins who is so very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I recently had surgery to place an artificial joint in my right big toe. I was then ordered to physical therapy and I chose Premier on Davis. My therapist, Linda Downs, was energetic and very knowledgeable. She helped me get that new joint moving and keep it moving. We also worked on my right ankle and calf to get me walking properly again. Three days ago I had an even more serious surgery on my left foot which puts me in a non-weight bearing cast for months. All that practice balancing on my right leg is really coming in handy now! I look forward to working with Linda again in a few months! Everyone at Premier Davis rocks!

Over the past 4 years, I have twice needed physical therapy for work related injuries. The first time I chose Premier Rehab on Davis Blvd because it was convenient to work and home. The second time I needed PT I went back to that location because I knew I would receive the best physical therapy available. Ellen Murray is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented physical therapist. To add to that, the entire staff is apparently also the best you can find. Everyone working at Premier is highly qualified and very helpful - but we believe Brad is the Best! He brings out the best in his patients. He makes you believe you can do this! Brad was an incredible physcial therapist! My daughter went to Brad for therapy after her ACL surgery. She loved going to him as well as the other therapists at Premier Rehab. He encouraged her to strive for her best at every session and helped her to successfully recover and return to the sport she loves, soccer. He motivated her to succeed and supported her throughout her recovery. He even surprised her by showing up to her high school soccer game to watch her play. She couldnt have done it without him. I suffered a badly broken wrist and elbow a little over a year ago. It was too painful to do much of anything with my left arm/hand. I could not grip a doorknob to open a door, or raise my left hand much higher than my waist. Thanks to the Team at Premier I now can drive, open doors, tie a necktie and do just about anything I was able to do prior to the injury. I did not realize the high degree of education, training and continuing education necessary to become and work as a physical therapist. Moreover, experiencing the therapy myself, as well as watching others who were in similar circumstances, I observed that the profession also requires a Saintly degree of people skills and commitment to help people recover from injury/illness. These professionals have to do things that may cause occasional discomfort, while at the same time endearing themselves to the patient and understanding the occasional outburst. I witnessed these skills displayed continually during my time at Premier. Thank goodness there are people in this world like Ellen and her staff who have the knowledge, willingness and personality that motivated me to do what was necessary in order to restore the use of my left arm and, to the degree possible under such circumstances, make the process enjoyable. I enthusiastically recommend Premier Rehab to anyone needing physical therapy. The professionals at the NRH facility rehabilitated me to a degree well beyond any expectation I had. As a matter of fact, I am using my left hand while typing this. A year ago I would not have believed doing so would be possible. The entire staff is friendly, professional and fun to be around. Most importantly, they know how to make you more better!! (I know, exclamation points are like laughing at your own joke, but I digress...) Again, I offer the highest recommendation possible, yet it may not be enough. I also thank the group, and that likewise fails to adequately express my gratitude.

I really love working with all the therapists, but especially Linda. They really know their stuff, and are gentle if you are hurting. It is the highlight of my week. I am getting stronger every day.

I had rotator cuff surgery in Nov 2014, first surgery ever. I went to Premier Rehab because it is close to home. I met with Ellen the day after surgery. She was very understanding and gentle. I was in a lot of pain. A few weeks after surgery I found out from my ortho doctor that my shoulder was frozen and had to be manipulated before surgery and told Ellen. She expressed that was why it was so difficult for me to get my full range of motion back, but with lots of patience and gentleness from Ellen, I got it back, it took a full 6 months to achieve it. THANK YOU Ellen, I hope I never have to go through that again but I know where to go if I need Physical Therapy. The whole staff was wonderful. Thanks again to all of you. I have had the misfortune of having multiple problems over the last 3 years and have been a recurring client at Premier Rehab at the Davis Blvd location in North Richland Hills,TX. Each time I have had a successful outcome. Ellen, Lori and Brad as well as the interns are constantly helping and guiding clients through the rehab program that was designed for them following a thorough assessment on the initial visit. No one stands around acting as if they would rather be some place else. They are all knowledgeable in their field and versed in the latest techniques in physical therapy. They are conscious of your limitations while still encouraging you to do your best to regain your health and mobility. In addition they are friendly and welcoming. Over the years I have gone to a number of physical therapy clinics and I can honestly say Premier Rehab, located in North Richland Hills, is by far the best that I have visited.

My son goes to this location and although he was resistant at first, he enjoys it now and goes without any hesitation. He especially likes Brad and Josh. He is getting back into soccer and is much better. He has less pain after the workouts and is looking forward to the next season getting started.
